För sommarsäsongen, uthyrning är 7 dagar söndag till söndag (ingen kämpar lördag trafik komma in och ut).
Detta är en översta våningen lägenhet med utsikt ända ner till Kiawah. Det finns 2 delar till balkongen, inglasad och öppen med tillträde från vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Befälhavaren bad har dubbla handfat och en jacuzzi. De andra sovrummen har egna badrum. Alla rum har queen sängar och köksskåp. Vardagsrummet hade en 42 tums LCD-TV med DVD och satellit. Enheten har alla apparater, centrala VVS, en täckt parkeringsplats, matsal för 6, och takfläktar hela. Hissen öppnas precis framför posten dörren. Ett förråd finns på parkeringen. Sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls och det finns en tvättstuga med en frontmatad tvättmaskin / torktumlare set. Trash och återvinning är på parkeringen.
Seacoast Villas är bara två kvarter från restauranger, barer, butiker och piren. Det är nära till centrum Charleston, James Island County Park, plantagerna och kommunal golfbana. WIFI tillhandahålls. Rökning är tillåten utanför bara enheten. Inga husdjur.
Kassan tid är 10:30 och incheckning tid är 04:00.

Great place to stay!

The condo was well equipped for our short stay. Beach access was close. Short walk to restaurants and shops.Would definitely stay again.

Perfect view, location and space

What a delightful experience. Our son surfed all week and we were able to enjoy the peaceful view right from the deck. Not to mention three bedrooms and close to town. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing

Amazing property, perfect location. Easy very short walk to the beach. Everything was clean, there were plenty of bath towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The view was perfect!

Great -- in spite of unexpected construction!

My husband and I, with my sister and her husband stayed in this top floor condo facing Folly Beach for a 3-day getaway. The place was perfect for us. The only problem was that discovery of water leaks on the roof of the HOA forced management to extend the construction period on the building. They had just finished re-siding many of the units, and the owner had been told that the project was complete for our unit. He was as surprised as we were that construction had continued. Our communication with him was hindered because his dog had serious surgery. Because of the inconvenience of hammering above us, inability to use the outside deck, painting of the inside porch, and scaffolding on both sides of the unit with legs dangling down in front of the view, he graciously returned to us a significant portion of the rental fee. We had wonderful access to the beach and collected many shells, ate lunch on the pier, and made several trips into Charleston for meals. The location was great and we may return at a later time to fully enjoy the unit,

February Getaway

We loved our time at the Seacoast Villas condo. It was clean, well stocked for our needs, and the oceanfront view was fantastic. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants if we wanted. There was some construction happening, and Robert was in constant communication with us to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. He’s a great host.

Lovely location

The location was fabulous. Loved the layout of the unit and the glass enclosed porch. Overall the unit was clean though the kitchen could use some attention…. the fry pans are dingy with minimal ‘no stick’ coating and the inside of the cabinets could use a good cleaning. The unit was supposed to have beach towels so we didn’t bring any and there were none in any of the closets. The beach chairs were very rusted and one was totally inoperable. Despite these things we enjoyed our stay and loved the unit.

Girls get away

We loved our condo and the view was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. We come for the Taste of Folly but that was cancelled due to rain so we chilled out in the room. Walk to restaurant and shops was so easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Gathering

We have family in the area and then family from the Midwest and Florida. We merged together in Folly Beach! My son got engaged the first night we were there and so we were able to celebrate with both families one night since the space was so accommodating to it !Everyone had a fantastic time. Rob was responsive when needed !

Every other year Family Thanksgiving Beach Retreat

As we did the first time, we LOVED staying at this property. It is wonderful. The property itself, the views, and the location are all super. Would stay there again and would strongly recommend. A couple of notes: Sliding door in primary bedroom was off guides and not openable; we were able to place back in track. Tub in hall-accessible bath drains very slowly and has caused mildew to grow on shower curtain. Primary bath could use recaulking. Washer had a bit of mildew and odor in in and around it. None of the utility knives in the kitchen are sharp enough to use.

Mother & Daughters Girls Trip

This was my first time staying at a VRBO. Our stay was perfect. The place was clean, well stocked, and was in a great location with a fantastic view. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. As far as being well stocked, it had everything you would need. IThank you gout sharing your home!

Annual sister's trip

We were looking for places to stay in Charleston, ultimately decided to stay in Folly Beach. So glad we did. Beautiful beach view, lots of stores and restaurants close by. We had an issue with our TV and the host came over and took care of it for us right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

This was a wonderful and relaxing place to be, no negatives! the beach rejuvenation work was underway and there was one early morning where the noise of that was bothersome, but that could have happened at any property and was not something the property owner has any control of. You can google Folly Beach Rejuvenation and there is more information including where there is currently work underway.

The location and views make this condo a great place to stay. Another plus is the elevator since it is a 3rd floor unit. We enjoyed the little sunroom connected to the deck.

Hurricane Helene weekend

Condo was perfect for our group of 3 ladies. Plenty of space, beachfront with no obstructive view. Even with storm brewing and sliding by us that resukted in power outage, the owner was very responsive in getting the elevator working after the power was restored. Owner was also very communicative prior to checking in giving us all of the exacts that we needed plus recommendations for restaurants. Plan your stay, you won’t regret it

Enjoyed but a few hiccups

We were told weeks before that no one was staying the night before us so we could go in when we got there. We got there started unloading and were told that the unit wasn’t ready because the air conditioner was being worked on and the dryer wasn’t working. After we had to place all our luggage in one bedroom and then return in two hours the air worked but they had to send a man to work

Beach construction

Always great but this year we had construction equipment, huge pipes and porta potty directly in front of unit majority of our stay. Realize beach needs work and will definitely check status of repair prior to next year’s stay.

Folly is the most laid back beach of the area and is a great place for families. A lot of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Just a few steps from the sand and also in walking distance to pier.

This condo is right on the water front and is just a few steps to the sand. Beautiful view from both a closed in porch and open porch. This is the closest beach to Charleston and downtown Charleston with so many great activities to pursue. James Island County Park is 5 miles away with its own water park, hiking, climbing wall, etc.
