Surprise ballgames

Great location to Surprise Stadium .. house well equipped. We needed something repaired and it was responded to and fixed very fast! Would be nice to go when warmer to use the lovely pool but college ballgames we go to are in February! Would stay here again.

Great place with great host

The place was awesome! Kimberly and Liberty made us feel really welcome. We didn’t know how to operate the new keurig. Kimberly was so knowledgeable about the coffee maker and spent 10 minutes patiently walking us through it. (I’m slow ). They have kept the place updated and have a new giant tv in the living room and a newer gas grill which we used every night. Kitchen had everything we needed and wanted!We unconditionally recommend Kimberly’s place!

Lovely home for our long weekend

The location was 10 minutes from the Surprise stadium which is where we spent all of our time. It was a lovely place. It was well stocked and clean. I thought I saw in the amenities there was a hot tub, but there was not…there was a lovely swimming pool though. I would stay there again if we head back to AZ.

Good property

Very clean property, well maintained with all the basics you need for your stay. We stayed for baseball spring training and its a little far away (30+ min). I knew that in advance and chose the property because it seemed better than closer options.

Brewer's Spring Training

Perfect vacation retreat. Close to many ball parks, gas, groceries, pharmacies or whatever you need. Previous guest left some food and drink behind, so we did the same. Very relaxing by the pool although it was too cold to use, but a great setting for coffee or cocktails. We will be back.

Relaxing and comfortable

Kimberly is a wonderful host. Her home is inviting and comfortable with everything you’ll need. Both Kimberly and Liberty, the property manager, are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. The yard and pool are awesome, the house is incredibly comfortable and welcoming, and the beds are super comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again! Thank you for having us!

Family visit

The house was just right for our trip. We were looking for a place that would be both close to family and provide a home like gathering place for us all to visit, and this home was perfect. It had all the amenities that you would expect in a home; it felt cozy, the kitchen had the items needed to allow for cooking, the beds were comfortable and the outside was very relaxing. The Owner was very accommodating, we really appreciated how she worked with us on our schedule to make sure all worked out for us. Thank you and we will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Roomy house. Showers were awesome, hot and super shower heads. Liked the gas grill and used it 3x. Friendly owner & property manager. Several things fell apart, kinda cheap. The soap & shampoo available was weak. Towels need an upgrade for sure.

Perfect location and Lovely House

This house is in a great location! We felt right at home with the cozy decor. All of the essentials were included, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. The owner thought of everything we might need! Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. Also a big plus is the big tree out front that shades the driveway in the heat! The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is the water in the pool was to cold to actually swim as the pool has no heater. The temps were actually lower than normal when we were there.

Great house - Great location!

We stayed in the house over Christmas and New Years. The location was close and convenient for everywhere we needed to go, with some large shopping stores very close. The house is also pleasantly located off of a side street, and thus there is no traffic noise at all. Each of the three bedrooms are separated from each other such that there is no noise between the rooms, and they are also well removed from the front family room... perfect if you want to take an afternoon nap without the TV keeping you awake :). The hosts were very helpful and attentive. Lastly, the covered patio provided a nice spot to sit in the shade while the chef grills up some steaks or burgers, but there is also a set of chairs with table closer to the pool for those desiring some extra sun. We will definitely be looking up this property again for our future visits to the area. Thank you for everything!

Real Surprise Surprise!

I loved this house! Perfect size and pretty pool are big pluses. This house is in a real (not age-restricted) neighborhood, so there are dogs, children, and noise—just like real life. Maid service was a happy surprise. Lots of backyard privacy and some actual grass! Only drawback for me was not having access to the garage.
