This RV was an ideal location to visit Zion National Park. We enjoyed being able to visit the pool in the afternoon during the heat of the day. The host was extremely responsive to our requests. An example was that there were not enough towels when we arrived which was quickly taken care of. As a family of 6, we ate many meals at the trailer. That said, the kitchen is extremely limited and we were unable to get the oven to work. This isn’t a criticism, but just so you know it going in. Lastly, my bag was sitting on the floor in the master bedroom and there was some kind of leak- possibly due to the rain-my bag and clothes were soaked which is a huge problem when you have limited options on vacation. I was disappointed the host didn’t offer laundry or options. It is a lovely place, but is a little tight for 6 people and cooking meals/eating in. Would we stay again? Likely because of the location and pool access.

We are so happy with our stay! We stayed for 2 nights on our way home from Colorado to CA. To start, we got into the area earlier than expected. I messaged Monte and he responded right away. The campground office staff was very sweet and friendly. The Campground itself appears to be newer, right off the highway, but the Trailer sits far enough away from the highway, that you don't hear the traffic noise. There is a small playground, pool, exercise room, sauna and pickleball courts. The trailer itself looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and stocked with coffee pods and sugar for the Keurig. Basic seasonings, including olive oil were also available. The BBQ was ready to go, with a full propane tank, as well as the propane fire pit. The Views!!! The trailer sits at the start of the row and is right next to the dog park, making it easy for pet owners. Bed was comfy, and the shower was nice and roomy. Grocery stores were about 15 mins and Zion about 35 mins, making it an easy day trip. There is also a Travel Center across the street with basic snacks and drinks, a Coffee shop and burrito restaurant, for easy food to go.
