Would recommend!

We loved all the beachy decor! The upper level deck was where we spent a lot of our time. We enjoyed how close this home was to the casino and grocery store. We would absolutely recommend this to our friends!

Wave house

We love this property. Hot tub, instant access to the beach. What more could you ask for. I would say the bed I. The room closest to the hot tub was very uncomfortable. The mattress is failing. Also the blankets were very heavy for summer. Personal preference, I know but just a suggestion to put lighter blankets in the summer. The only other suggestion I have is there is no privacy on the back deck. With all the neighbors and tourists going down to the beach right along this property you might consider a roll down shade or something on the deck for some privacy. With that said we would stay here every year we come down regardless. Thank you.

Great view of the coastline! So close to the beach!

I am disappointed about the cleanliness of this house. Only the basics are cleaned and it has not been deep-cleaned for some time. I don't believe Meredith Lodging is aware of it as I assume they have a cleaning crew that cleans their properties. The staff at Meredith Lodging are fantastic. If I had a question or concern, their response time was very quick. Having a hot tub and game room sounded fun for our group. There were black widow spiders everywhere in the game room and when I contacted Meredith Lodging, they sent someone over immediately to spray. The technician worked for Meredith Lodging and was great. He sprayed the game room very well and he said he saw the spiders crawling out after he sprayed. He also sprayed just the exterior doors and windows in other places in the house and after he left, I saw some that had crawled out and died. He was so apologetic of the unwanted pests and I hope after our departure, someone went in and sprayed everywhere. There were cobwebs hanging down in almost every room rooms, hence, we were afraid to use any blankets or extra pillows in the closets afraid of seeing more spiders. We attempted to use the hot tub the first night but the chemical smell was so much and the water was cloudy. The hot tub technician came over and he added some crystals to make the cloudiness go away and some chemical to balance out the water. We waited 24 hours before we used it again and it was perfect. Thanks to the techs who came to help.

Beautiful Views, Cozy & Clean Home

Our family loved staying in this well-appointed, comfortable home with spectacular ocean views and beach access. Although it rained most of our stay, we loved sitting by the fireplace in the family room, gazing at the ocean and quickly running out to the beach during breaks in the weather. With young children, we loved that the bedrooms were all close to each other. The house was very clean and the hot tub was a huge plus! Would recommend this property to others!

Great home, great location

We have rented from Meredith lodging and really appreciate the ease of working with them! The home was exactly as pictured and described. It was really clean and very comfortable. Would stay again

This house was great for adults as well as the kids. They played foosball and ping pong. The hot tub was a plus- I wish there weren’t any HOA rules for the hot tub but that’s ok. We enjoyed ourselves so much. The propert management team was great as well.

Retreat from the heat

Perfect Sunset the first night, great place for family gatherings with room on the two decks and grassy lawn. Nice amenities in a seafaring home. Quiet away from town with a nice stretch of beach.

Beautiful Location; A Few Disappointments

You can’t beat this location. The view of the ocean was fantastic, and beach access is right off the back yard. The home was cozy and attractive with all the wood. The downsides were small things like the heater in the small bedroom not working; the musty and overwhelming heat of the upstairs floor where there was no airflow versus the cold of the lower floor (probably a 20-degree difference between floors even though it was only a 55-degree day); the noise from construction next door (which we weren’t forewarned about and included wood saws all through the sunset hour); the lack of a Welcome/procedures book (we couldn’t figure out how to work the cable, for example, not knowing that the tv stand door needs to be open in order for it to pick up the remote signal. Little details like that would be ideal in a Welcome book/House manual); a couple of the towels were dirty; Not very comfortable living room furniture or layout (especially with the strange placement of the TV); and the general wear and tear of the furniture, kitchen items (blunt knives and chipped plates) and beds (which sloped although they were still comfortable). We loved the locator though and the beach is amazing for rock hunting and flying kites.

Fabulous view of the beach from living room and hot tub

This place is a cut above. Well cared for property. Even if it is cold and raining the view is beautiful and there are distractions in the house. The hot tub is awesome. The beach access is right next to the house. This is good but also expect some foot traffic just outside the house.

We had a great stay over the Fourth of July holiday. The home was clean and ready for check-in.

Everything was very smooth with our stay. The view is amazing and beach access is excellent. The pictures online give an accurate portrayal of the home. We hope to stay here again!
