Allt om Sea Breeze är roligt, lätt och charmigt! Vardagsrummet är öppet, ljust och mysigt med en gas- / vedeldad spis och utsikt över Stilla havet!

Koppla av, öppna dörrarna och fönstren, känna den milda havsbrisen och lyssna på vågorna som rullar in på den närliggande stranden!

Köket är öppet och rymligt med alla nya apparater, en granitbänk med alla bekvämligheter du kan tänka dig. Sea Breeze har en charmig frukostkrog utanför köket och erbjuder utsikt över den pastorala sluttningen. Havsutsikt är begränsat men stranden ligger inom 5 minuters promenad.

Entrénivån har kök, matsal, frukostkrog, vardagsrum med gas / vedeldad spis, 1 sovrum, badrum och en hål.

Sovrummen är bekväma, rymliga och vackert inredda. Det finns ett sovrum på enrty nivå, en hål med en utdragbar soffa och en utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet. Nedre våningen har det andra sovrummet och ett annat badrum och tvättstuga.

Perfect cozy family friendly beach getaway

We loved this property! We appreciated that it was a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook our own meals and loved being able to bring our pup along. The location was perfect, so close to the beach. The management was responsive and the check in and out was easy and convenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I absolutely loved the house. Both my husband and I felt very at home in the house. Was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Had everything we needed for our seven nights stay. The Customer Service of the property management company with top-notch. Extremely responsive and just very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this home. There is a tiny little ocean view, but you can hear the ocean at night as you're going to sleep. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot to stay to enjoy Dillon Beach!

My husband, daughter and I had a great time at Sea Breeze. We brought our lab, too so she could enjoy the beach! The house is clean, has very comfortable beds, a very functional kitchen, plus lots of games to play. I loved stretching/doing yoga in the sun room. Would stay again, very worthwhile!

Delightful, restful, quiet

The home is very clean and extremely well stocked. It was the most restful vacation we have ever had. The neighborhood is soooo quiet! Comfortable beds and pillows, full size refrigerator, a gas fire. Ping pong was a hit! Lots of seating and a functional clean kitchen. We loved it. We have been camping at Dillon for 25 years and finally rented a house. Would rent again 10 stars!

New Year's

The management company prepared such a nice welcome on a rainy night with lights on, fire going and gift basket to welcome us!!! The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 dogs. It was an easy walk to the beach trail! Dillon Beach is such a lovely, unique spot! We all had a lovely time away from home were the winter storms were raging!!! Happy 2023!

Wonderful Thanksgiving family stay!

We have stayed in many properties in Dillon Beach - my husband and I agree this is the best! It is immaculate - couldn't be cleaner. The beds are very comfortable and with 4 adults, it is great to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my portion of our Thanksgiving dinner. As in most rentals, bring your favorite spices, oils, etc. And, if it is your first time in Dillon, know there are no major grocery stores- bring in. your food. The home was spacious and comfortable for all of us and our dogs. Dillon is a magical get-away from the Bay Area - the beach is a 10 min. walk and then walk for 4 miles! It is a very special place for us! We will be back to Sea Breeze!

Great place

To stay with family or friends. Spacious house with nice kitchen, free wi-fi (no cell service), and all the basic supplies for a cozy, home away from home feel. No crib or toddler bed so bring your own; plenty of room to set one up in the upstairs bedroom. Ping pong table in the garage and beach toys for the kids. Short walk to the general store and restaurant and just a little bit further to the beach. Fairly steep walk downhill to get there and uphill back so great for getting your steps in. Parking lot at the beach too but costs $10-$15 a day. We had a nice, quiet, low-key, relaxing stay. Check-in and out was simple and made easy.

There was tons of space for the 7 of us (4 adults 3 kids). The kitchen had everything we needed and more - even cast iron pans for cooking clams. The den was great for our kids. The beach is walking distance as long as you don't have too much stuff to carry. Parking was challenging with our large SUV but we made it work - only 2 small cars can fit in the driveway. Great little spot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at three properties in Dillon Beach, and this is my favorite. The two bedroom two bath cottage is cozy and welcoming. It’s sort of like visiting a cottage that you wish your grandmother had. Comfortable furniture, a good mattress, and high quality linens added to the stay. The TV and gas fireplace worked well, and the kitchen was very well equipped. There is a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The second bedroom is downstairs, so ideal for two couples or families. The rental agency was great. All in all, a great trip and stay.

Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. I usually bring my own knives for kitchen use but theirs were great. Hot & Cold water tap outside to hose of the dog or your feet is a nice touch. Well-kept BBQ. Beds are VERY comfortable, cozy gas fireplace. Just a great place. I drive a very large van and no problem parking two cars in the driveway. We had a party of 5 and no one was tripping over each other. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
