BekvÀmt, öppet hus vid sjön Keowee - södra slutet - 10 minuters bilresa frÄn Clemsons Death Valley eller en paddel bort frÄn Tiki Hut och Marina. Börja dagen med kaffe pÄ det rymliga dÀck och avsluta dagen och smutta pÄ ett glas vin och titta pÄ fÀrgerna förÀndras pÄ sjön. Stora rum öppnar till kök och matsal med vedeldad spis och TV med direkt-TV. Mycket stort dÀck pÄ huvudnivÄ rymmer en publik och har utsikt över sjön. Kolgrill pÄ dÀck. Sovrum med king size-sÀng pÄ huvudnivÄn öppnar till dÀck. Vi Àlskar att vakna upp med solljus, dÀrför har sovrummen delvis ren gardiner och omges utanför trÀd. Om du föredrar fönster helt tÀckta för avskildhet eller mörklÀggning nyanser för en god natts sömn - kan detta inte vara huset för dig. TvÄ sovrum som delar ett stort badrum pÄ övervÄningen - varje sovrum med privata balkonger. Ett rum har tvÄ dubbelsÀngar med TV (direkt-TV) och DVD-spelare och det andra rummet har en king size-sÀng. Spelrum i full storlek pÄ bottenvÄningen utrustad med TV (direkt-tv) och DVD, pool / ping pongbord. TvÄ enkelsÀngar i spelrummet. Fullt badrum och tvÀttstuga i bottenvÄningen / spelrummet. Ingen AC i spelrummet men vanligtvis mycket bekvÀm temperatur. TillgÄng till sjön med trappor - stor öppen plattformsdocka med sortiment av flottörer. Trevligt lugnt omrÄde!
Huset ligger pÄ en brant tomt med mÄnga, mÄnga steg för att komma till sjön - detta kanske inte Àr perfekt för Àldre.

This house was perfect our a couples weekend at Clemson. It was about a ten/fifteen minute drive to moral stadium on game day! We hope to come back and stay for other Clemson games. I highly recommend this house!!

Funky lake house in a great location near Clemson. Listing is accurate. Would give 5 stars, but it was dirty when we checked in. Host was responsive and gave a small credit on cleaning fee, but it smelled pretty bad most of the weekend from the trash left by previous guests and half burned wood still in the fireplace from last winter I guess. Also, basement A/C doesn’t work. To be fair, this is stated in the listing. However, I recommend either getting it fixed or not advertising that space as available. It’s too hot down there to be usable for most people without A/C. Overall, good, spacious house in a really great location and our group of 6 had an awesome weekend for the Clemson/LSU game. Geaux Tigahs!

Football game getaway

House was nice and the location is great!!!! Our biggest issue was the tv. Thank goodness we brought our own cables/connections so we could hook up our phone to watch football. Otherwise we would not have been able to watch any sports.

Football weekend

The stay was perfect for our guys football weekend. The house was great, view of the lake was amazing. It was nice to have the dock to hang out on and fish. Communication with the owner was great and responses were very prompt.

Perfect family house

Beautiful house in a beautiful surrounding on the lake!! The deck is very nice and we could use the kayaks from the owner. The owners were very nice and the communication went great. We had a fantastic stay and the house felt like home!!

Another Wonder Weekend

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful lake house with our 2 daughters and their family. It was a great fit for the 10 of us and an easy drive to the Clemson football game. We have stayed here quite a few times in the past. The owners have recently completed renovations and lovely updates to their home, which makes it even more comfortable and special. The owners are easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to questions. We will be back.

Guys Football Trip

Idyllic spot

The house was an easy drive to Clemson, which was our #1 goal, but it was also so calming and peaceful on its own little cove m, everything was a described and the owners were a breeze to communicate with. We loved our time there!

Great Clemson Family Weekend Home

The location was perfect..a straight shot to campus and very convenient to great gas stations and the Publix shopping center. Really quiet and walkable neighborhood and community. The back deck was wonderful for when our Clemson student children came over for dinner. It was so lovely to sit out there and view the lake. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back for another weekend soon!

Perfect spot

This lake house is in a perfect location and quiet cove. It is a quick 10 minute drive to Clemson University. A Publix is located right outside of the neighborhood. Lyndon was easy to reach and communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving 2021 Family Fun

An enjoyable stay with plenty of room in the very large kitchen to create a Thanksgiving feast; a well stocked game room for kids and adults alike. Everyone slept comfortably in their beds. Our morning walks within the neighborhood were spectacular. The short travel times to the various hiking trails were a plus as well. *****FIVE STAR STAY*****

Great Lake house

We had another great stay at this lake house. Plenty of room for eight people. Enjoyed the lovely views from dock and back deck. Birds were feeding at feeders. Leaves are changing colors. Thank you for sharing your home. We will come back.

Another Great Stay at the Lake

Our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) spent the weekend here to attend the Clemson game. The owners are accessible and answer questions quickly. Our 4 grandsons enjoy playing in the cove. It is truly a very peaceful and relaxing place yo stay. We will return.

Seneca Winter Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the home was very spacious for the 6 of us. The house could have easily fit 2-4 more people. The house had a great lake view and the owners had kayaks available for us to take out. This is a great location for the summer or even those looking for a place to stay during a Clemson football game. The basement had a ping pong and pool table which we enjoyed. The house was a bit dated but at the same time very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the house was dusty in the master bedroom, the oven had not been cleaned and the water heater was not maybe large enough for 6 people. The owners were readily available for contact when we needed anything.

Another Great Weekend

We had another great weekend at “wine down” lake house. Grandsons enjoyed fishing from the dock along with swimming and kayaking in the cove. We will be back!

Great football weekend visit

Family football weekend

We had another great stay. Plenty of room for our daughters and their families. Our grandsons love the fact that there’s some games and manipulative toys available. The owners are very assessable and provide everything that is necessary or a comfortable stay. If there any questions they are always quick to respond. The rain held off. We enjoyed a Clemson victory. And the boys did get to jump in the lake on Sunday morning or we left. It is the place that our family loves to return to.

Terrific hangout

Our third visit to this spacious lake retreat was as pleasant as the first two. The homey atmosphere, proximity to Clemson and soothing lake waters made for a great stay with friends attending the Tiger’s opening win of the 2019 season.

We are recently married and retired and travel! Neil's career has been as a finance professor at Clemson. Lyndon is a RN and works in oncology research- we are embracing the golden years! Neil is an avid white water kayaker in the summer and snow boarder in the winter! Lyndon takes it a little easy on her stand-up paddle board in the summer and moseying down the easy ski slopes in the winter. We love our lake home and look forward to sharing!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Neil bought the lake house in the mid-90's. Being a real estate/finance professor, he carefully watched the market and knew the area was primo! Lakefront, near grocery stores, 10 minutes from Clemson campus!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

quiet cove with great neighbors- just a kayak paddle away to the Keowee Marina or exploring in neighboring coves! Very short drive to Clemson stadium - 7 miles/10 minutes!
