Great Location

Fantastic location for a quick weekend trip with my son and his buddy. Quicksilver lift right out the back door of the building made it super easy to get on and off the slopes. Short walk to restaurants and shops on Main Street.

Great Breckinridge location

Quiet deck with lots of greenery and a little stream, but still a short walk to town…really lovely in the summer. Perfect accommodations for 2..a little tight for more.

So close to everything

We loved our stay at your home. It was so close to everything ski lift, ski rental food. Starbucks and the home had every thing we needed in the kitchen bedroom and bathroom. Thank you very much, Patrick.

Exactly what we needed

We loved the location of the condo. We loved that our sons could come and go (to ski) as they wanted because of the location. And having everything in walking distance was great too! The condo had everything we needed and more. It was perfect!

Breckenridge at its best

Great location, ski in/out and close to downtown. Condo is the right size for 2. My only concern was with the heat, my own fault, read the information on the table. The fire place is the main heat, so leave it on all the time.

Great location for skiing

The condo has a great location for skiing, the TV's get HD channels, the beds are comfortable, all the appliances work and the kitchen is very well equipped. If there is any downside it's that it hasn't been recently updated. I wish there was a way to check in without having to go to a separate location to get the key but that seems to be the way it works for all the Trails End condos.

Super convenient

The location was super convenient to the Quicksilver lift. Definitely ski-in/ski-out. The place was clean, and just enough space for the 4 adults. I will say the heating situation is a bit uncomfortable. The master bedroom was always super cold. But we did know there was no central heat when renting. The fireplace was nice and warm for the common areas. All in all it was a good trip.

Slope Side Stay

This property is a superb location with one of the easiest sk in/out access in Breck. the owner provides a good and varied amount of kitchen, cooking annd and household supplies needed for a comfortable stay. Community hot tub and sauna are a welcome relief after a day on the slopes. I recommend this home for your next stay!

Perfect Location

Excellent communication with PM company. Perfect location with quick access to Quick Silver lift and two blocks from Main Street. Unit was cozy but was fine for our family of four. Inside and outside hot tubs were perfect for nightly soaks. Would stay again!

Excellent Location

This unit is conveniently located by the Quick Silver lift or a short walk to Beaver Creek lift and then two blocks from Main Street, filled with shops and restaurants. Great communication with Property Management company. unit is a little outdated and dark, as mostly lamp light available, but we were able to accommodate a family of 4. Outdoor and indoor hot tubs onsite were great. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Ski week

The unit was ideally located close to the peak 9 lift and main street was a short walk. The unit was clean and well maintained. Make sure you read the information sheets on the table to understand how the heat works, we didn't read till the day before checkout. The fireplace is the primary source for heat, and silly us thought it was the base board heat. So we we're cold since we didn't leave the fireplace on when we went to bed or was gone from the condo. All and all, we would rent again.

Great location

It was nice, clean and fantastic location. Our only real complaints was the fireplace was not operational and this time of year would have been nice. I’m sure it will be operational for the winter. The only other issue was the lack of light. It wasn’t a huge deal but made a bit of challenge in the evening and morning. Otherwise loved the sound of the creek. The beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked well enough for vacation. We will remember 108.

Great location

Great location, size perfect for 2 adults, clean, supplies and accommodations good for long weekend. My only complaint is the bed was not comfortable. Mattress worn and bedding thin and cheap feeling.

Great location

This was perfect size for two. Great location. Easy walk to ski lift and to restaurants. We had everything we needed for a long weekend. My only suggestion would be to update the bedding. The sheets and bedding seemed outdated and were uncomfortable.

Great location for skiing/downtown

The location of this condo is just a short walk to skiing or downtown which is ideal. We also liked the ability to park close and off the street and used the hot tub on site. Was well appointed for our family of 4.

Escape the heat getaway

Great apartment for a couple wanting to enjoy outdoor activities in a cool climate. Apartment well kept, perfect location for town and surrounding areas. Pictures are accurate. Love the view of trees through the large window in living area and bedroom.

Conveniently Located

Property and unit were clean however the unit is a little dated but satisfactory. Called for more specific directions as we were coming in from the South on Rt91. The person who assisted us was remote and not physically at Breck but was very helpful and texted us great directions. He was very responsive and wanted to be sure we had what we needed. We arrived around 4:15 and entered the office to get our key and the woman who was there was not customer oriented. She was clearly annoyed with us interrupting her. She directed us to the night box. Since the documentation said we could check-in after 4:00pm we went into the office to get our key. Didn't seem unreasonable to us to check with the office for the key and get any last minute updates/changes. Had to call the office the next day with a check-out question and her attitude hadn't changed. Maybe she was having a bad week. But overall a nice place and a 5 minute walk to main street.

Cute apartment with convenient location

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location is stellar - close to downtown but off of the beaten path! The kitchen tools are very well stocked, besides the pans being poor quality/very worn and the lack of a reasonably-sized baking sheet (there is a wine key, can opener, pizza cutter, etc). The bed was comfortable, the bathroom nicely refinished, and the private deck very peaceful! My only other complaint is that we received no notice that the hot tub is closed due to COVID. Womp womp. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Notes for future guests

Excellent property. Plus: - Ski equipment store room was convenient. - Chair lift just outside the back door of the building, past the hottubs was convenient. - There is no way established to recieve a package delivery. There is a building sign out front which tells delivery service to dial the room. However, there is no longer a land-line phone in the condo to recieve this call.

Great Location and Space

This condo is in a great location, just a short walk to downtown and the Peak 9 base. The unit has everything you need to cook meals and relax after a day on the mountain. The only issue we had is there was only 1 key provided for two people, so if you plan on splitting up during the day keep this in mind. Additionally, we did not have a key card access to the community pool, but there is an onsite indoor and outdoor hot tub, which is convenient. For the location and price we would stay here again.
