Monterey Dunes Home

We had a great time. Home was in a beautiful location. Needs some TLC and some kitchen utensils that were missing. Jacuzzi was a little dirty but overall we had a nice time.

Serenity

We loved this location. The ocean is a 2 minute walk from the house. The master bedroom provided a perfect view of the beach and the sound of the ocean was a constant soothing presence.

Beautiful ocean view

Overall a wonderful experience. A minor heating issue was quickly addressed. 4 bedrooms total so plenty of space. Nice galley kitchen with up to date appliances.

Beachfront condo

While this is a clean and spacious condo, there is no onsite property management. We had no working internet or television for our entire stay. When someone in the off-site "office" did finally answer the phone- we were told to find the router and "try turning it off and back on again". Our last night the refrigerator stopped working and, again, there was no one to call for assistance. Would not stay at this property again.

Perfect beach house for family

Wonderful stay with extended family the past 3 days. Plenty of space and amenities for us to enjoy. Kitchen is functional as well as the BBQ out front. Quiet, the ocean view is amazing and the pool and hot tub area were clean and much nicer then expected. We definitely would return here again.

Great stay

The place is in the center of Moss landing and a 20 minute drive from Monterey. Elkhorns slough is a 5 min drive away. The beach is visible from the Master bedroom, living room and dining area. Its a 1 min walk to the beach. This was a great place to stay. We were able to charge our car in the nearby charging stations. The clubhouse has a hot tub, pool, tennis, basketball court, pickleball court. The unit had a basketball, pickleball (get racquets), Kites, 2-3 sand toys. The kitchen has a lot of the standard utensils and salt+pepper.

Nice Vacation

We took a vacation with our 3 grandkids and their parents. The house was very comfortable and the activities were super. We had the beach, tennis courts, basketball court, swimming pool and hot tub. We took advantage of all of the activities.

Relaxing Long Weekend!

We had a lovely time staying at Monterey Dunes. It was quiet and peaceful. The view of the ocean from the living room was gorgeous. My kids loved the easy access to the beach. The customer service of the Monterey Dunes Company was fabulous. We were very happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful time

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend in the beautiful house and beach, just the getaway to take our minds off of the pandemic. Everything was as advertised and the check-in/checkout process couldn't be easier! Thanks again!

Great family vacation

We booked last minute for a family getaway and really enjoyed the house. It was comfortable, clean and well appointed. For 8 comfortably. We enjoyed staying at Monterey Dunes - having a pool and hot tub is huge for the kids. The quiet beach is perfect. Seems like homeowners aren’t big fan of renters - it gave us a good laugh.

4th of July extended weekend

We rented this property to celebrate wife’s birthday. She enjoyed herself very much. Property is short walk from the beach. We had some small issues that got resolved quickly. Definitely a repeat.
