Studio lägenhet med fullt utrustat kök och bad i Mill Valley. Denna söta lägenhet, bekvämt beläget nära US101, gör en utmärkt hemmabas från vilken du kan arrangera din bay area semester. Vi är nära Mill Valley, Sausalito och Larkspur, 15 minuter till Golden Gate Bridge, 30 minuter till Muir Woods och Stinson Beach, och 1 timme till Napa. Lägenheten ligger i ett förortshus i ett lugnt område nära användbara bekvämligheter, Mount Tamalpais och lokala vandringsleder, världsklass berg och road cykling. Awesome Mill Valley studio!

Just the right size for my husband and I for the weekend! An amazing view of the mountains and the marshes from the deck, which we enjoyed with morning coffee. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. A great location to explore Mill Valley, Larkspur, Sausalito and Muir Woods.

Noisy neighbor

The room had all the necessities. Needed a bit more cleaning. The owners half of the house was quiet, however, the neighbor’s construction began every day at 7:15 am. Not what I wanted to wake up to on vacation.

Peaceful Retreat

Fantastic spot to stay and recharge! The view from the deck is amazing and the studio is well outfitted for a comfortable stay. It is car dependent but parking is easy. Host was friendly and accommodating while offering total privacy. Highly recommend.

Shortened by Heat!

Tim was excellent in responding to our inquiries, but gave us complete privacy. Unfortunately, our visit was cut short by an unexpected heat wave of 109 degrees f. After our visit to Muir Woods National Park, we left for lower temperatures and an air conditioned hotel in Morro Bay. Usually there's no need for AC in Mill Valley. We were just unlucky. The studio was well equipped in the kitchen, but if you plan to do any cooking, stop at Safeway, or Whole Foods for what you need. We found some outdated cooking oil and spices. More hooks, or bars would be appreciated in the bathroom for towels, or clothing. There are more than a few stairs to the studio, so may not be easy for less mobile individuals. In the ad, you can see the bed isn’t on a conventional frame and could be difficult for some. It was a minor challenge for my wife to get on and off. All things considered, our trip was a rewarding one and our lodging was acceptable, despite the heat.

Perfect little escape

Great location, close to shops and the beautiful scenery of the headlands. Was clean and spacious, balcony was a bonus. Check in was smooth.

Great little quiet studio up in the hills of Mill Valley. Beautiful deck overlooking the area and the bay. Cozy, but has most everything necessary. My only complaint is that it wasn't terribly clean. The area rug hadn't been vacuumed and there were cobwebs in various places. Normally, I can live with that, but since I paid an $85 cleaning fee (which I assume the previous renter paid as well), it would be nice to have it clean.

Excellent, cozy stat

This property was excellent and exactly what I needed while visiting for a class I was taking in Sausalito. I needed to be able to bring lunch and dinner for my class, so I had no problem cooking meals, was so close for walking to great restaurants and grocery options. My partner needed to work from the room all week, and he had no problem taking meetings with no disturbances and good wifi. The room was clean and cozy with a great view, and I would be excited to stay here again! The owner made himself easily available if needed, but I had absolutely no problems.

Great Stay!

We had a great weeklong stay at Tim's place. It was very nice, clean, quiet. Fast internet, easy entry and parking. Had everything we needed for cooking. Would recommend!

A perfect getaway just outside of Mill Valley.

A lovely studio in the trees with a nice view on the balcony. Comfy bed and perfect for a romatic getaway, stay in or a few minutes from town.

Comfortable, Clean, Great View

This fit everything I was looking for, was a great location with a nice deck and great view. Host was helpful and communicative, the place had all the amenities I needed, check in and check out was very straightforward. I was here on a work trip but would have definitely stayed here on vacation as well.

Very Good

The studio was very good for our needs. It was very quiet, private and in a very good location. It was clean and tidy overall but could have used a little dusting. The bed was comfortable but not easy for getting up during the night.
