Wonderful Stay

Jennifer and the Red Terrace Apartment were wonderful. The apt was clean, cozy, & had everything we needed to feel at home. It was a beautiful drive to all the places we wanted to visit. Must recommend.

Perfect for Our Family

This property mad a great home base while we were in Gwinnett County visiting family. We had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Our host was very helpful when needed but never intrusive. I would definitely recommend.

Booking was easy. The location was less than 10 minutes from the hospital, which is where I spent the majority of my time. Jennifer was available whenever I needed her. Overall, very satisfied.

A nice, roomy place in a quiet picturesque neighborhood

This place was a perfect getaway from the Atlanta buzz at the end of each day. It's like having a private residence in a country club setting. My bud and I found enough room for our own privacy in this spacious apartment. All the rooms are large and open. Jennifer is great host. She does not impose, but you know she is there if you need her. There are no negatives.

Lovely accommodations

Jennifer is a perceptive, gracious, loving Lady who goes above and beyond to meet and surpass guest expectations. We felt safe inside and outside. Jennifer always left the lights on for us as our work in Atlanta kept us out past dark. We will be in Atlanta twice more for this project and look forward to staying with her again both for the accommodations she offers and her sweet smile! Thank you Jennifer!

Large basement apartment with great internet

Jennifer was awesome! The space itself is large, and fit our family's needs. The eating area is not small child friendly, so we used the big pillows to sit on and ate at the sizeable low table. We made it work, but a small dining table world have been nice. If you're sensitive to air freshener, like I am, ask ahead of time to remove those. There we're at least 11 air freshers, and it took a full day for the space to air out. And once it did, no weird smells! My husband worked "from home" and said the internet was great, though it did have periods of slowness. That's coming from an IT guy who was working remotely, so I would imagine the internet would be more than enough for most people :)

I liked the area and the owner/ host was accommodating. It was really cozy except for the exception of not being able to control the air or heat yourself. The one bedroom had no TV and in the other bedroom with the TV it was not connected. The only TV was in the living room and therefore was not watched.The owner didn’t bother us and upon checking out she called to see how things went . She was very nice.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay. My family and I were in town for a wedding close to Lawrenceville. Jennifer’s apartment was the perfect location. Spacious and inviting. She was very helpful and pleasant during the check-in process. Everything was great, would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Home away from home

This has been a lovely vacation myself and family has enjoyed with the warm hospitality shown us by Jennifer. We will choose this property anytime we are in Atlanta Lovely environment and clean apartment everything we could have dreamt of in a home was available to make the stay pleasant and memorable was there for us. We also love the communication with Jennifer splendid is all I can say.
