This charming 4-bedroom and 1-bathroom home is perfect for families, groups, or business travelers looking for comfort, space, and convenience. Located just minutes from Arizona State University, downtown Tempe, and Sky Harbor Airport, youâll enjoy fast access to the best of the Valley.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. In the living area, a smart TV allows you to stream your favorite shows with ease. The main house includes three bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, and a single bathroom with a tub â ideal for unwinding after a long day.
If you`re looking for added privacy, the fourth bedroom is located in a separate detached casita, featuring two full beds â a great option for extra space, comfort, or quiet separation from the main living area.
Whether you`re here for a quick weekend getaway or an extended stay, this home has everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable experience.

Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.
- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.
- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

- All City of Tempe noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.
- No smoking inside the property, fines start at $2000.00
- Any cancellations due to Covid or any other illnesses will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with the listing. No refunds or credits will be issues due to COVID-19 or any other health related issues
