Sea Spirit är en lägenhet med 2 sovrum med förmodligen den mest magnifika utsikten över St Ives. Den har två sovrum båda ensuite; ett sovrum är ett sovrum med dubbelsäng med eget dusch och ett sovrum med super king size-storlek (som också kan konfigureras som ett tvåbäddsrum) med duschrum med eget badrum.

Vardagsrummet har en spektakulär vacker utsikt över havet och hamnen och bortom Hayle och Godrevy fyr. Verkligen, bilderna ljuger inte .. Det är ännu bättre personligen, vi lovar!

Köket och matplatsen är gott om en familj p�� 4 i en vecka eller två. Boområdet ��r bekvämt med ett Bluetooth-ljudsystem och Smart TV.

Denna lägenhet ligger mycket nära St Ives bästa stränder med Porthmeor Beach bara några minuters promenad bort och alla restauranger, butiker, kaféer och matställen ligger också i närheten.

Det finns gratis WiFi i hela lägenheten.

Det finns en tilldelad parkeringsplats på Beach Road som är en 5-8 minuters promenad bort men du kan lossa / ladda bilen nära 100 meter bort. (Parkeringsplatsen är tillräckligt stor för en Landrover Discovery 2014-version som är 5 m lång)

Det finns en delad planlagd, terrasserad trädgård på framsidan av Sea Spirit's byggnad där du kan sitta och njuta av utsikten med den kostnadsfria flaskan Prosecco!

Perfect for a wind down

We were looking for a few days to wind down from everyday life and 'Sea spirit' gave us the perfect opportunity to do just that. The constantly changing views of the harbour, bay and wider horizon from the stunning location provided a wonderful backdrop, whether reading, chatting, listening to music, or (in my case) receiving your first drawing lesson from your wife! A wonderful variety of cafe's pubs and restaurants, all within short walking distance just added to the experience.

Amazing St Ives property

We absolutely adored our 6 night stay at Sea Spirit in St Ives. The view from the living room was staggering - we didn’t even turn the TV on at all as the harbour comings and goings were so interesting. The stairs and narrow hilly streets took some getting used to, but it was worth it for the beautiful surroundings. St Ives was a great place for us to base ourselves to explore south west Cornwall.

Amazing views

Beautiful location in St Ives. Should be aware that it is quite a climb if you are walking from the station. We felt it was well worth it, but if you have mobility issues, it would be hard. Very clean, company was easy to work with. Overall great experience.

Spectacular view of St Ives!

We were two couples sharing the flat. The layout is perfect, with both bedrooms being ensuite. The flat is exactly as described/depicted in the photos. It is a bit of a walk to the parking at the St Ives football club, but nice having a reserved spot. We were able to ‘double park’ to both unload and load upon departure. The set of stairs in the flat is narrow and steep (like most in the UK) so I recommend packing light!!! We LOVED the view and close proximity to St Ives. Would not hesitate stay here again.

Terrific Property - Highly Recommended - 5 Star

Impeccably clean property with magnificent views of St Ives! Great beds and showers. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need including dishwasher and washer/dryer. Allocated parking is 3/4 mile away and 15-minute walk away (not fully communicated). Pay lot nearby is available but gets full and can be a bit pricey. Early check-in was not allowed because property manager wanted to check all things were in order (could have been communicated better). Communication with Orange Roof (property manager) about lost/left items not returned on the Orange Roof website.

Best Holidays ever

Wundervoll. Die spektakuläre Aussicht, die Lage, die Wohnung so schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft standen frisches Brot Butter Kaffee und Milch für uns bereit. Man fühlte sich sehr willkommen und sehr wohl. Wir hatten wirklich die beste Zeit :3

Excellent location and stunning views of st Ives harbour across the bay and lighthouse in distance

We were lucky enough to park in nearby carpark to unload...only about 100 yards walk. Very comfortable/warm and clean property. Only 5 minutes down to nearby beach or harbour/ shops and restaurants....plenty of choice for eating out....but good to book in advance to guarantee a table.

Fabulous Stay!

Beautiful views of St Ives, spacious for 2 adults & 2 children. Flat Lovely touch with the Cornish food. fully equipped for a family. The only negative feedback is the bedding, new pillows & duvets need replacing! We definitely would stay again!!

Lovely Apartment with Incredible Views!

The Apartment is in a good, central location with easy access to the town and all beaches, perfect for a stroll around St.Ives. The property is well equipped and is ideal for a family or 2 couples owing to the two ensuite bedrooms. The best thing about this property is the incredible views over St Ives harbour, town, island and two beaches. They are the best views of any property we have stayed in and we would have quite happily sat looking out at the views all day. My parents visited us for the day and have since booked this property for themselves over Christmas. We are definitely hoping to return in the future.

Absolutely incredible!

We loved staying at Sea Spirit. The booking and checking in process was flawless, lots of communication from Orange Roofs who manage the rental of this property on behalf of the owners. The prosecco and biscuits were such a lovely treat on arrival. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the photos don’t lie...the view from the apartment was incredible. We were able to drive close to the accommodation and drop off our bags, the apartment was well equipped and we were able to cook with ease most evenings. Just two points to note for families with babies, the stairs leading from the front door of the apartment itself up to the apartment are incredibly steep so might be unsuitable for those with babies unless some kind of stair gate can be arranged. Also, both of the en-suites although beautiful only have showers which again might be a problem for families with babies. As our children are that little bit older these didn’t cause us a problem but they’re things I would have wanted to know if they were younger. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the parking space but we have two small children (4 and 6). The apartment is a stones throw from Fore Street and the beaches are within walking distance. You will not regret booking this accommodation for your stay in St. Ives.

A perfect apartment

This is the best vacation home we have stayed in! We have been using vacation rentals for over 30 years . The view and amenities of the home are superb. We loved it and were sad to leave.

Fantastic View

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Spirit. The view of St Ives from the kitchen and lounge was fantastic. Great location and only a short walk to the harbour, beaches, shops and restaurants in St Ives. The walk home is pretty steep up the hill and steps but worth it for the fab view once in the apartment. The apartment had everything you could need and is stylishly decorated. Each bedroom has an ensuite shower. One of the en suites doubles up as a shared bathroom with access direct from the lounge as well as the bedroom. The bedrooms were spacious with a good amount of wardrobe/storage space. The beds were a little too hard for my liking but that's just a personal thing and in no way a criticism. It was a real benefit to have a parking space which was only 8/10 minutes away. We did use the public car park the night before we checked out so it wasn't such a trek in the morning just in case my husband couldn't get close enough to the property when carting our luggage out on the morning we checked out. To be honest, we didn't really need to worry as it was very quiet and were able to park along the road next to the pathway you use to get to the property for a few minutes while we loaded up. We did however stay in November so may not be so easy during peak season. We will certainly stay here again - We loved it.
