Our group had a perfect stay at the Villa! An easy drive or taxi into Alicante for the beach, bars and restaurants or hang around the pool and have a BBQ! Very friendly hosts!

Beautiful villa with a nice outdoor area and a spacious swimming pool

Pros: The villa is located in a quiet area and has a very nice outdoor garden with a nice swimming pool. The property is spacious and has a secure fence with an electric gate. It appears private and safe for families with children. The outdoor pool is spacious and nice and was much used during our stay. Several outdoor tables with chairs/benches and sunbeds. A nice glass veranda. The villa and the outdoor area was very clean an well maintained. The villa has a cleaning water tap system, so we didn't need to buy water. The owner and her representative was very nice and very helpful during our stay. The nearest shop and restaurants are around 5 kms away, so a car is recommended. Lots of parking space at the property. This house is perfect for a family for some relaxing days. A lot of options in the Alicante area for activities. We rented the villa for two weeks and would love to return some time in the future.

Pros: A spacious, very well equipped villa which is looked after to a high standard. The house and gardens are beautiful, and the pool is a fabulous size and kept very clean. The owners are easily contactable and very accommodating. Only a short drive from Alicante airport, the lovely beach at El Campello and so many other places to visit. We didn't want to leave!

Pros: La casa está perfectamente equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Cocina con utensilios en perfecto estado, para atender las necesidades de al menos 10 personas. Todas las habitaciones son amplias y espaciosas, teniendo tres de ellas aire acondicionado. Los baños y aseos, perfectamente equipados (incluido secador de pelo) , y el agua caliente siempre a disposición del usuario. La Villa es maravillosa, pero sin duda lo mejor de todo ha sido el exterior de La vivienda. A destacar la piscina, perfectamente cuidada, y todo el jardín, que permite pasar las vacaciones al aire libre, casi sin necesidad de utilizar la vivienda. Si tengo que ponerle algún "pero", destacaría la necesidad de vehículo para desplazarse, pero en nuestro caso no hubo problema, ya que en la descripción de la casa, también lo avisan. Los propietarios son muy amables, siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda. A la llegada nos explicaron el funcionamiento de la casa, y algunos consejos para movernos por la zona. La casa está en una zona residencial muy tranquila, y muy bien comunicada con las playas de San Juan y Campello (15 min) y Alicante (20 min). En resumen una casa totalmente recomendable.

Wij vonden het huis echt top. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannende vakantie is voorradig.

Pros: Wij vonden het huis echt top. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannende vakantie is voorradig. Het zwembad is fantastisch en de terrassen en tuin errond nodigen uit om elke minuut buiten door te brengen. Het drinkbaar water dat beschikbaar is, is echt een meerwaarde. Alsook het buitentoilet. In de buurt vertrekken prachtige wandelingen die je doorheen de bedding van de rivier loodsen. Echt zalig Enig minpuntje is de kleine badkamer voor de drie slaapkamers boven.

Pros: This is a superb villa just outside the village of Mutxamel, owned by a lovely Spanish family, who have an English friend to help out with bookings, so there is never any problem with communication. On arrival we were met by the owners who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. This villa is not just any holiday villa – it has been furnished and stocked with care and attention to detail. It was spotlessly clean. All linens, towels, mattresses and pillows were immaculate. The beds were really comfy, and the air conditioning and ceiling fans ensured everyone slept well. Of course, the fabulous pool and garden area with fresh fruit for picking was the highlight, but other features really made sure our stay was such a pleasure – the covered car parking area, all secure behind electronic gate; the drinking water supply which meant we didn’t have to continually buy water; the fully equipped outside kitchen; the security of the whole property which ensured our privacy as well as making sure the little ones couldn’t escape! The location is great for days out to Torrevieja, Benidorm, Alicante, as well as some of the gorgeous little mountain villages like La Nucia and Guadalest. Just down the road is El Campello with plenty of shops, a gorgeous promenade of cafe’s, bars, restaurants and the beautiful beach with sparkling clear water. The villa is in a quiet area where there is no crime to worry about but plenty of beautiful views to enjoy from every terrace and window. It is a perfect villa for a really happy sunny family holiday and we would go back tomorrow!

Pros: Nous avons loué cette maison pour des vacances en famille. Il y avait 3 enfants et un bébé. Tout étais exactement comme décrit sur l'annonce aucune mauvaise surprise la piscine est assez grande et toujours propre l'espace vert autour de la piscine est très agréable. La maison est très propre et spacieuse, et totalement équipé. Il y a le bon nombre de chaises et de transat et il y a même un hamac. Tout le nécessaire pour faire à manger ou nettoyer la maison y est. Nous n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise. En arrivant dans la maison il y avait même quelques petites attentions pour nous. Je recommande cette maison sans hésiter. Isabelle la propriétaire est vraiment adorable ainsi que son mari et son beau-fils. Merci à vous pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité, et d'avoir fait en sorte que tout se passe bien. Camélia Fawzia
