Great Location

The apartment is in the perfect location, you were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the beautiful sites of Florence. It is very clean, with washer and dryer and the walk up the stairs each day was like we were experiencing Florence as if we lived there. Sabrina was a great communicator, all the way up to our check-in., Very thorough with helping me to sign into WhatApp for messaging and calling. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great apartment, great location

The apartment had great character and well appointed. The location couldn't be beat. It was right in the heart of Florence yet, once you are inside it was very quiet and secure.

Comfort in the Heart of Florence

We liked that the living space was all on one level (albeit on the 3rd floor; considered the 2nd floor in Europe). Plenty of room for two couples, with one true full bath and another "wet room" bath). Perfect location, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Would stay again.

Excellent location near train station

Great location. Just a few blocks from the train station. Right in the midst of Florence with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Host was excellent. Very comfortable space with plenty of room to spread out. Has a washer and dryer in the unit! Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

Great stay, walked out the front door into the hustle and bustle of a busy pedestrian only street. Very close to many eateries and markets. Walking distance to Duomo and chapels etc. Authentic Book a Batch, comfy beds but ensuite in main bedroom was very very small and compact. Did the job at the end of the day .

Excellent apartment and location

The apartment had everything my wife wanted and more. It even had a clothes dryer. That made her very happy. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The best part is the location location and location. Close to Firenze train station, heart of all activities, and important historical sights. Thank you.

Perfect Stay

Only three nights in Florence so we needed the perfect location and this apartment didn’t disappoint. Walking distance to the train station, loads of shopping and food galore. We walked to the other side of the river as well. Anything you need in the apartment and worked perfectly for myself and two children with room to spare. Communication with the host was spot on. Nothing negative to say here and would 100% rent again!

Great Apartment

The apartment is located close to the train station and all the sites are easy to walk to. The check in was very easy. You do need access to text messaging to do the check in. Just couldn’t use the ESIM card. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Not an issue for us but might be for some. The apartment is clean, spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. It was great having both a washer and dryer. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in Florence.

Best place in Florence

We thoroughly enjoyed this property and it’s location. The photos don’t do it justice. Charming, elegant and located near all kinds of ethic food choices and shopping. The owner was extremely responsible and had everything well thought out for her clients.

Wonderful

Clean, quiet, charming, and perfect location, we were able to walk from the train station to the apartment in about 5 mins and the street was bustling with coffee shops and restaurants, nice and bright at night, very safe feeling, and when we stepped into the apartment it was very quiet, also it was very close to everything you want to see, we would stay here again for sure.

Great time in Florence

The apartment was incredibly convenient to everything. It's on a busy street filled with restaurants and shops but since the apartment is in the back of the building, you don't hear a thing. Couldn't be better located. It had everything you need. I would certainly stay there again.

Perfect location

A friend and I enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and perfectly situated apartment. Less than 10 minutes slow walk from the train station, and the central market is just around the corner. It’s a quieter part of the city, and especially quiet at night in the apartment. We will recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Firenza.

Excellent location

The location of this apartment is excellent! All major sites and the train station are just a short walk from this unit. The unit is quiet, yet the street below is lively and has many restaurants. There is a good breakfast place just down the street. The unit is spacious and the air conditioning was great during the heat of the summer. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed her quite comfortably. Sabrina was excellent and responded quickly to all questions asked. She has a nice binder with good information in the unit and guidebooks to look through on her shelf. We had a great stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Sabrina!!

Cozy, Clean & Convenient

Great place to stay! Location was not far from the train station. Shops & restaurants near the apartment. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed. Sabrina was on top of it with communication with us. Could not have asked for a better stay. It will always be a happy memory, and hoping to return again there!

Fabulous!

This apartment was the perfect location - close to the Duomo and the train station. We were easily able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and with several train rides (for day trips) being close to the train station was ideal! The street was fun and festive, but the apartment was extremely quiet! We slept great and loved having two bathrooms. Communication was fabulous and she was lovely to work with. This was the perfect spot for our family of five and we would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment close to city center in Firenze... would stay again!

The owner, Sabrina, was always timely and clear with her communication before our stay, and that was the case when we arrived. Entry was easy to coordinate, and all the information and instructions we needed were awaiting us. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable for our family of four. We enjoyed a great stay and would definitely return to the apartment and neighborhood.

Perfect stay in Florence

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Having the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom was ideal. The location of the apartment could not have been better, close to a Cento / grocery, restaurants, historic sites. While there is activity on the street outside, we did not hear any noise in the flat. Sabrina was very responsive to my questions before and upon our visit. The apartment includes umbrellas (which we needed to use, travel books, and recommended restaurants. I would highly recommend renting from Sabrina to friends planning travel to Florence.

Nice apartment if you don't mind construction noise

Every morning loud construction noises upstairs began between 7:15 am - 8 am!! We unfortunately had difficulty getting to this apartment since road construction forced us to park farther away than owner explained. Would not stay here again!

Quiet retreat

Sabrina met us in the apartment and reviewed the important details. There was also a small packet of information with all we needed to know, including some dining recommendations. The apartment was in a fabulous location, near many restaurants and sights. The area was bustling, but once you entered the building and climbed the stairs, the noise was gone. A spotlessly clean and comfortable place to come home to and rest after a hot, sweaty day. Kitchen well-equipped, though we did not cook. We did use the washing machine, and it worked well. Detergent, clothes lines, and clothes pins all available. Nice shower. Comfortable beds. Would highly recommend.
