Detta charmiga hem ligger mittemot det prestigefyllda universitetet i San Diego. Fullstor sovrum och badrum (med Kaliforniens kungssäng), medelstora sovrum / kontor med dubbelsäng; Luftiga fönster; ljus fyllt rum; rummet har persienner som mörknar det mycket bra.

Mycket bekväm, tyst, hushållsmiljö. Trägolv med bekväma familjerum.

Bra läge i San Diego, 3. 5 mil cykeltur till Mission Beach längs Mission Bay cykelspår. 3. 5 miles till centrum; SeaWorld 2 miles (detta är den perfekta platsen att bo för en liten familj som besöker SD för en resa till Sea World); till La Jolla: 10 miles; Balboaparken: 3. 5 miles; 35 minuter till Legoland! Disneyland: 90 minuter / mil. vagnstopp och rutt är tvärs över vägen; 1/4 mil från mitt hus.

Tyst gata i ett roligt område som betjänar studenter på USD. Starbucks ligger nära vagnstoppet. Golf är bokstavligen tvärs över gatan tillsammans med KFUM och precis längs vägen är Fashion Valley för shopping och Gamla stan för sightseeing ... allt inom gångavstånd.

Long weekend

Great little house to stay in close to lots of fun things. There are a few different rentals that use the same driveway, but didnt really see anyone else. We stayed with our family of 5 and it had PLENTY of space for us. I would still not have felt crowded with even 8 of uscould have

Perfect Place to Stay in San Diego

The house was clean and comfy on a nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of extra blankets, sheets, and towels for our family. The kitchen has all of the basic items for cooking. Wonderful location, conveniently located near everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Cozy place

Enjoyed some time with extended family here…much better than a hotel lobby for our mini reunion. Neighborhood was quiet and it was a terrific location for us heading north to La Jolla and south to Balboa Park. It’s also very close to Old Town.

Family Vacation in San Diego

We wanted to get out of CO for an end of summer family before school started backup. This house was in such a great centralized location. It was very close to old town and beaches were 15-20 mins away. There were good restaurants and shops all nearby. The owner, Jimmy, was very responsive and courteous. We had an overall excellent stay here and would recommend to others.

Mini vacation before school

Stayed here with our boys before going back to school. It was fabulous. This place was clean and had everything we needed. We were close to many attractions and would definitely come back.

Family Reunion

The family met in San Diego for a week. Nieces, nephews and grandchildren. The cottage was the perfect place to meet up and watch the grandchildren play in the backyard. We had a great time and Jimmy was a responsive host.

Quick getaway

We loved the location & enjoyed how quickly we could get to see all that we wanted to see. Only issue was Living Room tv was slow to stream & seemed to have WIFI issues, bedroom TV had no issues so we were able to watch Thursday night football in there :) this is my 2nd time renting from host as I had previously stayed in smaller unit. Look forward to booking unit again.

Most enjoyable VRBO ever!

We rented this house for a surprise 50th birthday for one of my best friends. It was roomy enough and comfortable for 5 adults to spend the weekend. The owner was very friendly and available any time we needed anything, including running an iron over to us when we needed it and replacing the propane tank on the grill when it was empty. Highly recommend! 10 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cozy SoCal Cottage!

My family spent a long weekend in San Diego and enjoyed this house as our respite spot. Comfortable rooms and nice living areas ensured we all got to spend lots of time together. This home offered many amenities that made our stay all the more enjoyable - there is even a piano! This was a great location for us because we found ourselves traveling south to downtown SD and also north to the La Jolla/Del Mar areas and this was a perfect middle spot. The only snafu we encountered was WiFi that could not sustain any connection for our devices or for using the streaming services on the tv. Truly, we enjoyed our stay very much and would likely stay here again in the future!

Now, I'm a little older, have a family of my own, and a few gray hairs to boot. My traveling habit has unfortunately been reduced as time commitments pile up. So now, this service helps me provide for my family while still allowing me to meet new people from other parts of the world.

As a host, I like to give my guests their space but can be available at a moment's notice (I live 5 minutes away).

I look forward to continuing my vacation rentals to meet new people and share our experiences.

I purchased this property because I was familiar with the neighborhood and it's central location.

Since I've purchase the property I've made many upgrades to it including the following: new flooring, crown molding, brand new bathrooms, and a new mantle piece. I hope you enjoy all the upgrades.

I would say the main benefit to this house is it's proximity to so many wonderful attractions San Diego has to provide. One could argue that it is located in the heart of San Diego.

Additionally, it's near the trolley line (5 minute walk) and the neighbors are super friendly.
