Great location right on mission bay. The beach steps outside the back patio was so convenient. The house fit us all perfectly with plenty of bathrooms and showers.

Exceeded expectations!

We had a wonderful time! The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice! Great spot- beach or bay to choose from! Sunsets on the beach were delightful. The upstairs bedroom was a dream with the view! We would love to return!

Great location

I stay every year with my family of 7 in SD. So far, this is our favorite house to stay in. I love the bay side of SD, as the Oceanside is just too loud and populated. The garage was big enough to house our minivan, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was close enough to entertainment, restaurants, and Balboa Park. It was a great stay. We will come back.

Family time

Perfect location for spending time with our 3 year old grandson. Great selection of sand toys, life jackets, paddle boards and chairs. Easy walk to 2 different resorts. Really appreciated not having to pack all those extras. Really quiet at night. Manager was very quick to respond to a wi-fi problem which was fixed right away.

Great house, great views!

This is a nice clean house with friendly service from the rental company. Gorgeous morning views of the sun rising over the bay. Sit on the patio and watch the boardwalk and the activity on the bay. It's a short walk to rent SUPs, kayaks, sailing lessons, etc. We rode bikes around the bay (less crazy than the beach side) and we walked to dinner every night. The tandem garage held 2 small SUVs without a problem. Extra beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels on site. We loved it!

Great spot on the bay side

We've rented on ocean side of mission beach for almost 20 years. First time renting on bay side. Condo is at great location, and area was very quiet. Condo was beautiful and clean upon arrival. Master bedroom on 3rd floor is gorgeous. Patio and balconies were wonderful. Goodie basket on arrival really appreciated. Our family (7 people) really liked this place. We were short on cereal bowls, and BBQ didn't work right, but both promptly addressed. The only negative was having to wash linens and towels on day of departure. We knew it going in, and with large capacity washer/dryer in garage, it was only a mild hassle - so I'm not deducting points. But it's still a hassle, especially considering the rental price. Overall, it's a great property.

Perfect house on the Bay!

We had a fantastic time in this 3 level home on the Bay! The views from all bedrooms were spectacular! The house was fully equipped with all the beach chairs, kids toys and boogie boards plus 2 paddle boards. Our kids had a blast and so did we! You can walk 2 minutes to get to the beach to watch sunset too! Perfect location, much calmer than other side of bay! Everything was great, but I would suggest getting Netflix fire sticks for the TVs. It was local cable with barely any channels. We had to screw the handles on the pots and pans so they didn't break completely. Other than that it was amazing!!

Great house, perfect location.

The house was pretty great, very comfortable. It came with everything we needed and more. Lots of sand toys, two paddleboards, and everything you need inside. The location was more than awesome, and the perfect weather was free!! We’d go back in a second.

A great place! The location was perfect the views were great and I was able to try Paddle Boarding for the first time. Truly an enjoyable stay.

Just as expected and would book again

The picture and information on the web is accurate to what we found. Kitchen is well equipped. Well stocked with paddle boards, toys, beach chairs etc. Clean with lots of room and comfy beads and good bathrooms. We would definitely book again.

Great stay

This is a great property! We were looking for a calm property to just relax and this place was excellent. Directly on the bay, easy parking and rooms were a great size. This was our first family vacation so I was really nervous with our little kids but property made us feel right at home.

Better than Description!

We had plenty of space for 6 adults and 1 child. Bonus to had available a SUP board, beach chairs, towels, wagon, sand toys and games. Bayside is quiet and perfect for families. Fireworks can be seen each night from Sea World. If you prefer the beach, its just a couple blocks over. Brought down our bikes, and there is a great boardwalk steps from the front that goes for miles. The house had everything we needed. Bright, clean and inviting. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, fully loaded rental

This property is in a great location on the bay side. It’s in a quiet area and there are several restaurants and stores in walking distance. We enjoyed staying on the bay side since it has less foot traffic and over all busyness. We enjoyed being steps away from the water and being able to enjoy the sand in front of our house. The house was fully stocked with everything you need - beach towels, toys and chairs, kitchen utensils galore and extra bedding and pillows too. It’s three stories so inside the house is quiet too. It’s a great spot for families - we will being booking again.

Relaxing on the bay.

Had a wonderful time at your home and San Diego. Weather could have been better but that’s Mother Nature for you! House was great and plenty of space for two couples. Great place to walk for leisure and loads of restaurants, bars within walking distance as well.

PERFECT!

This was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Accommodations were extremely clean and spacious. Location was perfect. Right on the bay and a block from the open ocean. Check-in could not have been smoother!

Great beach getaway

Great communication with host; ample size place for 6 people; great location for lots of outdoor activities and centrally located for access to all San Diego has to offer. Would stay again!

It was very nice and quiet.

We had nice weather in November not hot or warm but comfortable as we expected, enjoyed SD very much! The garage is very small, do not take a huge SUV. We have a MBenz GLC 300 and a Nissan Altima and they fit well. Our 6 yr old daughter was in heaven playing in the sand when she wanted as it was walking distance and us parents loved that! Space was great with a nice view. It was perfect for our family we would rent again!
