The view from the main kitchen/living area is amazing, the walk to the beach and stories very easy. This was our 3rd stay in Dillon Beach and it does not disappoint. Joy was fantastic to work with - we will definitely be back.

The house was all we could ask for. It had everything we needed and then some, the heated bathroom floor was a good surprise. The view is legendary. Being dog friendly makes it a place we would look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended.

The beach cottage was adorable and very clean! Pictures did not do it justice. I could hear the waves from the balcony. Beautiful ocean views!

Great location. Nice amenities. If you bring a dog just make sure it knows how to use stairs if you want it to come sleep in your room. Our dog had never seen any before so we had to do lessons! I cannot find any fault with anything. Would definitely come back. Thanks again to the gracious hosts.

This property is our go to place to go when we are at Dillon Beach. It is clean and feels so fresh and welcoming when arrive. It feels like home, we have been there many times, and are comfortable there. It is easy check in, dog friendly and a comfortable and safe place to stay. They have made some updates to the property making it look even better than before. I like when the owners make positive changes and listen to their reviews I hope to be back sooner than later. DillNThyme is the place to go.Thank Joy Fillman.

This location was great for our trip. Property was exactly as described. Clean towels had been left in the dryer. It took a little effort to get the Wi-Fi and tv cables to function. It was a bit warm while we were there and couldn't open doors or windows because no screens. Maybe a fan would be nice.We loved the area and the property totally met our needs and wants. Very clean except for some strange dirt/sand on the coffee table. Definitely recommend exploring this area of California!

Stayed here before - the kitchen and living area so easy and relaxing. Love the deck overlooking the ocean- you can see the people on the beach as well as the people in the water or flying kites. The neighborhood is awesome, each time we go to Dillion Beach we meet more locals and those staying short term. Joy is so responsive and addresses any concerns. We had such a great time celebrating my husband's birthday. The weather was awesome. Having a washer and dryer was nice too- didn't need to pack as much.

This pet-friendly rental in Dillon Beach is wonderful. Ocean views, walk to the beach and the bathroom has a heated floor! We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was excellent...back from Oceana Drive, so quiet, but just back, so a very short and very pleasant walk to the beach, general store or restaurant (high marks for the restaurant too!). The deck and views from the deck are even better than in the photos and was one of our favorite things about the stay. We had panoramic ocean views and, because of the way the deck is situation compared to the neighboring homes, we had a really good level of privacy--which is not easy to pull off there.Other quick thoughts: well appointed kitchen, lots of extra linens (which we didn't need, but it was nice that they were there), very comfortable beds with quality bedding, great showerhead, and an overall nice welcoming, homey feel. We liked also that the bedrooms were on a different level than the main rooms. Joy was super responsive to all our communications and we really appreciated how truly dog friendly she was and the place is. Thank you Joy and Caitlin!

Cute cottage with beautiful ocean view. Nicely appointed, to include a heated bathroom floor and toilet seat. Bedding and beds are very configurable. Everything as decribed.

The cottage is very pretty and well-stocked. From the photo, I hadn’t realized that it is in a densely populated hillside community rather than off by itself, but the view from the living room is beautiful. Communication was excellent with the owner. The surrounding area is beautiful and lush in the spring. Easy beach access. We had a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our time at Dill n Thyme! Everything inside was clean and good mattresses made for good night's rest. I couldn't get the windows open outside of the sliding glass door to patio/deck and the coffee machine wasn't working without some support but overall it was a lovely spot to stay. On our last day PG&E had a scheduled power shut off which prompted us to leave (our update was it wouldn't turn on until the next day around 10 possibly even later). Of course we didn't know about the scheduled shut off. So we cut our time off by an evening. However, it was a good trip and we had a lovely restful time!
