Denna klassiska och nyrenoverade sjöfront framför 4 sovrum och 1 badrum med ranch stuga ligger i en vacker vik mellan Eagle Point och Long Point, och har panoramautsikt över Conesus sjön och ett charmigt, mysigt inre utrymme med nya möbler. Nytt denna säsong - en kajak och fiskestänger !!!

Fånga det bästa av båda världar i sjön levande! Sällsynta 100 fot främsta sjön framför på en djup, vacker nivå mycket, ligger tillräckligt långt tillbaka från West Lake Road att barn kan säkert jaga eldflugor i månskenet och tillräckligt stora för en familj spel touch-fotboll. Men samtidigt kan du njuta av närheten och bekvämligheten till Village of Geneseo och universitetscampus bara några minuter bort upp till Reservoir Road tvärs över gatan från uppfarten! Detta är en eftertraktad plats för familjesemestrar, som kombinerar ett besök med din student med en rolig sjösemester eller en tjej- eller parresa som helst på året. Lake house on the water

Stayed for a week with family . We had a wonderful time . Large flat lawn for games , camp fires and dock for boat / fishing .

Nice older cottage

Everything was clean and neat. The 4 bedrooms were spacious with queen beds. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers.

Great spot for Ring of Fire!

This was our second year renting this cottage for the July 4th week! Both times have been great! A second bathroom would be good but overall we had a great time!!!

Nice Cottage!!

Had a great time at the cottage. Would be better with a second bathroom. Roomy cottage for 1000 Sq. ft. Sunroom was great. Great views down the lake. Moon was beautiful every night.

Great Stay

The listing title says it all - ‘QUINTESSENTIAL Cottage’. A throwback to your grandparents cottage. Charming with everything thing you need minus the frills. The cottage was as described, very roomy and comfortable - a great value at this price point. The lakefront was very private where we enjoyed sitting in the sun on the dock & bon-fires at night. Stefanie was absolutely marvelous to work with, answering a barrage of questions and allowing additional time for check-in/check -out. The area is absolutely beautiful with a Wegmans less than 10 minutes away. We will not hesitate to return.

Great week!

We enjoyed ourselves very much! Great location and views. The cottage could use a little TLC. The steps off the screened porch are worn and probably should be repaired or replaced. All in all we had a great time!

Quintessentially sweet but needs some TLC

This place is booked solid all summer for many good reasons: it’s on a beautiful part of the lake, affordable, very accessible, tons of parking, big lawn, close to town if you need stuff, has FOUR bedrooms plus a daybed on the porch, and it accepts pets! Our dogs loved it. It’s clean and cute as a button inside for the most part but it has some drawbacks. First off, the back porch windows and screens need a major overhaul, they are falling off/apart, need new tracks, we struggled to fix them all week, my husband is handy, but it was a headache. The shoreline is so overgrown with shrubs that there is no beachfront for wading, the stairs to the water and dock are old, rickety, narrow and more than a little dangerous especially, at night keep your wits about you. There’s no dishwasher which I expected but also there were no basic amenities like dishsoap, paper towels, TP, not even salt and pepper. Also Bring fans if you want to stay cool as no A/C, we had to make a Walmart run. Need to bring your own bed linens and towels too. There was Bare minimum in kitchen plates, cups, utensils, etc…we made do fine but luckily we brought our own wine opener. ;-) Bathroom is tiny. I found myself saying “quintessential” a lot, it is such a sweet and homey place but just needs a bit of TLC. However our “kids” are in their 20s now and everybody felt comfortable and made the best of it. Views are really awesome and we enjoyed some nice campfires and made new memories together. Thank you!!

Best week EVER!!

What a marvelous and comfortable cottage this is!! Everything you could need is there, even a kayak! The lake is steps away, the owner amazingly helpful and very responsive to any issues, which were all mine, not the cottages!! The bedrooms are spacious and with four of them, our kids could all come visit as well. The cottage was clean, roomy and exactly the piece of heaven that we needed!! Highly recommend a stay here- hope to be back next year!!!

A beautiful setting.

The house is in need of repairs. Screens are torn from frames. Coffee pot had mold in it. Stairs to lake are not safe. Personally, I would not consider renting it again.

Nice little cottage on a great piece of property. Could use a little tlc but was more than adequate for our purposes. Perfect location. Very friendly and accommodating owner and property manager.

Great time but.....

We had a fantastic time. Plenty of yard space to do anything. Views were fantastic and the sun porch was a bonus. Everything you needed was there but...... the house needs a lot of TLC, the bushes and weeds need to be kept up. The stairs off the back sunroom are waiting to break and the patio blocks are unsafe at the bottom of the stairs. The patio screens fell off i dont know how many times. Overall great time!

Nice vacation

Nice place. Cute and rustic. Definitely needs ceiling fans. Lawn not mowed well. I left soap and garbage bags there because you have to supply all your own basics which is difficult when your traveling and need to remember everything.

Charming lakefront cottage

Great lake views, accommodations are comfortable but basic. Well placed for short trips to Geneseo, Rochester and Canandaigua. Nice yard space and dock. We loved the Weber, firepit and smores!

Great Autumn Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The daily sunrises over the lake were spectacular, and the proximity to Genesseo provided easy access to shopping. The cottage was nice. and Stephanie was a pleasure to deal with.

Very Pleased!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental home. We found it clean and comfortable. It is in an awesome location on the lake. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and swimming. It has a very nice yard and fire pit. We are happy to recommend!

Great week

The property is great large yard, lake views were absolutely amazing. The grandkids had plenty of space to play. The cottage is comfortable and nicely decorated. Large well equipped kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Our favorite was the screened porch! Our dog had a great time too. We are already thinking about booking for next year!

A Lovely Spot!

We have rented on Conesus for many years. The Sunflower Cottage was perfect. Spacious bedrooms, a full kitchen and relaxing screened porch. The bathroom was a bit small but we made do! We hope to return to this lovely spot on the lake!
