Om boendet

Koppla av på balkongen, titta och lyssna på havets vågor. Detta är på översta våningen i en 3 våning,
hästskoformad byggnad, kallad Ormond Breakers, som ligger över A1A. Det är privat
tillgång till stranden för invånare och gäster, och stranden är en no-drive-strand, så det är tyst och
avkopplande. Du kan sola eller simma i poolen, som ligger precis på gården. Framdörren kan öppnas
med din personliga åtkomstkod, så behöver du inte bära en nyckel! Hissar och kundvagnar är tillgängliga för
hjälper dig att klara din mat och bagage. Enheten har nyligen blivit odödad med sköldpadda-tonad orkan
grade skjutdörrar och fönster, vinyl trä trä golv i vardagsrummet, ny matta i sovrum,
och popcorn takavlägsnande.
Balkong - Vi har haft lyssnar på havets vågor medan du tittar på delfiner som hoppar, parasailers,
och simmar medan du sitter på vår balkong.
Kök / Vardagsrum: Kök - Fullt utrustat med kylskåp med frys / ismaskin, spis, ugn,
mikrovågsugn, brödrost ugn, kaffebryggare, mixer, George Foreman grill, crock potten, krukor / kokkärl, köksredskap,
disk, glas och köksredskap. Granit bordsskiva med 4 stolar och 4 barstolar att sitta vid.
Vardagsrum - Det finns en 55-tums HDTV med DVR och en Blu-ray-spelare. Du kan se poolen och havet
genom skjutdörrarna i vardagsrummet, medan du sitter på soffan eller den bekväma runda stolen. Vi också a
glider för att rocka.
2 sovrum / 2 badrum: Sovrum - King size-säng, byrå, armoire med 32 "LED-TV, och
nattduksbord. Badrummet har uppdaterats med nya plattor och en stående dusch med en gripbar.
2: a / barn sovrum - Detta roliga rummet har en våningssäng med en tvilling på toppen, en full size säng i
mitt och en tvillingbäddslåda som drar ut. TV: n spelar PlayStation 2-spel (mycket att välja
från!) och DVD-skivor. Barn kan sitta på futon för att spela spel, eller det kan förlängas för att göra en drottning
sovvagn.
Pool och Garage: Pool / Garage - Poolen ligger på gårdsplanen. Den kan ses
från vår enhet. Garaget är 1 bil i ett 2 bil garage, delas med 1 annan enhet. Vi har en kod som du
kan använda för att öppna dörren. Det finns också ytterligare parkeringsplats på parkeringsplatsen

Quiet little resort

We had a great time. Condo had just about everything you could ask for and them some. Lots of books and movies. We had an issue with wifi but owner quickly got Spectrum there to fix it. Only issue I can say is the pool is not heated. It was cool while we were there so couldnt use pool. But we knew that going in. Would stay here again

Very nice place and the owner was very perfect….everything was perfect +++

The condo was very complete and full installations in the kitchen….( spices, pots and plates +++) We appreciate the complex and the swimming pools because I was unable to walk… Everything was perfect. !!! Merci Jeff!!!

Ormond-by-the-Sea

The owner was very accommodating. It is reasonably priced and in a very nice area. The internal grounds were very well kept and maintained. The condo was comfortable, the living room area was recently updated and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The ocean is clearly visible from either side of the unit and the beach is across the road but easy to get to. The garage was also a nice extra. Would suggest a deep dust cleaning, a bit ceiling paint, and repair of the entrance door.... Would stay there again.

Great spot!

The property was perfect, clean and comfy. Area is quiet, but there are many restaurants nearby. Jeff is a very accommodating host. He communicates in a timely fashion and is very easy to contact at all times. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

ORMOND BEACH VACATION

This condo is in a great location. We could see the sunrise from our condo as well as watch the kids swim. Quiet area and neighbors. Only thing it was lacking was a washer and dryer in the condo. It does have coin laundry on site however. Would stay again!

Perfect location

If you prefer a quite, relaxing atmosphere then this is the place to stay. If you prefer first Class accommodations then keep searching. The condo was clean and well stocked.

Perfect vacation spot

Such a perfect place to stay. Huge bedrooms. The master bed was so comfy!! I wanted to pack it up and bring it home with me. Great communication by Jeff. Loved how stocked the kitchen was. Even had pancake mix and syrup left by some people before us that we enjoyed!! Also appreciated the backpack beach chairs, boogie boards, beach mat, and umbrella!! Parked in the shared garage before the other person got there first. They parked over the line, which was fine. We just parked in one of the public spots after that. Definitely had all of the amenities you could want just across A1A from the beach! The beach area is pretty secluded, which I love! Can’t wait to come back.

Just like home

Place was amazing to stay at. Kids started calling it home right away. It honestly felt like home away from home. Only downside was the master bed was way too soft but I like a way firmer mattress than most.

Clean and Quiet

Property was exactly as described. Clean, quiet, and with an amazing view of the ocean. It was awesome to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise while listening to the waves. Property owner is very responsive and helpful. We did not get to the condo until 1am and had issues with the lock. He answered the phone and helped us right away. The area is extremely quiet and peaceful.

Relaxing Spring break

We absolutely love Ormond beach. It never seems to disappoint. We love how Daytona and Flagler are just a short drive away. The condo was clean and well stocked. The pool was never busy and always clean. Thanks, Jeff, for sharing your condo with us!

Surpassed My Expectations

This condo was fabulous! Spacious, clean and very comfortable! I couldn’t think of a more perfect place for my family to have spent our vacation. The beach was awesome. I loved how private it was and non-crowded. The short walk to get to the beach was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing Getaway

This was the perfect place for my family, nice and relaxing, close to the beach, nice pool area, and more than everything we needed. Everything was close by but not close enough that we felt like we were in the middle of a busy area. We would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend!

Condo is very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Had some trouble getting the tvs working only because I wasn't familiar with the cable format and how to work it. Great view from balcony. Very short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
