Två sovrum, queen size-sängar i varje, vardagsrum, kök / matsal kombination. Lägenheten är övervåningen i ett 1907 hus på National Register of Historic Places och har utsikt över en median med 100 + åriga magnolia träd. Området är varierat, lugnt och parklikt. Du är nära till centrum, bara ett par miles. Overton Park och Levitt Shell är 1. 4 miles away, Overton Square 1. 8, Cooper Young 2. 4 miles. Great location and home had character

Work trip to Memphis. Location was convenient. Home reminded me of summers at my grandparents house. Nice space.

A quiet place

Located central to several eateries and attractions. Ranging from downtown or within the community. You can easily find everything you want. From live entertainment, attending local tours, and living the experience of a local native. All from the comfort of this VRBO.

Great one night stay

Super cute dog friendly apartment! Don’t let the outside of the home scare you, the interior is nicely decorated, beds are comfy, everything you need for a couple of nights! Looks like they might be about to paint the exterior which would greatly improve the curb appeal. Thanks for having us!

Fun property in great location with caring property owners

We loved staying here. Parking was easy, the neighborhood was quiet, the place was cozy yet spacious, and had wonderful decor. The owners are nearby and very kind and responsive.

Amazing stay

We loved our stay with Don and Billie. Wonderful and responsive hosts. They provided great local information to help us get the best out of our time in Memphis. The accommodation was great with the little things that make a hassle free stay. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with plenty of towels for multiple guests. A fully stocked kitchen including coffee pods, sugar, and creamer was also available making an easy start to the day. We needed a later check out and they were great about meeting our needs. We had an extra person in our party and they were great about that too. Billie also had great horticultural conversations with my adult daughter and sent her home with cuttings. This stay was like visiting family and helped make our visit to Memphis exceptional. Thanks guys!

A Hidden Gem in Memphis

Weekend getaway

We returned to Memphis to celebrate our anniversary after honeymooning there 20 years ago. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood was very charming and walkable.

Perfect Weekend Getaway Home Away from Home

Looking to be a 10-12 minute Uber to downtown Memphis but able to enjoy local Midtown Memphis hot spots in less than 2-8 minutes away and bring your pet along, this is your place.

Lovely place!

The owner was there when we arrived, and he was very friendly. He had unlocked the door and turned on the AC units to cool the apartment down a bit. The whole place was super cute and we especially liked the signs in the kitchen and the bathroom. They were hilarious and also informative
