The house was lovely. The pool was comfortable and a definite perk, though my favorite feature was the screened porch areas on both the front and back of the house. The property was spacious, and it was easily accessible. There was access to everything you needed within a 5-10 minute drive. The only thing I would mention is that the listing mentions a hot tub, but there was none at the time of our visit.

Super location! Very clean and well-maintained. The pool was immaculate! We enjoyed having the bicycles. There was beach equipment provided as well. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Stayed here with family and my toddler. Great outdoor space with a beautiful pool and grass area. The inside was clean and comfortable.

A perfect beach house!

The Cozy Beach House was perfect for our vacation! The house was meticulously clean, well maintained, spacious, nicely decorated, and very cozy! The host, Neil was quick to reply to mesages and accomidating to our needs. The house was supplied with everything we needed, even things for the pool and the beach (chairs, umbrellas, rafts, sand toys,beach towels, ect.) The best part of the day was relaxing in our private pool! I highly recommend this house!

Great little house!

House was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. Pool area was also very clean. Will definitely book again if we ever travel to Naples!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time in Naples. The house was very clean and comfortable with many places to spread out and relax. The owner Neil was very accommodating and responded to any questions we had.

Beautiful Comfy home!

Beautiful home on a quiet street with all of the amenities! Our Family enjoyed the pool in the day time and the lanai in the evenings. Very comfortable beds and living room area. Loved all of the puzzles and games that were available as well as the beach equipment! Homeowner was available when needed. Had a great time and made beautiful memories!

Very clean house with easy biking distance to beach

As all others indicated the house was very clean. For this price point the place can’t be beat. It is a 1.6 mile bike ride to the beach which works well for those able. Owner was quick to respond and check in and out were simple. The cooler, beach chairs, toys and umbrellas were all nice to have. I would stay here again.

A Home Away from Home.

There isn't enough words to express the gratitude I have with Neil, of what a wonderful trip we had. Specially my son and my wife were amazed at how beautiful the house is. The title isn't enough to describe it. Best vacation ever.

Great place, great price

This is a wonderful, clean place to stay with added benefits of a cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. Grocery stores are close by. There is a park for a nice walk and two bikes to use as well. We loved the screen porch in the morning and evenings. The price is great. Can't say enough good things. The reviews I read before booking were all good and absolutely true!

Great location, super clean

We had a great stay and highly recommend this property. Lots of pros: extremely clean, several seating areas to spread the family out. We loved the lanai and the extra little living room off of it. The bedrooms and bathrooms aren’t huge but they served their purpose. We had three children and two adults and could have easily fit a sixth person. My only complaint is that the mattresses weren’t very comfy, kinda on the stiff side but at least the sheets and bed spreads felt and smelled clean and fresh
.that is more important, in my opinion. The beaches nearby are not within walking distance, so just be aware of that up front. There are three that are all within a short drive. Our favorite was the one at the Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. It does fill up, so get there early. Cars cost $6, bring cash in case their credit card machines aren’t working. Happened to us one day. Loved having a natural setting as the back drop, rather than a bunch of high rises. It is a beautiful beach and further back in the park is a nature walk. This was a short, five-minute drive from the house. I also bikes there one day, which was nice too. Would love to see this house add a pool, then it would be PERFECT! Still a great house and will keep it in mind if we are in the area again.

Excellent rental , perfect location!!

Everything was describe perfectly in the listing. I appreciated being able to pull up to the garage, open the garage door from the inside, and unload the car right into the garage! Talk about convenient!! That was a real treat! Everything was very, very clean, and the house has delightful beachy decor. Everything worked fantastic in the house, it is much, much more spacious than it appears in the listing photos. The kitchen is large and spacious --there's a sitting area, then there's a big living room, then there's a huge wooden kitchen table! The bedrooms are CLEAN and FRESH! I got a little chilly one night and there were plenty of extra blankets at the ready! Then it was time to run a few loads of laundry, the washer and dryer in the garage was terrific. I was delighted that there were bikes available in the garage for me to use. My goal was to ride the bike everyday. It was terrific to just get up, open the garage door and take the bike out! The location of the house is very good, it is a little bit of a walk to the beach access point. EASY for me, but if you have children in tow, you might want to have one of the parents drop everyone at the beach access point. There is parking for a fee that is not connected to the beach access point, it is over a bridge. It is a little over a mile walk to the beach to the West, to the East about 1 mile is any shopping store or grocery you could ever dream of. Walk 1 mile North and there's different Churches, ride the bike 2 miles South and you hit the Ritz-Carlton. It is a very good area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the owner was extremely responsive, it was a delight to be here!! In the garage they have all the items you need to enjoy the beach, ready for you to use. I would highly recommend staying in this house when you are in Naples. It was a terrific, relaxing, vacation! And, that was very kind of you to leave me the treat of a bottle of wine. How did you know I like white? Delicious! Thank you!

Location was great - close to two beaches; House was clean; Pool was warm in Sept; and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.We went to Clam Pass, on an Airboat tour and saw grandparents who lived close by.

A Location and A Host

Great little spot close to the beach and all that Naples has to offer. Neil was very prompt with communication and the house was perfect for our boys golf trip. Would recommend!

Fantastic home. Very well equipped. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of thought and effort into providing everything you might need. About a mile from the beach. The owner even provided beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.). Pool was awesome. A few days we had off and on rain so the pool was a better option than the beach. Always nice to have options.
