great setting

We loved the large trees and flowers out front. There was just enough shade to sit on decks on hot days and enjoy the view. The kids even caught a few fish from the dock.

The setting was perfect. The flowers in front and the trees in the back made sitting outside pleasant, even on hot days. The house was nicely furnished and we had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed the location. Steps from the lake made for a relaxing vacation. Some updates needed on the property but would stay at this property again.

Perfect Lakeside Getaway

The house had ample room for sleeping, spending some time relaxing, playing board games and eating either inside or out. The beach and dock were perfect and we spent a great deal of time in the water. Everything was clean and well kept and this property is highly recommended!

Perfect view

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was enough room for everyone and the place was clean. Check in was a breeze. The only drawbacks were not enough seating in the living room but other than that we would absolutely come back!

Nice place, especially if you have pets.

Property is a bit dated but otherwise nice. Great to be on the lake. Good place if you have pets. Good value for the price.

Cute Place at Keuka Lake

Great experience with this place and property management. Great location for many activities. Many wineries & places of interest to enjoy. Just a little disappointed on small waterfront area & no fire pit to chat around after a fun day on the lake.

Terrific Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the living room and deck is magnificent! There was plenty of room for the seven of us and parking was plentiful. Like other reviewers have stated the property is a bit dated and could be a little cleaner but these items should in no way keep anyone from staying here.

Family Wedding in the Region

Great place for family, with plenty of room for everyone inside and out: Right on the lake with a great deck and views from the living room. Other than the property being outdated as compared to many rentals, we were impressed with a clean property in proximity to everything the region offers!

House worked really well for nine people. Great views. Easy water access. Bit of a delay checking in because the cleaning service was still there.

We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and very clean. The view of the lake is amazing and along with the decor, invites you to relax! Vacasa made the overall experience from making our reservations to checking out so easy and the communication during our stay was appreciated! The area of Penn Yan is breathtaking! We would highly recommend this property!!

Relaxing and fun for all

Multi-bedrooms allowed comfort for all. Easy to find; easy to unload. Everything we needed for cooking inside and out was available. Would definately book this property again.
