Beläget i den vackra Indian Harbour Beach, Florida i centrala Brevard County, erbjuder vi gästerna en avkopplande vistelse. Alla våra enheter är direkt vid havet. Varje enhet är ett vackert dekorerat 2 sovrum / 2 bad villa. Denna lägenhet på 1350 sf ligger i Indian Harbor Beach Club på sjätte våningen. Fantastisk utsikt över raketerna och kryssningsfartyg som lämnar Port Canaveral. Detta lägenhetskomplex vid stranden är en dold pärla som de flesta inte känner till. De som vet om det, bokar vanligtvis sina rum ett år i förväg. Det är täckt och öppen parkering. Och på insidan är masterbadet och gästbadet fullt utrustat med alla nödvändigheter. Sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls. TV: er finns i vardagsrummet, sovrummet och gästrummet. Innehåll levereras av DirectTV och gratis filmkanaler tillhandahålls. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du kan förvänta dig. Kylskåp, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, spis, kaffekanna, mixer, brödrost etc. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och rummet har två enkelsängar. Tvättstugan har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare med stor kapacitet. Komplexet har också en uppvärmd pool, blandningsplaner, gasgrill utomhus och en tvättplats för bilar. Bekvämt beläget nära Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart och många restauranger.

Vi ligger bara 8. 8 miles och 19 minuter från Melbourne International Airport, som betjänas av Delta Airlines och American Airlines.

My favorite place to stay

This is our second year at this resort and definitely did not disappoint. We love everything about it, the space, cleanliness, how they think of extra things we might need not only for the room but also for the beach, just perfect! You have become our yearly go to and can’t wait to come back again!

Great summer beach trip

The views are amazing and the property is clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the covered parking and many other thoughtful amenities. Check in was a breeze. Hated to leave!

Loved our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and quiet. It had everything we needed. We have stayed at Indian Harbor Beach Club in the past, but not in this unit. We would recommend it to anyone and will ask to stay here on our next visit.

CLOSEST to ocean

We really enjoyed the closest ocean view of all the condos in the area. It is a beautiful and quiet beach. The property manager went out of her way to answer all of our questions and make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely return!

Valuable Vacation.

What a Fantastic getaway. The condo was perfect. What a great place to really relax. Every window had a great view of the ocean. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach. I have never seen so many beautiful shells in my life. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful getaway

Traveling from Texas during this pandemic is scary, but my husband was in the area for work so I joined him with our toddler for a quick getaway. This condo was exactly what we needed and more. We were in awe when we walked in and saw the amazing view of the ocean. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy our time. If we ever make it back to this area, we will definitely rent again!

Lovely unit with unbelievable beach access

The condo was very nice and well appointed. The beach was almost under the balcony -- real toes in the sand experience. We had an issue with the smoke alarm system one night, and I would update the master bedroom mattress, but other than that the place was well located and quite comfortable.

Great Time

The beach was phenomenal and quiet! The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay (to include beach towels, chairs and umbrellas). Both Cindy and Wendy were super sweet and professional. The only complaint I had is I wish the master bathroom had better water pressure, but I am a little bit of a shower snob. The unit is dated, but we spent more time on the beach and doing fun activities so no bother there. The beds were also super comfy which we appreciated. Thank you for being part of our vacation!

Awesome Views

The property looks just like it does in the photos. It's an end unit, and you will have a panoramic view of the ocean! The deck is awesome. You will enjoy a "pelican's eye view" of pelicans flying by. The unit has everything you need for cooking and enjoying the beach. The pool was nice and there's a cute little Tiki bar for your use with a huge gas grill adjoining it for cook-outs. Lots of opportunities to view sea turtles, dolphins, manatees, and other sea life. Checking in and out was easy and fast. Indian Harbour Beach is close to Melbourne and Cocoa Beach, so lots of activities to choose from. I highly recommend this unit and area of coastline for beach-lovers.

Breathtaking views make for a stunning unit

It's all about the view and this unit delivered 100% - the condo had everything you could want and I would definitely consider coming back. Hosts were great and was a super easy and beautiful stay right on the beach close to all the things you might need!
