Florens takterrass lägenhet utsikt över katedralen Dome

Denna karakteristiska två sovrum ligger på översta våningen (fjärde) med en hiss i en gammal palats i Florentinska frihetstil. Det ligger i hjärtat av Florens ett halvt kvarter från katedralen torget. Detta är en ingen trafikgata.
Lägenheten har den mest spektakulära utsikten över katedralen Dome med sin underbara takterrass (oförglömliga vyer). Det ligger på två våningar. Entrénivån rymmer de två sovrummen (ett med två enkelsängar och ett med en dubbelsäng) och 2 badrum med duschkabin.
På nästa våning (nås av en liten trätrappa) finns det vardagsrum / matsal och liten (men funktionell) köksalkov. Det finns en härlig hörn spis i vardagsrummet.
Upp några steg är studieområdet med en dagbädd (singel) och en spektakulär utsikt över domkyrkan. Från studien går du in på terrassen. Terrassen har utemöbler och en stor parasoll. Möblerna är bekväma och återspeglar ägarna många resor till öst.

Vi är en familj på tre: min man är en läkare, min 30-åriga son och jag är matte lärare. Vi är infödda florentiner och vi bor på tredje våningen i byggnaden. Våra engelsktalande färdigheter är ganska grundläggande så var vänlig och ursäkta eventuella misstag när du.

Vi stannade på en härlig plats i Florens och vill meddela dig
om platsen.
Det är inga problem att kommunicera med Angela via e-mail men det gör hon
talar inte engelska även om hennes 30 år gamla son, Marco, talar engelska.
Platsen är fantastisk! Det handlar om en 10 minuters promenad från tåget
station och smacka i mitten av allt.
Faktum är att när du går ut ur byggnaden är du i ett
av huvudgatorna och omgiven av cirka 4 restauranger och butiker.
Fantastiskt är att när du är i lägenheten kan du inte höra gatan
buller alls .. det är bara när du är nere på
Bottenvåningen håller på att gå igenom dörren att du hör gatan
ljud.
Så hittar du nummer 11 .. tryck på Angelas lägenhet (hon bor på 2: a
våning och lägenheten ligger på 3: e våningen) och hon möter dig vid dörren. Du
gå igenom den gamla huvuddörren .. sedan en järnport .. då upp en kort
trappor och du kommer till hissen; vilket är fantastiskt i sig. Det är en
modern hiss men håller bara 2 personer .. eller en med massa bagage.
Enheten själv är på 3 nivåer .. när du anger det finns 2 sovrum
och 2 badkar (dusch) på bottenvåningen. Detta kan sova ett par i dubbelrummet
säng rum .. och två singlar (eller 3 som det finns också 1 extra säng!) eller annat par i det andra rummet.
Du går upp en kort trappa och du kommer fram i vardagsrummet som har en eldstad .. matbord och bekväma stolar. Också ett kök välutrustat med mikrovågsugn, mini ugn, kyl / frys, diskmaskin tvättmaskin.
Du går upp en nivå till studien; som är ansluten till en underbar takterrass med fantastisk utsikt över Florens
himmellinjen.
Studien har en underbar soffa där ytterligare en person kan sova (bäddsoffa).

Annat än det .. vad en hitta. Platsen är perfekt .. Jag älskar alla
restauranger och butiker runt hennes plats .. Och vi tändde elden in
eldstaden och det var underbart .. att kunna göra en kopp te
i köket .. på en på ..

We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave.

Angela and Sandro’s place is everything you could possibly want for a great stay in Florence. Beautiful, clean, spacious, cool and with a spectacular view from the lovely terrace. We all would have loved to stay for a month.

Lovely charactful property in excellent location

The property is just round the corner from the duomo, with a beautiful view of it from the terrace. Close to shops, markets and restaurants but quiet inside. The host Sandro was warm and friendly.

Lovely Apartment in Florence

From booking to check out Sandro was wonderful to work with. The apartment is very nice with a terrace view that is just beautiful. Sandro is a very sweet man who was very patient with our questions,booked us early morning taxis and recommended restaurants and grocery stores for our stay.We would love to come back and stay there again!

Amazing apartment with fantastic view

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. The view of Florence and the Duomo is amazing. We loved eating breakfast and drinking wine in the evening from the rooftop deck. The apartment has everything you need and was very comfortable.

Perfect place

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Every aspect was perfect. The space was comfortable and the patio is a big bonus. The hosts were incredibly helpful. We will definitely stay there again and we will encourage others to stay there a s well.

Great location!

The apartment is well equipped and close to great restaurants and sites. The mattresses need to be replaced with new but we were able to sleep comfortably.

Wonderful!

Angela and her husband were warm, friendly and very generous- leaving wine and a snack for us. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, centrally located and perfect for a stay in Florence. We enjoyed the view from the terrace, the apartment was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. Just perfect.

A few steps from the Duomo

Rental was spacious and the view of the cupola of the Duomo and the Duomo’s bell tower at night from the apartment’s terrace was nothing less than spectacular. There were half a dozen good restaurants just outside the front door. It is hard to go wrong with this rental.

Great location and Sandro and Angela were incredible host. We had a couple of questions and needs and they were always there at a moments notice. Sandro grazia. If you want to be in the heart of Florence stay here. For cappuccino go to Corona Caffe not Caffe Scudieri and for pizza go to I’ll Nuti. For wine go to Franco & Sheryl across the street. They make great recommendations and speak fluent English and Italian. Very beautiful people - Sandro, Angela, Sheryl and Franco.

4 LADIES IN ITALY

Well I'm not sure words can describe the flat, and the location. AMAZING!!!!!! Beds were comfy, A/C worked great (its REALLY HOT in Italy in the summer) and roof top is outstanding. Having the lift is a must and great to have. I highly recommend you stay here!!!

Florence Vacation

My husband and our friends had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in the center of Florence. We had an awesome view of the Dome and church from our rooftop terrace. Our apartment was spacious, clean and so convenient to the train station, the market place and airport. We couldn't have asked for nicer accommodations. On arrival we were greeted by the owners who had waiting for us a very nice bottle of white wine. It was great way to start our vacation. We would definitely go back!

Our new home in Florence

This apartment was truly amazing. The view is more breathtaking than the photos and we spent all of our free time on the deck. Angela and her family were the kindest, most lovely hosts and we felt as if they were family by the time we left. The location is perfect - near the train station and all of the places you want to be in Florence. A grocery store is right below the apartment. There are many places to relax and the bedrooms are very comfortable. I cannot say enough and have already booked the apartment for my trip in February.

Amazing view with a great host!

This property is spacious, well-kept, and nicely appointed with a gorgeous deck. For years, we stayed a few doors down at another apartment and looked at this amazing terrace. The fact that it has an elevator made this perfect for us. Sandro was a gracious host. The apartment had everything we needed. We love the area, which has great restaurants in close proximity, historic attractions, and a good grocery virtually downstairs. I'm afraid it won't be available when we want to stay again...it's that good.

Spring Break with family of Five

My family of five stayed in this amazing apartment during spring break. The apartment was everything we could hope for being centrally located in a nice neighborhood. We walked everywhere, including from and back to the train station. We dined right outside the front doors in great restaurants and also shopped at the grocery store just steps from the front entrance. The neighborhood was very easy to navigate. The apartment amenities were perfect (washed some laundry, relaxed on terrace, ate a couple meals in) Most amazing was the two level patio overlooking the central cathedral. Owners were very nice.

5 Star View !

We are a family of 4 who rented this apartment in September. Although the building is on a busy pedestrian way, the apartment windows face the back side of the building and the apartment is very quiet. The central location made it a quick walk to all the sights. We didn't get to meet Angela or Marco, but their neighbor Ema was delightful and very helpful getting us settled. This is an apartment which I would love to rent again when returning to Firenze! Thanks Angela.........

Amazing--a true Florence Gem.

The pictures of the apartment give you a glimpse of what living here will be like. You are in the heart of Florence, walking distance to almost everything on your 'must see' list and more. The added bonus is that you are in a neighborhood, a grocery store and, happily, a wine shop are at your feet. The apartment is spacious and clean. A word of caution if you have any mobility issues. There are stairs and they are steep. The elevator brings you to your apartment door but there are steps to get to that landing. We loved our stay and would it highly.

Perfect Florence Vacation

This apartment is everything you want or need for a fabulous Florence stay. I traveled with 2 adult friends and we stayed here for 2 weeks. We found it clean, well appointed and it felt like home! Angela and her family were accommodating and very helpful. The location is accessible to a fully stocked market if you want to eat in or have a glass of wine on the roof top patio, which we did. The kitchen has everything needed for meal preparation. It is only a short walk to museums, the train station, and numerous restaurants, and Gelato. You can see everything in Florence without a car from this location. The rooftop patio was our favorite "perk" of the apartment with views of the Duomo and San Lorenzo you will never forget! I have traveled extensively and highly recommend this for anyone looking for an alternative to a hotel in Florence.

THE most amazing location ever

The apartment is a 10-15 min walk from the train station (SMN) and is easily navigated with Apple Maps. It is located on an amazing street of businesses, restaurants and plenty of activity, all within a 5 min walk of the Duomo and 10 mins from Accademia (Statue of David). The best part of the apartment is the amazing terrace with views of the Duomo and the city like I’ve never seen before. Stefano is wonderful to communicate with, gracious and responsive. The beds are quite uncomfortable - but we were so worn out from enjoying our vacation we slept anyhow. Even being located on a super busy street, we were never bothered with noise. In fact, we often opened windows to hear street music when we went to bed, but it ended early enough to not be bothersome. Stay here, you’ll thank me!

Perfect location, brilliant apartment

Sandro's apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. Clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, well equipped and everything we wanted for an 11 day stay to celebrate 60th & 21st birthdays. Sandro was super helpful when we arrived and to sort out one small question during the stay. Being on the 4th floor makes the apartment really quiet and the patio looking out on the Duomo was a favourite spot all week. The lift is fine and even the steps up are wide and comfortable. The kitchen is well set up for cooking simple meals - but there are so many fabulous places to eat on the doorstep that you probably wouldn't cook a big meal for a family. The bedrooms and the beds are big and comfortable, there are air-conditioning units throughout (although we didn't need them) and the lounge is the ideal space to relax and read / watch the football on the TV! We had a perfect holiday - Grace mille Sandro!

Unforgetable stay

Everything was as stated in the overview only better! The location was amazing, close to the train, Duoma, central market and out door vendors as well as splitting the distance between the Uffizi and "The David". Our evenings spent on the rooftop terrace were remarkable ...best view in Florence <3... we often opted to eat in. The elevator is a bonus as it was 95 degrees and a treat and the end of a long walking day. Marco was very helpful and and invited us to watch the Euro Cup at a nearby plaza! Don't miss taking the #7 bus from San Marco Plaza to Fiesole (20 minute ride) and walk up to the Monastery for an incredible view of Florence (Great Irish Pub right next to bus stop) Would highly recommend to all unless you have mobility issues as the apartment is on three levels. We have already recommended this apartment to friends!

MY HUSBAND AND I ARE RETIRED. WE FOUND THIS APARTMENT ON THE INTERNET. ANGELA, SONDRO AND MARCO THEIR SON ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER MEET. THE APARTMENT IS THE BEST LOCATION... IT IS RIGHT ON THE MARK, YOU CAN WALK ANYWHERE FROM THIS APARTMENT. WE LOVED THE TERRACE WITH ITS WONDERFUL VIEWS. WE SO MISS THE CHURCH BELLS RINGING. THE PLACE IS CLEAN AND THE BATHS ARE WONDERFUL... WE STAYED ONE MONTH AND I CAN PROMISE YOU IT WAS THE BEST PLACE TO BE , ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO DO TRIPS FROM FLORENCE TO OTHER CITIES.
