Denna moderna bostad erbjuder en önskvärd 4 sovrum, 4, 5 bad konfiguration och en kvalitet av inredning som sällan finns i hyreshem.

En väg genom en härlig inh��gnad trädgård leder till inträdet av denna tre nivå bostad, med utsikt över hamnen på varje nivå. På huvudnivån hittar du ett sofistikerat stort rum inrett med moderna och asiatiska möbler, konst och antikviteter. Effekten är artful och posh, med sittplatser arrangerade före en öppen spis och 60 "UHD TV. Ett matbord med plats för åtta ligger i ett hörn av detta utrymme, köket ligger i ett annat.

Det stora rummet öppnar på ett däck med en "wow" utsikt över hamnen nedan, med spis spis, infällbart sol markis, solstolar och Weber gasgrill. Du kan titta på solnedgången över Roche Harbour, njut av den berömda färgseremonin och höra kapellklockor från däck och lägg till din semesters magi.

Köket erbjuder bänkskivor i granit, en ny induktionsspis och en ö med barplats för två. Kockarna kommer att uppskatta induktionsugnen, Sub-Zero kylskåp, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, dubbla ugnar och stort skafferi.

Huvudnivån har sovrummet svit med king size-säng och en fantastisk utsikt. Kalkstensdiskar och kakel accent master badkar med badkar, separat dusch, två handfat och stor garderob. Ett pulverrum ligger också på huvudnivån.

Beautiful home

The pictures don't do the property justice. Lots of room for our three generations to spread out or be together, well appointed, generous amount of "starting supplies", more clothes hangers than we needed (It's the little things...), easy walk to Roche Harbor and maybe best of all, that wonderful deck for reading, dining or just watching the water traffic.

Awesome long weekend

The house was beautiful and very amenable to hanging out with family. We wished we were staying longer. The only issue was very unreliable wi-fi which hampered the kids ability to do their online camps and our ability to work, but we were supposed to be on vacation anyway! We had a great time.

Beautiful property and close to the resort.

It’s a beautiful home and perfect for in our case couples. Great amenities, beautiful kitchen, peaceful and gorgeous view, sits above the harbor. Also Importantly a very close walk to the harbor so you’re not too far away from all the action when you want to join in. We did have some difficulties with the induction stove top, we’re all great cooks but it was minor. We’ll do it again hopefully in another year.

Perfect House, Perfect Location

Enough space for everyone to be comfortable and communal spaces were ideal for spending quality time together. This house is gorgeous! We spent as much time as we could sitting on the back deck at the table with the fire, looking at the water and listening to the birds. We really enjoyed staying in Roche Harbor as it is very easy to get everywhere else on the island and not as busy as Friday Harbor.

The house was clean and management responsive to our questions. The upstairs loft bedroom and bath have no heat or air vents and no light in the shower. The downstairs bedrooms needed the fans and space heaters that were provided. Lots of light and great view of the harbor from the deck. Great location. Several steps to get in and out of the house.

Reviewer Comments: Three other couples joined us for a fantastic week at this spacious home that has an outstanding view from 3 of 4 bedrooms and the main living space . Every room had its own bathroom and large comfy bed. We are all experienced cooks and enjoyed preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen. Our only complaint was the well stocked kitchen was very disorganized so it was a trick to find a pan and matching lid. Every imaginable kitchen tool was available- you just had to find it.

A beautiful Vacation Home

The location and the views were perfect, the decor and the layout of this home were such high quality and yet so cozy. It's definitely one of the nicest on the islands that we saw. Given how late it stays light in the summer, my only complaint was that there were no shades in some bedrooms and where there were shades, they didnt provide much darkness, so between the bright light and the loud partying on Roche Harbor between 9pm and 10pm, it is quite difficult to put children to bed there much before 10pm. And when it's cold, the heat doesnt seem to reach the downstairs bedrooms very well...other than those small issues, the home is gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay completely.

The home is large and very well appointed. With rain on two of the days of our stay, there was plenty of room for everyone to stay in side and mingle. The outside deck was great with a large table & a propane fire in the middle. The walk down to the resort was only 5 minutes & the view is spectacular. Would highly recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation staying at the Roche Harbor Overlook! The home is wonderfully decorated and has any amenity you could need. We had 4 couples and 2 kids. We really appreciated having 4 proper adult private sleeping rooms (each with a King or Queen bed) and bath in or near each room, and had the kids sleep on a blow up mattress that was available for use in the house! The kitchen is huge, fully stocked, and great for many cooks in the kitchen! We chose to eat in more often because of the wonderful kitchen, quality BBQ, large interior dining table that fits all, and the lovely fire table on the deck. The deck!!!! This home has a large wonderful deck with a fabulous view of the harbor. We all enjoyed sitting on the deck anytime of the day and hearing the flag ceremony music while enjoying a glass of wine around the fire table was a special experience. The location was great as you can easily walk to the Harbor, there are also many interesting parks etc. to explore along the way! Our entire family would highly recommend this home, we sure hope to return someday!!!

EMS Reunion 2017

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at the house it was very clean and ready for our stay. The bedrooms had great views, well, all the rooms had great views. We probably used the decks more than anything with their comfortable furniture to the great weather during our stay. It was also nice to listen to the music from the marina at 9 am, noon and evening. There was plenty storage in the refrigerator for each couples supplies. We visited all the local island sites including the alpaca farm, lavender farm, sculpture Park and the English camp. The sculpture park is an easy walk and was even more impressive than we thought it would be. The Roche Harbor marina is a easy drive or walk from the property and has great restaurants and the evening lowering of the flags is a wonderful event to watch. This is a beautiful and comfortable home. I hope we get a chance to come back again.

Wonderful Home Overlooking Roche Harbor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not have been more pleased or more pleasantly surprised with the Roche Harbor home. Beautiful home with a beautiful view that provided family time as well as separated time for my husband and me and 5 adult children. Conveniently located about a 7 minute walk away from Roche Harbor, the house was perfectly located for our purposes...running trails were accessible, kayaking, walking the hills of the harbor town, access to several restaurants, 15 minute drive to Friday Harbor. The kitchen was perfect size for the many cooks and the deck with the large table with firepit was a great way to spend a relaxing evening. We had all the conveniences of home with a washer/dryer accessible, large screen TVs, grill, etc. Sometimes the internet was sporadic, but could be easily fixed. It was wonderful...we all hated to leave!
