Spacious and great location

Property had lots of room. Two en suites made for a great stay. Location was convenient to parks and helped avoid a lot of traffic.

Excellent house for Orlando vacation

Excellent 4 bed house, reasonably priced, with a pool for our Orlando trip! Kids enjoyed the private pool all day! Very nice location, close to Disney. Property manager Muneera was very responsive to our questions, throughout our stay!

Disney/Universal/Sea World Vacation

The house was just as pictured, very clean and the property manager was great. We enjoyed the heated pool and had a great vacation for my grandson’s 6th birthday. Would most definitely stay here again in the future.

Great House and Location!

We've stayed at Emerald Island Resort for several years now, and we've enjoyed each stay! It's so close to Disney and all the food and shopping you'd need. The house was great, very clean, lots of space to spread out, had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the pool and the play room in the garage (checkers, foosball, pool). Muneera was so easy to communicate with for check-in and any questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

Holiday stay

The property overall is nice. Wenstayed over NYE and the neighbors were extreamly loud. We were told fireworks and noise levels were to remain at a minimum and they would be fully enforced however there was loud music, screaming and fireworks until about 130am. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5.

Very Nice VRBO

Great location, place was very clean, the kids enjoyed the floor plan of the house, children friendly. Pool was nice. Kitchen was nice too, it will be nice to have the pantry door available. Overall, I will love to stay here again. The manager was super helpful, great lady. Thank you, Janice

Easy, clean and very pleasant owner.

Muneera is a very helpful owner and she replies quickly to all requests which is very nice. We arrived on Sunday night and had a query which she answered straight away. The house is clean and we found the beds very comfortable. Thank you Muneera!

Responsive Owner

Stayed six nights. Great location, conveniently located. The property was clean and well stocked. The owner was responsive, and got back to us very quickly on a couple of questions that arose. Pool was nice, both the personal one and the larger community pool. Thanks again!

Vacation

My family, and I stayed here for our summer vacation this year. The home was beautiful, and equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. The pool was big, and my family enjoyed using it at the end of a long day hot day in the parks. We loved it so much we are already making plans to come back, and stay here again before the year ends!! Close to the parks, and quiet neighborhood. Was worth every penny!!

Great family-friendly property

We had a great stay, the property was clean and comfortable. Muneera was very responsive and able to get us a pack-n-play and a highchair! The pool was heated and very warm, so even on cooler nights our kids were able to swim! There are 2 playgrounds in the complex, one is right around the corner and perfect for bigger kids. The kids loved the themed bedrooms, the pillows and blankets were very nice. The bigger beds were topped with memory foam, and very cozy. We did have to pay $20 for the parking pass.

Cozy and convenient

This house was clean and comfortable for our family. We really enjoyed the pool. The host was very responsive and keeps the house in great condition. It’s in a very nice neighborhood that is convenient to Disney, shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again!
