Avalon Rom Àr en totalrenoverad lÀgenhet i centrala Rom. Med tvÄ vackert dekorerade sovrum, ett stort och bekvÀmt vardagsrum / matsal och ett fullt utrustat kök och badrum, Àr Avalon perfekt för 2-6 gÀster.
LÀgenhetens lÀge kunde inte vara mer centralt för att besöka Rom. I en riktning tar en 5/10 minuters promenad dig till det hisnande Roman Forum och Colosseum, samt till Colle Oppio-parken (kullen dÀr kejsaren Nero byggde sitt gyllene palats för 2000 Är sedan.) En 10 minuters promenad i den andra riktningen tar dig till centralstationen, dÀr tÄg gÄr timmar till Florens, Venedig, Neapel och Amalfikusten. TvÄ tunnelbanestationer ligger ocksÄ inom 10 minuters promenad frÄn Avalon: Linje A tar dig pÄ nÄgra minuter till de spanska trappan med sina ojÀmförliga butiker samt till St. Peters torg och det sixtinska kapellet. Endast tvÄ hÄllplatser pÄ linje B tar dig till den majestÀtiska Circus Maximus, dÀr antika romare under tidigare Ärtusenden arrangerade vagnstÀvlingar. This is our second time staying at this apartment. Salvatore has always been extremely helpful in setting up transportation, suggesting wonderful restaurants, easiest way to get around the city. It’s local to the Metro making it easy to explore on your own. Don’t hesitate to stay here if you are exploring Rome. You won’t be disappointed.

Sal was great. Helped us with an early check in and suggestions for Rome. Great location, less than 10 min walk to Termini station. Place is very nice. Would stay again for sure if ever return to Rome.

The apartment was great. Very clean and modern and secure. The location was excellent, we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to visit. Our host, Salvatore was very good with communication. If we needed anything I know he would have responded but everything was good and we did not need a thing. I would recommend this apartment very highly.

A terrific apartment for our 3-day visit to Rome. The location is close to many terrific sites, and restaurants are nearby. The area is quiet, and we felt perfectly safe here. With temperatures at or near 100ÂșF, we really appreciated the air conditioning units in the main room and both bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped, the and check-in and -out processes were effortless.

Location

We stayed in this fantastic lodge cation for two nights. The space was clean and comfortable. It was walking to distance to the sites, shopping, and delicious restaurants. We were able to secure easy parking for our rental. The apartment was quiet yet close to the fun.

The property was very clean and modern. We chose it because of reviews and location. Salvatore was very responsive. He arranged our pickup from the cruise terminal and transportation to airport. He also arranged an early check in. All in all a very positive stay.

Great Apartment in the Heart of Rome

My family and I stayed at the apartment and loved it. The building is very nice and easy to get to. Its close to all the tourist sites but not in a touristy area and you get to experience some of Rome the way people who live there do. Great restaurants and shops around. Would definitely recommend.

Great tips from the family not just for Rome but for other Italian cities as well. We utilized all the recommendations. One of our favorite meals came from the list.Quite close to the Metro and main train station, so it made it easy to go on day trips.

We live by the Colosseum near The Avalon and adore this area of the city. We would love for our visitors to feel at home, to experience Italian lifestyle daily.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We bought the property at the beginning of 2014 and remodeled it thinking of what we appreciate when we travel: beauty, cleanliness, central location. On foot you can reach all of the important sites of Rome, from the Roman Forum to the churches of Santa Maria Maggiore and the Colosseum. We loved the idea of sharing with others the beauty of the landmarks of Rome and also the neighborhood spots that many tourists miss.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We fell in love with this apartment because it is perfectly located in the middle of a busy city, while at the same time peaceful. Because it is on an internal courtyard, it is a kind of quiet oasis. The decor of The Avalon brings together Italian beauty and American comfort.
