Du kommer att bli imponerad när du går i dörren. Golv till tak fönster / dörrar i varje rum ger en magnifik utsikt över de fantastiska Emerald Coast stränderna och centrala Destin. Gå i garderober med extrahängare, kronformning och tysta takfläktar i varje rum är bara några av de funktioner som sätter vår lägenhet bortsett från andra på Silver Shells.

Master svit har en king size-säng och master badrum. Gäst sovrummet har en queen size-säng och vardagsrummet ger en drottning bäddsoffa. Madrasserna i sovrummen är av hög kvalitet och vi personligen plockade ut dem för att försäkra våra gäster att de är i sin bästa komfort.

Endast den bästa tekniken erbjuds. Vardagsrummet har en 65 tums böjd HD-smart-TV och sovrummet har 42 "plasma-TV, medan gästrummet erbjuder en 30-tums plattskärms-TV, tillsammans med DVD / VCR / CD-spelare i alla rum. Vardagsrummet är också utrustat med ett premium surroundljudsystem.

SILVER SHELLS RESORT ÄR RÄTT PÅ STRANDEN; Det finns inga stränder att krossa! Vi finns i St Lucia Bldg.

Finns det aktiviteter för barn?
Silver Shells sitter diagonalt tvärs över gatan från Big Kahuna Water Slide Park, liksom minigolf och en nöjespark för småbarns stora barn! Anläggningen har också en kiddy pool och liten lekplats.

Hur nära är du till köpcentrum och restauranger?
Cirka. 5-10 minuters bilresa till både exklusiva och butiker. Wal-Mart ligger tvärs över gatan. Ruth Chris är öppen och ligger på egendom. Andra restauranger ligger också inom gångavstånd.

Shopping and restaurants are all within a short distance. Views are spectacular. The place is clean and beds are very comfortable.

Best condo we've stayed at!

The condo is exactly as described and pictured. The beds are beyond comfortable. Our family would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great views off the large balcony, well-manicured and clean property grounds, incredible pool, expansive beach, great place for families and kids of all ages. We loved everything about our stay at Silver Shells and this condo.

Wonderful experience. Close to shopping, restaurants and plenty of golf courses. Condo was very clean, updated and quiet.

WONDERFUL CONDO!

Great location, clean, comfy beds - you can't ask for much more when you're on vacation! The entire resort is perfect for families! Large pool, right on the beach (private beach - which is KEY!), pickleball courts (which our group was on daily), basketball, indoor workout facility, parking - they have everything right there! We also recommend renting a cabana for the week - we shared one with 3 other families and it was so nice being able to keep pool and beach stuff there and have snacks etc plus a private bathroom! The owner was very responsive with any questions! We would definitely stay again!

Amazing views, lots to do nearby

We loved this for our family. We vacationed with 12 other families and everyone had something to do. Restaurants within walking distance. Pool was awesome and the beach was fabulous. Our host was great at answer the couple of questions that we had. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect and we will return.

We’ve been coming to The panhandle 30yrs++. We just left Navarre Beach April 20th renting a poorly maintained condo- Vrbo, so we were skeptical. But to our surprise it was beautiful!! Perfect and comfortable! The resort itself was amazing. It was a walk to the pool and the beach, but doable. Met my daughter’s family with grandkids. They loved their condo as well & will return !!

June getaway

Fan didn’t work in family room, a few lights were burned out & the ice maker did not work but overall it was as described & a great place to stay. Clean & cheery. Great location. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Amazing! Quiet! Beautiful and relaxing!

This property is beautiful! It was so quiet that we wondered if we were the only ones there. The beds were so comfortable. The view from the balcony is so pretty. We enjoyed the full kitchen and made good use of the laundry facilities. The heated outdoor pool was great! Perfect for the windy cool (high 60’s) days we visited. The kids loved the beach and it was so nice to have the beach chairs available and a few toys to play with. We loved the proximity to the Back Porch and the Candymaker store. A dedicated covered parking space was a plus. Really, we could not have enjoyed ourselves more. It was so easy to be there. My only suggestion is to make recycling available. We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

An amazing condo. Just perfect!

The condo we stayed in was beyond what we expected! Everything was perfect! The owner keeps the condo immaculate. When we arrived we didn't have to worry about runnning to the store right away. They provided us with the essentials to get you started (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. And more) Everything was super clean. The view from the condo is absolutely beautiful! I could have just sat on the balcony all day watching the clear turquoise water! The beach is to die for at this location. Dealing with the owner was super easy. He made the booking and the details easy. He was easy to get ahold of and prompt with any questions I had! I will be there next year! In the same condo! Thank you!!!

Highly recommend

My husband and I stayed about mid-October 2023. Jim and his sister (owners) are super nice and easy to work with. So much so, as my husband and I are electronically challenged and Jims sister, during a family gathering, interrupted her evening to call us and walk us thru the process. So kind. Jim is quick to respond to messages. Very accommodating. The condo is stunningly beautiful. Beds are super comfortable. We both have bad backs; mattresses were great quality. There was nothing we didn’t have, even down to a blow dryer and filtered water from the refrigerator!! I decided to utilize the jacuzzi tub in the master bath and the water shut off. Alarmed, we texted Jim. (we didn’t follow the condo instructions they provide) It’s a safety feature since the condo is on the 10th floor. We just called the number in the instructions and they reset the water. Easy peasy. Security on the grounds is top-notch! There are multiple condominium buildings; which can only be accessed if booked in it. There is a guard and arm gate that one must drive thru before even entering the property. There is an on-site gym. Small, but has quite a bit of equipment for its size. Enough to keep up on a routine while on vacay. It even had foam rollers and exercise mats! The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. My husband and I are beach people so we did not take advantage of the pools or hot tubs. Will book again!!

Great experience from beginning to end!

We had a wonderful time this week, the condo was just like the pictures and as described. It was very clean and well stocked with the necessary items. The resort was very nice and easy private beach access which was a must! The location was great as well for evening dining, groceries, etc. We would definitely go back to this resort and condo.

Great Vacay

We enjoyed our overall stay. The walk from the condo to the beach is short. You must wear wrist bands with fobs to enter different areas. Some of our fobs worked others didn't. However, you can enter codes to proceed through various points. The only down fall is we didn't bring a hair dryer, so make sure you do!

Fabulous Experience

The property is clean, well-maintained, safe and really beautiful. It sits right on the beach and it takes less than a minute to walk from the pool to the beach. The pool, by the way, is extremely large and also wonderful. Never a problem getting chairs and the pool was never even really crowded. The beach area was private and, again, never really crowded. The property is centrally located so that a trip to Destin Commons was less than 5 minutes and a trip to the Harbor area was less than 10. We had dinner one night in Miramar Beach and that was only 15 minutes away. Perfect location! The condo, itself, is absolutely perfect. The rooms are well decorated and everything (coffee makers, linens, you name it) is in great condition. I cannot stress enough how nice this unit is. The view from the living room, and both bedrooms, is beautiful with an expansive view of the beach and ocean. The master bathroom is large and, again, well maintained and well decorated. Jim is a great owner who keeps his unit in impeccable condition. I did have to talk to him twice about the access codes and, unfortunately, Tropical Storm Fred (which turned out to be a big nothing) and he was friendly, easy to reach and talk to and answered all my questions. Minor problem with the living room TV remote which was easily fixed and, as some reviews have noted, the water was shut down once. But, I called the water company (I think it's called Halo) and the water was back on in 15 minutes. Truly a fantastic stay and experience. When we go back to Destin, I will definitely rent this unit again. A 10 out of 10.
