This unit is designed for both relaxation and functionality. It features:
A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Please note: there is no stovetop, but cooking needs are well covered.
A comfortable living area with a mini-split A/C unit and a dedicated workspaceâperfect for remote work.
Washer and dryer located in the hallway near the bathroom.
A private hot tub and BBQ grill in a fully fenced shared outdoor space.
Thoughtful touches like ceiling fans, smart TV, linens, towels, body soap, conditioner, shampoo, and basic kitchen essentials.
Please note that while the unit offers many modern comforts, it does not include a fireplace, gym, pool, or spa.
