Du är bara en minut eller två promenad från Santa Cruz Main Beach, Wharf och Boardwalk. Surfa på Cowells eller bara njuta av solen och kul. Vi har boogiebrädor och några våtdräkter som du är välkommen att använda och det finns böcker och spel för familjen.

Cirka 1900 kvadratmeter utrymme. Flera handblåsta originella glasfönster, mycket ljusa och glada. Härliga trägolv i hela. Vackra trimdetaljer, dörrar, original hårdvara, fantastiska ljuskronor, fantastiskt däck etc. Se det på omslaget till "The Trottoaren Companion to Santa Cruz Architecture" i bokavsnittet av MAH (Museum of Art & History).

Detta är en sällsynt möjlighet att bo i ett av de äldsta och bäst bevarade husen / landmärkena i Santa Cruz. Det komplicerade utsidan är starkt prydd med ingefära bröd och är detaljerad med 6 färger.

Utrymmet har ett stort vardagsrum komplett med soffa, ryggstolar med vingar och 60 "4K böjd platt-TV med kabel och DVR. Matsalen har ett stort matbord med sex stolar. Det rymliga köket har avfallshantering, gasspis, diskmaskin och nyare kylskåp. Ett sovrum har en underbar himmelssäng med dubbelsäng med en 37 "platt-TV, det andra sovrummet vackra antika sovrum med en full säng och 55" platt-TV med DVR, det tredje en drottning storlek Murphy säng och det fjärde sovrummet en anmärkningsvärt Murphy-säng i full storlek som förvandlas till ett skrivbord. Ett av badrummen har en kålfots badkar med sängfack, det andra badrummet är en Jack and Jill till två av sovrummen och har en dusch. Båda är snyggt ombyggda.

Det finns ett bra tvättstuga med nyare tvättmaskin och torktumlare och handfat. Tvättstugan är nere och delas med den nedre enheten i denna duplex.

Hemmet är idealiskt beläget på toppen av Beach Hill, med en mycket kort promenad (2- 3 minuter) till stranden / kajen eller cirka tio minuter till centrum. Fin bakgård och små övervåningen på övervåningen.

Tandem-parkering för upp till två stora bilar i uppfart + 1 parkeringstillstånd för gatan.

Elegant old world charm ar center of many interesting venues

We enjoyed a family get together with grown children and grandchildren scattered across the state. So much to see and do: Beach, Boardwalk, Pier shops and restaurants, Roaring Camp trains and hiking, Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Wedding weekend in Santa Cruz, CA

My family traveled to Santa Cruz from out of state for my son's wedding. Six of us stayed in the Victorian, although it is advertised for 8 people and can truly comfortably accommodate that full number. The house was emaculate, but more importantly all of the beds and seating were comfortable and truly felt like someone's home and not an staged property. We had an issue with a bathroom sink that we could ot figure out how to work the drain and the host sent someone over within an hour to fix the issue. Check in and out were clear and easy. And it really is a 3-5 minute walk to the wharf (shops/restaurats). We would recommend this property and most certainly stay there again.

My niece was getting married in the area and my family arrived a couple of days early to enjoy Santa Cruz. The house is beautiful and exactly what we wanted; close to the beach, the wharf, and the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Charming house in perfect location

This beautiful Victorian home was built in the 1880’s and has high ceilings, large windows, chandeliers, and more. It’s in a great location—close to Main Beach, West Cliff Drive, and downtown Santa Cruz. The owners responded very quickly to all questions.

Beautiful, comfortable property in amazing location

We stayed over Labor Day long weekend with 4 adults and 4 children total (ages 2-5). The property was absolutely beautiful. As my 5 year old asked upon first seeing it "Why is this place so fancy?". 😁 Apparently Victorian mansions are also conducive to toddler sleep because both 2 year olds slept in until 8AM both days, gifting their parents with a heretofore unprecedented 9.5 hours of sleep. We were a 8 minute walk to the main beach, even at small child speeds, making beach trips easy and frequent. All rooms were comfortable (see toddler sleep above) and the kitchen was large enough for eating breakfasts and cooking dinners. The hosts were incredibly kind, letting us get into the property early and also letting us stay later as we dealt with a dead car battery the morning of our checkout. Full stars and thank you again for hosting us in such a perfect and special place!

So close to the beach and the wonderful dining, shopping and culture downtown. We feel like we don't even need a car living here. It is in the center of everything and a nice luxurious retreat where you can kick back with plenty of room and all the amenities that make it feel like home. Boogie boards, beach towels, wetsuits, games are at your disposal.
