The place was spotless and had absolutely anything you could need in an Airbnb. Edward has great taste and the place was renovated and decorated well and felt very cozy. Though it is a third floor unit above a business, there is no noise from the business below that filters into the apartment. The two well-appointed bedrooms are perfect for relaxing after shopping at the local boutiques or for digesting after a filling yet delicious meal at a local restaurant. Both rooms feature blackout curtains and thoughtfully-chosen decor that reflects the local New Orleans culture.

The master bedroom, which is named the “St. Charles” room, features a plush king-sized bed, a 50” smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is known as the “Magazine Bedroom” and also has a king-sized bed, a 50” TV, a large dresser for personal items, and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy. This second full bathroom features a large walk-in shower.

Both stunning bathrooms are stocked with premium Ginger Lily Farms toiletries, a hairdryer, and fresh towels so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

The open-concept living area features a well-equipped kitchen that opens up to an elegant and tastefully-decorated lounge. Make delicious meals in the kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and ample counter space. You’ll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to cook as you do at home.

You’ll find a modern dining table located in the kitchen along with all the charming decor, alluding to the musical history of this iconic city.

Enjoy ultimate comfort in the lounge, which features an electric leather sofa and a 55" Smart TV, perfect for relaxing and hanging out with your group. You’ll find the private elevator opens right up to this bright space.

Keep your clothes clean using a full size Samsung washer and dryer, located just off the living area in a discreet space. There’s also an iron and ironing board for your convenience!

Take a step out onto the private 30-foot balcony overlooking Magazine Street. This is a great place to enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the New Orleans charm and beautiful architecture. There’s plenty of space to sit, with three rocking chairs and a swing to choose from.

This penthouse is ideally located on Magazine Street, near many eclectic shops and cafes. The neighborhood is very safe and is near Audubon Park, a zoo, and a golf course, so you can make the most out of your stay. Take a short walk to enjoy some of the best food that New Orleans has to offer or a short drive to The French Quarter for the live music the district is known for. The Convention Center is also nearby if you are in town for a convention. If you want to explore the city like a local; there’s a bus stop literally just steps away that will bring you directly to any of the hot spots in the city.

As a guest, you can enjoy access to the entire penthouse, including the large balcony, full kitchen, Smart TVs, wifi, elevator, and parking. A juice bar is located downstairs. You will be the only one with full access to the 3rd floor penthouse, private elevator and single off-street parking spot.

GREAT neighborhood feel with all the local flavor. Right across the street are excellent restaurants. Italian (AVO), Seafood (Bistro Daisy), Mediterranean (SABA), and Mexican (Juan's Flying Burrito). For breakfast you can always go around the corner to “Toast” or drive a few minutes down on Magazine to “Ruby Slipper”. If you want pastries or coffee, you can walk to “District Donuts” or a short drive on Magazine to “Le Boulangerie”

A bus stop is literally just steps away that will bring you directly to any of the hot spots in the city. If you wanted to ride a streetcar (trolley), you would simply buy a transfer, exit the bus, re-board the streetcar and continue to your next destination. Of course, you can always take an Uber or Lyft.
