Not quite family friendly

The home was going through a remodel and quite visible. You would have to got outside then enter the wash room (in the garage). If you’re a visitor that’s quite uncomfortable especially if you’re new to the area, and you have a access to the garage from the house (locked for the owners convenience). The sofa and loveseat was quite warned, not conductive for cleaning. I don’t think Persian rugs should be used in this type of setting. I notified the owners of issues of clogged tub and water leaking from the tub handles. I think the house needs a little more TLC. The neighbors were nice, and the owner’s left thorough instructions. I felt a bit of unease, just felt there might be hidden cameras in this house.

Great location for visiting Busch Gardens

We enjoyed staying here. The home was spacious and clean. When we visit Tampa again, we will definitely see if this home is available. It's just minutes from everything we needed.

Christmas in Tampa

So we arrived at 9 pm. The code for the box that held the keys was wrong. I sent multiple massages through the app per instructions. I received a reply 30 minutes later with the correct code. The house clean and the kitchen was large. No Small pots if you like to cook. Large back yard. Master shower drains very slow. Overall ok stay

Needs updating/poor neighborhood

The first day arrived, leaking toilet, contacted owner through message no response for 24 hous after another contact. Also had burnt out outside light, let owners know. Was never addressed as we were told. We felt unsafe in the area, no outside lights. Locked ourselves in once there. The floors and walls were run down. Screens all ripped and damaged.

Great property!

Our family stayed at this property during a recent vacation, including 2 days at Universal. Great experience!! House overall is excellent, plenty of room and clean. Convienent access to highways and shopping, restaurants. The water pressure was a bit low and hot water took awhile to come through. Otherwise a great place to stay!

Just excellent

Clean. Very easy check-in. Just minutes away from Bush Gardens. Very recommend. Only little point to improve, if you try to use the both bathrooms' showers at the same time the water pressure is very low.

NCAA tournament

I was very disappointed when my friends and I pulled up to the house. It was in a low income section of Tampa and for 3 women over 50 that was pretty scary. When we entered the house it smelled old like mildew. I did contact the owner and she offered to bring some something over she had ordered to help with the odor but I declined. I went out and purchased some candles and that helped. The house was clean but it is an old house.The outside needs to be painted or maybe powered washed. The living room, bedroom and bathroom furniture was nice. Beds were comfortable. The is only one TV in the whole house so if you like watching tv in bed forget that. There were marks in the floors (which looked like marble floors) where something was removed, the shower rod was rusty in the back bathroom, washcloths very thin and rough. There were plenty of towels and they were in good condition. Several washcloths had stains on them. My friends and I never use the back porch or yard because the screen in the back was torn. You had to go outside to get to the washer and dryer so we never used them. Our expectations must be very different from the previous renters. I have rented from VRBO for over 15 years and this is the first time I have stayed in a place that I felt unsafe, although nothing happened. There were metal bars on the windows and I can see why, The previous reviews posted were all 5's which was misleading to me. I will do a better job next time in researching the surrounding community before booking property. We enjoyed the NCAA tournament experience and going to the beach. This review is not to deter others from renting but to give renters a clearer picture so that they will not be blind sided as we were. This was our first trip to Tampa and if I return I know to rent on a different side of town. The owner was nice and responded to any questions I had. I am just use to something different when I vacation.

Convenient to the Moffitt Cancer Center. Sosun was very helpful and accommodating!

I live in Athens, GA. I rented this house in order to be with my sister, who loves in Fort Myers, while she was receiving treatment at Moffitt. It was a perfect spot for reprieve between multiple daily appointments.

Great Place!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything has been updated and decorated very nicely. The furniture, beds and linens were very comfy. I was very pleased with the overall experience. The house is conveniently located to Raymond James Stadium, Busch Gardens and Lowery Park Zoo.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious

We had a great experience during our stay last weekend. The house was clean and comfortable. Living areas and all 3 bedrooms offered plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, etc. Close to Busch Gardens and many restaurant options. The owner was pleasant and promptly answered all communication before, during, and after our stay. Would stay at this property again. Thanks so much!

The home was very cozy, beds were all comfortable, very spacious place. We appreciated having a home away from our home. Some of us was a little creeped out about what appeared to be “live” cameras around the outside of the house, which made us question if they were inside the house (our assumptions), yet overall we appreciate the comfy furniture and space.
