We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

HOUSE RULES
>Must be 25 years old to book
>No parties
>No events
>No smoking inside
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - per city ordinance
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
>Starter kit of toiletries provided

BBQ PROPANE
>We try our best to keep our propane tanks full - if they are empty, please take them to refill and we will reimburse you

PETS
>$250/month per pet
>1 pets max
>Must be accompanied at all times, picked up after, and not allowed on furniture

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $500 deposit if you are younger than 25 years old, or have no reviews or poor reviews.
