Detta hem ligger i den vackra Mission Beach och har alla roliga attraktioner och restauranger inom några kvarter av det! Det hålls extremt rent och har gott om strandfaciliteter, handdukar, sängkläder, köksmateriel och mycket mer!

Detta hem är på 2: a och 3: e våningen i fastigheten. Den första nivån är en 2 sovrum / 2 fulla bad. Det finns en queen size-säng med en enkel rullande säng i ett rum och en kung i det andra. Det finns en uteplats med grill på denna våning och upp en kort trappa finns det en annan uteplats. De är båda bra för att umgås med dina vänner och familj medan du njuter av den fina havsbrisen! Sovrummet på översta våningen har en dubbelsäng och eget badrum. Från det här rummet kan du titta ner i vardagsrummet, vilket ger det en öppen, loftig känsla.

Med 2 queen size-sängar, en king size-säng, en mycket bekväm soffa och en sprängmadrass kan huset sova minst 9 personer.

Vi har gratis, höghastighets wifi i hela huset och platt-TV med tusentals kanaler. Vi erbjuder också en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i hemmet.

Conveniently located

This place is close to both beach and bay. They have beach chairs and toys for everyone to enjoy. Our four year old had a great time playing at the bay as the water is very safe there.

Overall the place met our needs. There was plenty of space and everything we needed was there. The view from the place and proximity to the beach was great! We will definitely be returning!

Break by the beach

We had a great time at the condo. The unit is clean and the kitchen well stocked. It’s nice to have a bedroom/bath on a second floor and to have ocean views from both balconies. Location is excellent - very close to beach, easy walk to Belmont Park and quick drive to Pacific Beach. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions. Would stay again.

spacious condo super close to beach

This condo is really close to the beach. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is there, chairs, beach toys, beach towels. Really spacious and comfortable, clean, convenient to everything. Comes with a parking space which is GREAT, but beware that it is a really tight fit for 2 cars, especially if one is an SUV (rent a small car for your visit) Would definitely return!

Great location

Was overall a great place to stay. Location was amazing. Cleanliness could be better, bedding could be WAY better. The master with en suite bath had no TV, and sub par bedding at best. There were not enough trash bags or paper towels to last even 4 days, based on reviews I brought my own. Would be awesome to have some type of Tupperware or foil or baggies… anything to save food. Other than that, had plenty of beach stuff in garage and place was very comfortable for teenagers and a mom.

The little details matter!

The location and working with the property management team was great. However, the floors were not super clean when we arrived and one of the beds had sand in it so we had to change the sheets ourselves. The blinds weren't working and the handyman was prompt in coming to fix them but they had dust all over the shades and most of the furniture had a bit of dust on it as well. The windows and sliding doors were difficult to open, they need to be replaced as they are very old. The kitchen had ants and we even saw a few on the floor. The kitchen cabinets also need updating and there were very few amenities in the kitchen, including no saran wrap or foil for our first night dinner leftovers. Silverware was old and some of it was rusty, very few towel bars for the amount of people the unit sleeps and no hooks anywhere for clothes or towels. Again, its the small details that make such a difference in your stay, as we are frequent vacation rental users.

Location perfect for teenagers!

Easy acces to beach, bay & Belmont park. The 3 bed/2 bath was perfect for our family of 4 and the friends who came to visit. Lots of stairs and a separate room on top floor but would stay again.

Great location!

We enjoyed the location but the property could use some TLC. Upon check-in we had issues with most of the blinds not working on the sliding glass doors but they immediately came out to fix them. We realized that first night the sheets were sandy in one of the bedrooms so we had to wash them before going to bed. Things were dusty including the blinds. The windows were all difficult to open and need replacing. The kitchen was poorly stocked with essentials and the cabinets need updating as they are original. We had ants in the kitchen which was frustrating. There were minimal places to hang towels or anything, which with this large of a place is difficult. More hooks and towel bars would be wonderful. The property manager was great to work with but the property needs a few upgrades to make it a stellar experience.

Wonderful

Great rental! We had a wonderful time. Will be stopping here again. If you have more than one vehicle parking is a hassle. That literally was the only thing. Not the property owners fault just a very busy location.

Amazing Place!

This VRBO location is everything as advertised and MORE! The house has everything you need in perfect condition. The location is ideal. The property manager was very attentive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Mission Beach!!

Great family location! 7 days was great

Great location on mission beach. Quiet and just close/far enough from the restaurant/bars. Space was more than enough for four adults and two children for 7 days. Garage and beach toys/chairs were a great bonus!

Our stay in Mission Beach

My adult children and I really enjoyed your place Chloe. You were so accommodating and we would definitely stay again. Your beach home was such a comfortable, clean and convenient place. We were a few steps away from the beach and boardwalk, lots of things to do. The weather was perfect (isn’t that par for San Diego?). So much to do and enjoy!

It was beautiful. Perfect location for the beach.

We didn't realize there was another unit below, and the cranky woman renting the unit complained our 4 year old was making too much noise running so it put a stress on our entire vacation. So if there was any negative is the place is ideal for adults.

Perfect for what we needed! Would stay again.

We needed three bedrooms and a place dog friendly near the beach. This place fit all our requirements and then some. The host was quick to respond and help with whatever we needed. We would stay again.

Book this place now!!

House is conveniently located near the ocean and mission bay. Walkable to a small market, coffee shops, the awesome olive cafe and Miss Bs. We were very comfortable and the place was spotless when we arrived. Be sure to take advantage of the upper deck which we renamed “the cocktail deck” Kitchen has pretty much every appliance you would need and it was nice to have a convenient laundry room. We would definitely stay again.
