Besök vårt vackra poolhem perfekt för två familjer. Vårt hem är designerinredning och uppgraderat med granitkök, kaklade badrum och trägolv.

Vårt hem har fyra sovrum med 3. 5 badrum. Det finns två cal-king master-sovrum med vackert uppgraderade sviter. Badrummen har badkar med travertinfliser, bänkskivor i marmor, skåp i anpassade paneler och specialanpassade duschar. De två barnrummen har Full över Full våningssängar och delar hallen badrummet. Tre av de fyra sovrummen har uppgraderad matta. I resten av hemmet finns det trägolv och kakelgolv.

Vackert uppgraderat öppet konceptkök med matsal. Köket har skräddarsydda skåp, uppgraderad hårdvara, bänkskivor i granit och rostfria apparater: spis / ugn, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Det finns också en tvättmaskin i full storlek, torktumlare och ett halvt badrum precis vid köket. Matsalen har komfortabelt 6 platser med extra sittplatser i köksbaren och familjebordet.

Koppla av i vår glittrande pool och jacuzzi i bakgården. Vår pool är omgiven av uteplats med betongdäck med gott om plats för att suga upp solen. Det finns också en naturgasgrill, matplats med uteplats, solstolar och stolar.

Spelrummet i garaget ligger utanför poolen och däckområdet. Spelrummet har Stiga Ping Pong & 3-1 bord (pool, airhockey och ping pong top). Det finns också barnvagnar, barnstol, pack n 'play, och barnstolar för dina spädbarn och småbarn att använda. Queen size luftmadrass finns i hemmet för extra sängkläder.

Alla rum har 46+ TV-apparater. Familjerum har 60-TV med DVD-spelare, Wii-konsol och kabel med Disney Channel & Time Warners topp 200+ kanaler. Hi-Speed trådlöst internet ingår. Hemmet har centralvärme och luftkonditionering. Hemrenoverad och alla nya möbler från maj 2014.

Spacious home with beautiful backyard oasis

We stayed here for a few days surrounding a 1-day visit to Disneyland--a surprise for our 5 children (1-11 years old). We ended up leaving Disney early because the kids were so anxious to return to the rental home for more fun in the beautiful backyard and pool. The home was equipped with everything our family needed, including strollers, pack-n-play, every conceivable kitchen utensil and device, laundry detergent, plenty of towels, plenty of bedding, games and toys, and plenty of space. We received ample instructions and regular, timely communications from the property management, making the entire process of reserving, checking in, and checking out easy and seamless.

Nice property

Really enjoyed the spa and pool. The games in the garage were a bonus. Had a few issues in the kitchen but host corrected them in a very timely manner. TV’s did not work but should have reported it sooner to host so they could be corrected quicker.

Not walking distance and hot tub not warm

We were really looking forward to the hot tub but it wasn't warm at all. I asked about how to heat it and was just given a robo reply directing me to the guest book. We read that you would be charged to heat up the pool if you wanted it even just one degree warmer. Also, this location is NOT a reasonable walking distance to Disneyland. So many rules and regulations with limiting the hours you can enjoy the property, threats of fines if you lose a remote control, loud child alarm in all doors that lead to the backyard. Not a welcoming or relaxed vibe.

Nice Clean Home- Very Quiet Neighborhood

The neighborhood is almost eerily quiet- there are several city ordinances about noise. Had some teenagers that we had to be sure they were quiet when outside in the pool. Very close to Disney- backside- maybe a little too far to walk but could if you really wanted. House is nice, a little drafty at the doors. Jacuzzi was nice and hot. Directions did not come with the pass code for the game room asked for it shortly after check-in but did not get it until the 2nd day so did not get to use that much. Should be included with check-in details like the front door code and other guidelines/directions and rules. The TV’s in all the rooms was nice and the large sectional in the living room was nice to hang out. As others said there are a lot of rules posted throughout the house but I get it- they want the house left in good condition and reduce risk of damages and costs to guests. All in all I can highly recommend this location as long as your group is a quiet group and ok with the rules.

Loved it!

Everything was great. Lots of space, amazing pool, quiet! Beds were comfortable and it felt very clean. My whole family loved it. Easy walk to Disney and food, quick drive to beach and hikes. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect spot!

Loved the location, the comfort of the home! It had everything we needed and was our home base to a few days in Disneyland with 20 yr olds and it was a hoot!

Family Disney Vacay

We stayed here for an adult family Disney vacation - the home is very clean and was perfect for our needs. Although technically within walking distance by going through Downtown Disney, it’s about a 25 min walk to the front gates (1.3 miles). However, we never waited more than 10 min for an uber in either direction, and with a party of 6 the average cost was 12-15 each way - which is still cheaper than day-long parking. Would stay there again - great house!

Enjoyed our stay

We had a nice stay at the property. We enjoyed the pool and being close to Disney. Responsive property manager. Rules are easy to follow. Door alarm isn't that big of a deal but is located at top of door frame. Would have given it 4.5 if we could. Some things were worn so didn't give a 5.

Disneyland Visit with Entire Family

My wife and I, our adult children, and teen grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed this home during our 2 day trip to Disneyland. After long days in the park the pool and hot tub were amazing to come home to and relax our tired muscles in. Had a great BBQ the first night and ordered in food the other 2 nights. Beautiful kitchen, bedrooms and Great Room. And we enjoyed pool and ping pong in the garage.

Family vacation

The home was very well kept but there are to many rules and it makes it very difficult to enjoy your vacation. No activities after 10 pm after a long day you just want to relax and my family couldn’t take a swim or relax in the jacuzzi.

This home is a gem!

Beautiful property, very well maintained and spotless! We didn’t have time to use the gourmet kitchen much but it was well stocked! Super simple check in and out procedures with very well communicated information from the hosts. Maybe it was the Disney exhaustion, but those were some extremely comfy beds!! Two master bedrooms in a single story home is a big plus!

Close to Disney

The property is a 20 minute walk to Disney, which was perfect for us. The end of the day walk back felt long, but that was only because we had spent the day walking around Disney. The property is great, could use some paint to give it a face lift. The alarm on the back door to the pool could be quieter, but this is a requirement. All of the amenities were wonderful, lots to do when having downtime.

Too many rules

The house was beautiful and so was the pool, but my family did not care for all of the rules. It felt like we couldn’t relax because we couldn’t be out after 10pm it before 9am. After a long day of sight seeing it wasn’t relaxing that we couldn’t be outside to relax in the pool or jacuzzi. Also the alarm in the doors to go in the bacon were very annoying. Most of my family couldn’t reach the bypass. Even my mother. So she couldn’t relax outside when the family was gone.

Nice home

This stay was the best we loved everything about it. It was so clean and very very nice and we would stay again great location and you can even watch the fireworks from the house. This is a wonderful home we loved it so much

Anaheim Vacation

We quite enjoyed our stay at this home. It was well laid out and the pool was wonderful as was the game room. There were small things we felt could be improved on; fix up some paint in areas, clean just a tad better (we had a cleaning person w/ us so she was likely more critical) and make the pool alarm option if you do not have small children with you. I understand the latter is a liability issue though but that goofy alarm was super annoying. All in all this home worked for our family and we had a wonderful time!!

Disney Trip

We stayed for 6 nights. Overall we had a fantastic experience. The house was very clean and the location was perfect, close to Disneyland. Beds/Bedrooms and Bathrooms were very nice, clean and spacious although I think a door hook on the backs of the bathroom doors would've been good for changing and showering as well as a luggage rack in each bedroom closet would have been helpful as well. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, an excellent added bonus. Would recommend for families and those who are visiting the Disney area. We will definitely be returning!
