Great space for small group travel. Plenty of bathrooms, outdoor spaces and kitchen. Super close to the beach. Great to listen to the waves with the doors and windows open.

Family reunion vacation

This property was perfect for our family get together, including grandparents, kids and grandkids. The location is just steps from the ocean, and has all the stores and shops nearby that you need. I noticed they had chairs, boogie boards, balls, and sand toys in the garage, which was very nice even though we had brought our own.

We had twelve and it was larger than the pictures show. The location was the best! Within walking distance of the shops and only feet away from the boardwalk! So much fun!

The rental had a wonderful location. We rented both levels because the description said there were 3 queen beds in the common space to accommodate our whole family. Unfortunately they are futon couches which were very uncomfortable. Some of our family members had to stay in another place because there weren’t adequate beds for everyone. I would suggest listing them futons rather than beds. The property wasn’t as clean as expected, the bathroom towels and beach towels were put away still damp so we had to rewash them. I think with a little TLC this rental would be great. There was a garage fridge that was dirty inside with old sauce bottles. We did pay a pretty good price and expected a better stay.

Thank you for the info - we are currently replacing the Euro-Loungers to new more comfy ones. The property is professionally cleaned and we've ZERO complaints about it. Can you let me know specifically what was not to your standards. The garage fridge is the owner's fridge and possibly the sign was accidently removed? The property is discounted compared to all the other Mission Beach properties and offers incredible ocean views in the very best location on the beach. We plan to have this property fully remodeled after the summer but of course the prices will go up. You got a great price for it by the way.

excellent beachside spot

Stayed here with a gathering of myself and 9 other friends, and it couldn't have been better. I thought it actually was better in person than the pictures showed. incredibly close to the beach and walking distance to great bfast, coffee, and restaurants. Our host was responsive and flexible. Highly recommend

Great location

Great location and Maurice was very responsive throughout our stay. The shower in the studio wasn’t working and he responded right away and replaced it. Would not plan on having two adults sleep per couch though, as they only fit one adult. Had a great time and would recommend staying here again!

Great location and plenty of space

We stayed in the studio and our kids and their kids had the upstairs unit. We had plenty of space for 6 adults and 5 kids. The location is steps to the beach. We were disappointed that the rooftop lights weren’t working.

Thank your for the review - The rooftop solar lights are from Costco and have been replaced (they were only a month old) but we did have the beautiful LED lights on the roof that work - come back again!
