Our host was absolutely stellar, top notch. The host’s attention to details to make our stay easy and enjoyable were evident by the cleanliness of the property, a welcome book of information, and availability to connect if there were questions or concerns. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Had a very wonderful stay.

An overall, excellent experience. Visiting our son & his family nearby (Sterling Grove), during the days, we enjoyed watching our 2 small grandaughters (ages 4/6) enjoy the pool while their parents.were at work. Would be a.regular renter.

Lovely home for our long weekend

The location was 10 minutes from the Surprise stadium which is where we spent all of our time. It was a lovely place. It was well stocked and clean. I thought I saw in the amenities there was a hot tub, but there was not…there was a lovely swimming pool though. I would stay there again if we head back to AZ.

BucketList Checkoff

It was so nice to not be in a hotel. It was too cold to use the pool this time, may need to pick better days the next go round. This house was well maintained and very clean. We really enjoyed our trip. Thanks for your hospitality

Good property

Very clean property, well maintained with all the basics you need for your stay. We stayed for baseball spring training and its a little far away (30+ min). I knew that in advance and chose the property because it seemed better than closer options.

Real Surprise Surprise!

I loved this house! Perfect size and pretty pool are big pluses. This house is in a real (not age-restricted) neighborhood, so there are dogs, children, and noise—just like real life. Maid service was a happy surprise. Lots of backyard privacy and some actual grass! Only drawback for me was not having access to the garage.

December in AZ

Great location. Roomy house. Showers were awesome, hot and super shower heads. Liked the gas grill and used it 3x. Friendly owner & property manager. Several things fell apart, kinda cheap. The soap & shampoo available was weak. Towels need an upgrade for sure.
