Our host was fabulous! She answered all our questions, made recommendations, and booked taxi service for us! The accommodations were beautiful, clean and stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying there.

This place was amazing!!! The host answered all questions and gave recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Veronica was a wonderful host. She met us at the door and let us leave our luggage prior to check in time. She also set up taxi’s for us and gave recommendations. The location is excellent, most places are an easy walk. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Veronica, your apartment was perfect for us.

Our family of four had a fabulous stay at the apartment! You can’t beat the location (close walk to the David, Duomo, etc) and our host, Veronica, was AMAZING. She met us right away and gave us a friendly tour the apartment. Veronica also provided some great recommendations and called us a taxi for our trip to the train station. We appreciated the nespresso machine, air conditioning, and TV with streaming options. We will definitely come back to this property.

Ground floor apartment within walking distance of most sites in Florence. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with coordinating check in and transportation while in Florence. WiFi was a little spotty at times, so may not be a great option if you are traveling for work or need to stay connected. Overall pleasant stay!

We loved our stay in Florence. Communication with Veronica was great in WhatsApp. Location of apartment was great. Very walkable to everything. So nice to have nespresso machine to use with coffee pods. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Thank you for a great stay. Hope to return one day.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Had everything we needed, and was very thoughtfully put together. Great AC in all rooms; comfortable beds, everything fresh and welcoming. Easy to walk pretty much anywhere (with a 5 and 8 year old), and then hop on back for a midday siesta to beat the heat. Veronica was incredibly accommodating and kind, welcoming us in person and giving suggestions for how best to navigate the city on foot. We would 100% go back!

Great spot in Florence

Perfect place to spend time in Florence. Close to the San Ambrogio Mercato - and all of the big sites. The apartment was clean and the AC worked great in the HOT summer! Loved having a washing machine during our long holiday. Vero was always responsive and helped us get a taxi to the train station. Bathrooms and kitchen newly remodeled and impeccably clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best place to stay in Florence!!

I agree with all of the other rave reviews that I have read here about this property. The owners have been great to us throughout our trip. My daughter left something behind and they agreed to ship it to us. They went way above and beyond to make us happy. I would certainly stay here again and recommend a stay to anyone.

Very accommodating

Change of plans had us in Florence one day early so booked this for a night with the family. They were extremely accommodating. Place was very clean. Wish we could have stayed there longer.
