Den exklusiva Penthouse på den populära Ledges Condominium Complex i Osage Beach är nu tillgänglig från Lake Ozark Vacation Destinations för din Ultimate Lake Getaway!

Även om denna speciella egenskap har funnits i många år har den aldrig varit helt som den är nu! Ägarna, som besöker sjön från Iowa, slutförde sin omfattande renovering i maj 2019. Renoveringsplanerna började med DINA INTRESSER i åtanke när vi försökte skapa Ultimate Vacation Condominium!

Det handlade om en teaminsats som förde hantverkare i Lake-området, Lake Ozark Vacation Destinations och RADA Interior Design Firm. RADA är specialiserat på att förvandla "platser att bo" till "platser att uppleva".

Dessa lägenheter har one-of-a-kind bostäder som 6 kung sovrum inklusive flera Master sviter, badrum med rymliga och till och med dubbla walk-in brickor, Star-Gazers Loft och spelrummet som har utsikt över sjön genom en vägg av fönster! De otroliga solnedgångarna startar varje kväll på Penthouse, men det finns fortfarande mycket att njuta av!

Förutom din sömnkomfort tänkte vi också på dina underhållningsbehov. Takvåningen erbjuder 7 HD-kabel-TV. 5 av dessa är internetanslutna Smart TV-apparater med Roku, Netflix och andra appar för din användning. Dessutom finns det två Blu-Ray DVD-spelare som kan flyttas mellan rummen som du önskar - TV: n är alla förbundna med extra HDMI-kablar för dina spelsystem eller andra enheter.

Du kan vara säker på att dedikerad höghastighetsinternetstjänst inklusive wi-fi med 4 och 5 g tillhandahålls för din användning.

Loftspelrummet var också specialdesignat. Vi har brädspel från Candy Land till UNO och Yahtzee till Ya Blew it! Chess and Checkers Table är också ett alternativ med kortlekar. Naturligtvis har vi också monopol - Om du kan ta uppmärksamheten från utsikten över sjön så länge!

State Park ligger bara en kort bilresa bort och erbjuder mycket trevliga rampfaciliteter samt kort till långsiktig trailerparkering för dina båtar eller personliga vattenskotrar. Med vatten kommer du vara på 20.5 Mile Marker som ligger precis runt hörnet från Grand Glaize Bridge!

Stay was awful. Place had potential to be okay however, the condo was filthy dirty (see pics). Spiders everywhere (see pics of spider nests on ceiling), disgusting bath and shower (balls of hair in one shower), ceiling fans covered with dust, dirt, and cobwebs. The deck looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months, grill was so disgusting it was unusable. Contacted host about cleaning deck, was told they don’t that! Guests would wake up in the morning with bug and spider bites. We had four young children with us, one of which looked as though he had chicken pox because of spider bites. Will never stay here again. Owner should reimburse us for a miserable stay.

The place was nice and view was gorgeous! The only thing was the spiders were awful outside on the deck. We bough 2cans of bug spray and finally this morning it wasn’t too bad.

We had a family get together. There were 11 of us and this condo worked great for our family. It took care of all of our needs. The pool was great and the children loved being there. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is centrally located and close to lots of family attractions. Our host, Jason, was great and very responsive.

The view was amazing!! The condo slept 14 of us comfortably. The kitchen had adequate cooking utensils, pots and pans, and coffee pots. The beds were very comfortable. The deck had a lot of space.I wish the condo had more than 2 parking passes. The walk from the tier 3 parking is a LONG walk. It would have been nice if the awnings would have worked. The kitchen is a little small. The grill looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We had to scrub it before being able to use it. Overall our stay was great! I would book this condo again.

Family vacation

We stayed with our kids and grandkids 7 adults 7 kids 6-16 and the accommodations were perfect. The beds were so comfortable and the views were spectacular! We love to book again next year!

Family vacation July. 2024

All the water in all the upstairs showers very hard to regulate between extreme hot water temperatures and cold. A lot of cobwebs in the high ceilings in living room inside and back deck was covered with them. The grill was unusable. We were hoping to grill out on it but it needed cleaned. It was confusing because it listed 7 King size bedrooms but In actually it was only 6. The positives for our group the beds & the bedding in all the rooms were very comfortable and very nice. The decor & everything was nice. The view is amazing from the deck. Beautiful view. The bathrooms were nice just the temperature issues. The TV in all the bedrooms were new and very large The only downside with the great room TV could have been a little bigger.

Annual Family Vacation

We have been coming to LOTO for years now, and this was the nicest spot that could fit us all perfectly. Jason was great to deal with, and everything was perfect. By far some of the best views, and sunsets.

Great View

This property is a great place for a large group and has a fabulous view of the main channel. I did not give it 5 stars because of several small things that detracted from our overall experience. The tv in the main room was frozen on the start up screen upon arrival so we were unable to watch any tv while gathered in the main room for our 4 day/night stay. The collection of pots and pans was really subpar. There were no large skillets at all and in a property that sleeps 14 that’s a fairly big deal. The shower head in the master bedroom fell off the first day. The property has a washer and dryer but there was no laundry detergent - first time I’ve encountered that. It was a great place for our large family to enjoy the lake and surrounding area, but the numerous issues left us somewhat disappointed given the price we paid.

Awesome Vacation with Family

This is the second time we stayed at the Penthouse! It is a great place for a large family. We cooked a lot of our meals together, played cards, games, and enjoyed our time together. The views from the deck are amazing. We had a boat and the owner was great in getting us a boat slip to fit our boat. Owner is great in responding to questions. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Family vacation.

This is an amazing property to rent. We had 3 familes staying there and there was plenty of room and everything that we needed. We spent alot of time on the deck looking out over the lake. Would definitely rent this one again.

Birthday Getaway

Every year we take a group of family & friends for a long birthday getaway, this property was perfect. It was clean, had a beautiful view, and I was so impressed with the hot water heater. There have been many instances where we have stayed at other condominiums and the hot water couldn’t keep up, every single shower was in use at one point and we never experienced any cold water. I had a question regarding the grill and Jason instantly called me and talked me through it! 5 stat experience! This condo was perfect for our large group! We definitely will be back!

Great stay

We had 3 families stay here over thanksgiving. It was great. We really enjoyed the unit and the location, the views from the deck were awesome. We also had family just a few floors below us. Super convenient! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location for a fun weekend

My wife and I were renewing our wedding vows after 45 years. Our 3 adult kids and their spouses and children joined us. There was plenty of room and the condo was very nice. Everything we needed was there or nearby. It was off season and very cold so we did not utilize all of the amenities. I’m certain it is even better in a warmer season. I would book this condo again.

The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. The Ledges offers the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is just beneath the condo on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - also a great location to enjoy the sunset. In addition, there is a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids really enjoy!

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
