Den enda bostadsområde gated community på stranden. Lågdensitetskomplex med frodig tropisk landskapsarkitektur, pool, grillplats och tennisbanor. Denna enhet har renoverats för att behålla sin karaktär och erbjuder bekvämligheten med moderna bekvämligheter. Perfect location in Playa

We had a great stay for our family of 4. The apartment is an ideal location - 5 min from the beach, 5 min walk to the main street in Playa and restaurants (far enough away to be quiet!) and in a gated community for peace of mind. It also had everything we needed - access to a pool, air conditioning, parking, purified water, ....

Great stay in Playacar

We enjoyed the location of this property. The beach was a very short walk, as were the shops and restaurants in Playa del Carmen. The security people at the complex were amazing. We never felt unsafe. The beach chairs, towels, and umbrella were very convenient and made our beach days perfect. The power went out for over 12 hours (no fault of property host), but it would have been nice to have a flashlight and candles available. Very quiet property in a great location. We would return again!

condo by the beach

This place is amazing! A 5 minute walk to a nearby "mall" and just a few minutes more to 5th Avenue. A 4 minute walk to the beach. a 1 minute walk to a Mayan ruin. 20 minute walk to WalMart. Taxis just a few minutes away, too. Oh yeah, ferry is a 6 minute walk.Having two bathrooms was great, water delivered whenever you are out. The AC works when needed, otherwise fans keep the air moving around. Four beach chairs provided, I am never sitting on a towel on the beach again!Only thing to think about is the kitchen does not have any salt and pepper and things like that. But really not that big of a deal.Loved this property!

LOVED this property! Perfect location between town and beach (just few blocks to town and just across lawn and street to beach). In Fase 1 (residential), so must pass by security gate to enter...felt super safe, although was never nervous anywhere in Playa. Managers were absolutely phenomenal! Great communication and super friendly. We will be back...highly recommend!

Wonderful setting and location

Excellent location

Great property, even nicer than we expected. Kitchen had not only utensils but some oil, filtered water, coffee, tea, spices... a very nice touch. Washer & dryer right in the unit. Walking distance to 5th street and all of the night life, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful beach just steps away and a nice pool that was empty the entire time we were there. If we are ever back in the area we would absoluty stay here again. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Clean and Convenient

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at this property. Security patrolled regularly, and the grounds and unit are well-maintained. The location is within walking distance of all the shops, ferry, and beaches. The unit owner was reassuringly very responsive when we had a minor hiccup with checkin getting the keys. We would definitely return!

Beautiful & Relaxing

This is the second time I stay in this relaxing retreat, and I absolutely love it! Great neighborhood, everything is within walking distance. I feel very safe in this area, which I find very quiet and relaxing. Thank you very much for making it a beautiful stay for us. We hope to come back soon and stay here again!

Playa del Carmen vacation

The apartment is in a beautiful complex, charming, old-style architecture, and beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. The plants and animals outside added so much charm - the flowers were gorgeous, and the beach is literally 3 minutes away. We even befriended a local cat whom we called Carmen - she was a great addition to our company. The apartment also has everything you need for the beach - chairs, towels, a parasol. We also made our Christmas dinner at home - it was great to be able to cook and have a quiet family supper. (By the way, the supermarket is maybe 10-15 minutes away, so that was very practical.) The patio is very secluded and inviting - we spent a lot of time there. We were also able to go on a day trip to visit the Maya ruins in Tulum and Coba and swim in a cenote. That was a huge bonus! Thank you, Marie, so much, and happy 2019!

Great experience!

Our first rental experience was a great one. The house surrounded by lush gardens and the ruins was just the beginning. The Mexican style house with every convenience did not disappoint. We used the pool everyday, most times we had it to ourselves. A short walk to 5th Avenue was also welcomed as well as the beach. Lots of seaweed on the beach, could be seasonal. That’s the only negative of our wonderful stay at Casa Armonia.

WONDERFUL - Comfortable & Relaxing

We loved Casa Armonia, the location is perfect, having the view onto the park/Maya Ruin, shaded by trees and a peek of the ocean on the horizon is amazing. The apartment comes with everything you could need.....including great beach chairs and an umbrella. The pool was secluded and clean, love the landscaping and the close proximity to Paseo del Carmen. A wonderful get away. Thank you!

Location, location!! Easy walking access to town and beach. Loved our stay here!

Such a great place to stay in Playa del Carmen! Right on the edge of 5th Ave shopping and restaurants. A stones throw from the ferry dock and beach access right across the road. Note that the beach is a public one and was always quite crowded while we were there. A lot of what you need is provided: kitchen amenities, drinking water, beach supplies. The neighborhood always felt safe and we had no issues walking around after dark. Owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. A great place to use as a base for exploring Quintana Roo and the Yucatán! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, relaxing retreat

I stayed with a friend of mine for a little under two weeks. The property was clean, spacious and a relaxing retreat. A couple of minutes walk from shops, the beach and even some ruins. I'd definitely recommend it to others and would even stay there again.

I visited Playa del Carmen 3 years ago to stay with my daughter and son in law who had moved there. I fell in love with it right away. A couple more years and I decided that I wanted to have my own slice of Paradise. I still travel between my home in France and Mexico so during my time away I would like to invite you to enjoy my lovely home in Playa. It has a wonderful feel, like living in a park by the most beautiful beach and sea that I know. It is peaceful and quiet yet close to everything within walking distance. I hope that you will love it as much as I do.

There are many properties in Playa del Carmen however our property is located in Playacar, a gated area that is so convenient to the best beaches and to the town center that it not surprising that it is also the location of choice for most of the best hotels on the Caribbean Riviera Maya yet you will enjoy a quiet beach by just crossing the local access street.
