Clean rooms, great AC, shops nearby, closer to the boardwalk than most more expensive options. Definitely worth every penny!

Very Cute In A Perfect Location

Everything was within walking distance. My family enjoyed the environment so much want to stay again summer 2023. We enjoyed sitting outside but it was spent in the dark due to not having access to the lower porch light. Overall it was very nice!

cozy 2 BR garage apartment

We felt welcomed to this oasis of green. There were lots of short and tall evergreens surrounding the apartment, deck, and patio. It was perfect for our long term rental while we helped out our son and daughter-in--law after the birth of their new baby. The apartment was very comfortable for my husband and me, and the occasional guests we had. We were here in the cool of April and early May, and kept comfortably warm with the baseboard heating in every room. Loved that we had windows out every direction. Enjoyed hearing the lapping water in the adjacent canal. We cooked most meals, so it was important to have a serviceable kitchen. This requirement was met easily. Unit had full sized frig and oven, with 4 burner gas stove, and all the appliances we have at home. We did not miss the dishwasher. We look forward to returning in the summer (when I'm sure there will be an oasis of cool) and watching the sunset over the bay from the back deck.

Convenient and comfy stay in Ocean City: short (5m) walk to beach, and lots of nearby restaurants

The property was in good condition: not super spacious, but still comfortable for our family of five. Kitchen is a bit tight if you’re preparing all but the simplest of meals, but we kept it simple :) There are several great restaurants within walking distance: Blu crab house, Fish Tales, 28th St Pit & Grill, and more. There’s even a convenient shawarma & ice cream spot a block away. Jolly Roger amusement park is just a few blocks away as well, so the house is very conveniently located. Though walking to the beach does require crossing Philadelphia Ave, which can be a long wait to cross :| Rooms are comfortable: window air conditions in every room. Plenty of sleeping space (couch in living room pulls out). TV is nice, but we rarely used it: partially because we spent most of our time outdoors, and partially because it lacked many channels. Erwin (host) was super friendly, and allowed us to use some of the equipment in his garage, and provided helpful recommendations for fishing in the area. The kids already miss the place, and we would definitely consider staying again.

Great place with a great location

When we arrived, we had a little trouble checking in. Nothing major tho. Besides that, the place was just what we were looking for. It’s exactly as listed. The pictures on this app don’t really do it justice. It’s really nice and the decks are very spacious. The AC units worked well and kept everything cool. Nice dock to sit by the water. Hopefully we can come back soon.

Beautiful spot

We had an amazing time in Ocean City. The house had two really nice decks that had a perfect view of the bay. The house was very clean and there was free parking. It was only two blocks from the beach so we never had to drive there and struggle to find parking. It was also only one block away from about 7 restaurants so we literally didn't drive the whole week. The price was very great for the location and we had the best time.

My favorite part about this rental is that it's by itself and the trees on the property provide so much privacy, it's like you're in your own little paradise!

Amazing bay-side apartment

The apartment is wonderful! We loved being on the bayside for the sunsets. Great patio to eat outside. 5-min walk to the beach and the end of the boardwalk. Highly recommend!

Quiet

It was a great location for activities to do with the kids and close to the boardwalk walking distance. Nice and quiet have ur own privacy with the trees around the decks. Boat canal at the bottom of the decks. I loved and enjoyed staying here and the kids had a great time also. Nice for the family. In the future would love to come back here.

Enjoyable vacation

The property was just as described. The outdoor landscaping was beautiful! The property owner was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed fishing off the dock every night. Great location. Would definitely rent again!

This was a perfect place for 4 people. Loved the location on the bay. Great view of the sunsets. Nice quiet neighborhood. Check in process was simple. We love Fishtales and this place was within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem

As the title suggests, this house is a hidden gem in Ocean City, MD! The photos don’t do the outside justice as there is so much foliage and tree covering that you may forget you’re sitting on the bay! Don’t get me wrong, you get the bay breeze and beautiful views but have shade from the amazing trees. There is also a part of the deck that is not tree covered so if you wish to be in the sun, you can sit there too. Erwin is so easy to talk to and he replies to messages very promptly. The house itself is private and perfect for a beach vacation! We will definitely stay there again!

Enjoyable fun in nice apartment

Perfect place to enjoy the bay and ocean!

Caught crabs everyday. Watched the sun come up on the ocean side and set on the bay. Easy boat access. Clean interior, great deck space. Parking was a plus too!

This is a great location! It is on the canal with an amazing garden and deck overlooking the Bay. The beach is two blocks away. It is great for families. There are a lot of attractions for adults and kids within walking distance. Guests can't believe that this kind of privacy and quiet is in Ocean City.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This recently updated property (Spring 20250 has two decks with amazing views. It also has a beautiful shared garden area that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. There is an available boat slip as well. The serenity and privacy of this property makes it a diamond in the rough.
