DEWEY Beach Block Cottage på bästa Block i Dewey!

Mycket trevlig uppdaterad central luftkonditionering / värmepump 2BR / 1BA strand stuga i hjärtat av Dewey on Ocean Block (Saulsbury Street) är perfekt för par eller liten familj! (ca 250 meter till stranden). Snyggt och mycket rent - städas mellan hyresgäster av bra vän - inte service. Spreads & badrums mattor byts ut varje vecka. Två sovrum - Båda med 1 queen size-säng, (en är temperpedic) och båda med takfläktar. Plattskärms-TV med DVD och takfläkt i LR. Drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet för tillfällig gäst. Maximal komfortabel beläggning är 4 men tillåts till 6 (äganderätt). Utedusch. Skärmad veranda med välvt tak och takfläkt. Stort litet hus! Barn kan gå till stranden - inga upptagna vägar att korsa. Många upprepa och nöjda kunder i åratal. Vi har ägt denna fastighet sedan 1994. Vänligen kolla även vår andra vackra och uppdaterade Dewey egendom på viken sida som är en större enhet och även listad på VRBO # 286448.
Föredrar veckovis uthyrning under säsong. Veckopriser rabatterade. 4 dagars minsta erbjudande. Omsättningsdag variabel så länge som dagar inte lämnat tomma.

Minuter (promenader) till restauranger, barer, snabbmat, kafé, stadspark, bukt, shopping och nöjen. En mil till Rehoboth Boardwalk och Funland med mycket rimliga priser för barn. Plocka upp Jolly Trolley till Rehoboth vid hörnet. Parkera din bil och flytta aldrig den. Rehoboth Shopping Outlets 1-2 miles away. Massor av bra restauranger i Rehoboth. En till två av gatan parkering vid huset.

Incheckning är 2 PM, utcheckning är 10 AM.

Ta med handdukar, sängkläder och pappersprodukter. Ny gasgrill, propan garanteras inte. Vänligen lämna grillen i skick som hittades.

Dewey Beach har infört en 3% hyresavgift på alla korta hyrafastigheter i Dewey.

Måste vara över 25 för att hyra. INGEN UTHYRNINGAR TILL UNSUPERVISED HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS. Inga husdjur - inga undantag. Vecka Uthyrning eller SUN-FRI uthyrning som specificeras. Great place for a relaxing vacation

My friends and I stayed at this cottage for a beach weekend getaway. The location is amazing, being within walking distance of several event spaces, bars, restaurants, and most importantly, it's right by the beach entrance. (There's also a rental shack right on that block for any beach needs: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, you name it.)The cottage itself is so nice, cozy and comfortable. The place has 2 queen-sized beds and a pull-out couch. We didn't wind up pulling out the couch; rather, one of my friends slept on it as is. So we had ample space to move around. Having a kitchen and a full-sized fridge at the ready was phenomenal. We were able to cook and store food, drinks, or snacks, which helped keep our vacation within budget.When we booked the cottage, the preparatory message we received had us a little worried, but it turned out to be an unwarranted worry. It mentioned needing to bring any and all paper products, which gave us the impression that there would be no toilet paper or paper towels or tissue or anything. But there was! Crisis averted, though we definitely overpacked due to this worry, haha. Elizabeth, the owner, was just trying to make sure it was known that there wasn't a stash of EXTRA paper products, and that we'd need to supply our own, past what was present in the cottage. A silly misunderstanding, but I thought I'd mention it in case that worried anyone else.All in all, we had a terrific time at Dewey Beach and at this cottage. Highly Recommend!

sweet little cottage

small cottage, but sweet. good for 2-3 people. close to the beach, and other attractions. very walk-able to boardwalk and restaurants. we parked our car when we got there and didn't use it till we left. close to other cottages.

perfect location

what a cute little beach cottage. very small but quite cozy. 1/2 city block from beach on quiet street. will definitely attempt another stay here. owner is very easy to reach if needed.

Great end of summer getaway

My daughter and her friend and I had a great few days at this cottage. Great location - easy walk to restaurants/small markets and most importantly, to the beach. And the walk to the boardwalk at Rehoboth isn't too long (and is an even shorter drive). Highly recommend the cottage! We will come again!

Cute place, can't beat the location!

Small but perfect for our needs (family of 4 with 2 preschoolers). The location is great - 2 minute walk to the beach and, in the other direction, several restaurants and shops. No need to drive anywhere!

Great property and location, would stay again. Need to make sure you have pillow cases. Description says pillows are provided but does not mention no cases. Also no trash bags, toilet paper, or paper towels.

Close to the action

This clean and cozy cottage is close to the beach, the bars, the brewery, the restaurants. If you want to walk out to watch the sunrise in the morning, have coffee in the quiet of a classic beach cottage, and then wander the wonders of Dewey--or Rehoboth and Cape Henlopen just minutes north by car--this is a great spot to do it from.

Perfect beach cottage

Quaint beach cottage close to everything! We parked our car and didn’t need it again except for a quick trip to Rehoboth. Highly recommended!

COZY COTTAGE

First impression was the cleanliness. Cozy little cottage in a perfect location. The outside shower was so nice for cleaning up after a day at the beach. It was nice to be able to walk from the beach to the house for a cool air break. Thank you for sharing your little cottage with us.

Such a great stay

We loved this cozy beach cottage in a perfect location! It is compact but is laid out well and still packs in a ton of features, including laundry, a sunny enclosed porch, and an outdoor shower. We would definitely stay again!

Pleasant stay

No frills,very small but certainly pleasant enough. Four or so houses from the beach and the Starboard right across on Rt. 1. We were able to walk everywhere in Dewy and took the Trolly into Rehoboth.

Great location

My family and I enjoyed the cozy house. It was close to the beach, restaurants and stores. It was very clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. We loved sitting on the front porch. Our long weekend was very enjoyable.
