Det är lägenheten att också njuta av min fritid i Florens, i hjärtat av konst och skönhet! Idealisk för att njuta av konst och affärer: från mitt lugna paradis, i hjärtat av Florens historiska centrum, kan du promenera till vilken plats som helst i staden:

Lägenheten är min 'pied-à-terre'. Jag är en internationellt känd toskansk konstnär och min dotter, en ung ingenjör / arkitekt. Det ligger på 3: e våningen i en typisk och fridfull florentinsk byggnad. Sammansatt av stort vardagsrum med matplats, sovrum med 2 enkelsängar som kan bli en dubbel, mezzanin med dubbelsäng i alkov, nytt grundkök, badrum med fönster, dusch och stora speglar (Tack vare din vänliga signalering har vi tagit bort en lukt går upp till badrummet, tack), garderob med tvättmaskin.
Mycket ljus, smakfullt inredda genom att blanda modern designelement och engelska antikviteter, det är utrustat med luftkonditionering, oberoende värme, tvättmaskin, TV, strykjärn, hårtork, WI-FI internet. Köket är litet men välutrustat med mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare etc.

Bilen är inte nödvändig: tåg och bussar för att nå Pisa, Siena och alla viktiga områden i en bekväm buss, och Rom och Milano kan nås med tåg på en timme från SMN. Området är mycket livligt och har utmärkta butiker och stormarknader som alltid är öppna även under huset.Du kan köpa grundläggande nödvändigheter.

Great overall

We loved the place. Well equipped and clean. Perfectly located, 3 minute walk to the train station, 10 minute walk to Center. Host was very nice and answered all our questions. Please book her place you wont regret it.

Loved it here!

Our host was very responsive and gave me every detail I needed before arrival. The apartment was exactly like the pictures which was lovely to see in person. The neighborhood is within walking distance of many places including the train station. Literally walked everywhere the only transportation I took was a taxi to the airport. It is on the 4th floor so quite a bit of steps to get to the room but nothing crazy that wouldn’t make me book here again! I loved every bit of the apartment It was beautiful and the air conditioning was fantastic which was a huge relief in the 100* F. weather. Also, if you take a peek at the books you will be wonderfully surprised!

We loved our stay in Florence. This appartment is very well situated, near the train station and not too far from the center. The appartment was clean and well equipped. The only downside is that the room isn't closed with real walls. It's panels and a big wardrobe that block the view, but the sound can go through. It wasn't so fun as we were travelling with a baby, so we couldn't make any noise once she was in bed. But other than that we loved it. Also, the appartment is on the 3rd floor, so be ready to climb stairs 😉

A notre arrivée le ménage n était pas fait il a fallu attendre la société de nettoyage et 1h30 de ménage donc nous avons perdu plus de 2h il n était pas noté au dernier étage sans ascenseur avec des escaliers rudes il était noté un parking !! C'est faux nous avons dû payer 100€ dans un parking a 10 minutes de marche déçu je ne recommande

Great location

Fabulous location really close to San Lorenzo Market and the train station. We really enjoyed our stay here. Well equipped kitchen and the only thing missing was a dishwasher. Just be aware that this apartment is on the top floor so lots of stairs to climb with your suitcases and everytime you ho in and out.

Wonderful escape in Florence

I can’t say enough good things about my stay here in Florence! The locations was ideal, since I only had to lug my suitcases a couple of blocks from the train station, and the apartment is so close to shops, cafes, and so much more! The apartment is beautifully appointed and became a wonderful escape from all the crowds. I highly, highly recommend!

Feels Like Home

In our short stay it was easy to imagine living in Florence from staying in this very comfortable and perfectly located apartment. Prof. Sgherri welcomed us and provided us with maps of Firenze and useful information. We were conveniently close to the train station and the historical sights, while being far away enough from traffic, noise and crowds.

Great. Apartment near the train station

We loved our stay at this apartment. We arrived late in the evening yet the owner met us. Lovely lady. The apartment is nicely updated 2 bedroom. Spacious, clean and very nice overall. Quick 5 min walk to local restaurants and 15-20 min. walk to some the major sites.Yes it's on the 4th floor with no elevation but its Florance... this part of the charm.

Great place in midst of everything you want to see

Prof. Sgherri was very kind. She agreed to leave the keys to the apartment in case we were to arrive early. My wife and I enjoyed staying at her apartment. It was well stocked and we cooked our breakfast everyday. Her place was nice and clean. The air-conditioning was great. Her place is in an ideal location where everything you want to see in Florence is close by. It was great value, which was important to us. The only thing which was a little bit inconvenient to us was her bathroom shower control was tricky and we couldn't control the hot/cold adjustment. Her bathroom light was also flickering....which was a bit bothersome to us. Check-in was a bit confusing to us, as her partner Laura had arranged a third person to come and give us the keys....but we were not sure who this person was. Overall, I would still give her five stars.

This is a charming apartment in a very convenient location.

This is a very nice apartment. The owner, Lea Monetti, and her niece, Laura who manages the apartment, were both very very gracious and helpful before and during the stay. Although a 2-BR apartment, we only used one, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was “as advertised” and we had no surprises. You can quickly walk to the Santa Maria Novella train station and be at the major sites in a few minutes walk. The only negative is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th to an American) and there is no lift. We knew this going in, so it was not a problem for us. I would recommend and stay at this apartment again. Lea and Laura also recommended some really good restaurants. Frank Reynolds October 2017

Very walkable location.

This property was in a great location for attending a conference just around the corner. We took the shuttle bus from the airport and had a short walk to the apartment which is exactly as portrayed in the photos. There are many restaurants and coffee bars nearby and a few mini-marts for those items you may want for eating in. Loved having a washer and things dried quickly on the drying rack. Laura was quick to respond to any queries we had. The only downside was the street noise at night, which was worse on the weekend.

6 Fun Nights in Florence

My partner and I recently enjoyed our six-night stay in this apartment. The property is conveniently located near the Santa Maria Novella train station, local markets and restaurants. It is within easy walking distance to all sites while being away from the crowds. The unit is clean and has all the conveniences needed. Nice value. It is on a one-way street, so there is little traffic (mainly in the morning heading to the station). There are several flights of stairs and no lift, which can be a bit tough if you bring heavy suitcases. The unit has a small washer, which takes a little bit of time to figure out, but no dryer. Perhaps another set of towels would be helpful for longer-term stays (while one set hang dries). The owner and her daughter were responsive and accommodating. Thank you Lea and Laura!

I was awarded various honors: PHF Rotari International and Comm. Of the Italian Republic I hope it's for my guests for its accuracy.
