Perfekt familj hem för en DeBordieu strandsemester. Underbart inredda och rymliga detta fyra sovrum hem har två king size-sviter på lägre nivå samt ett öppet vardagsrum / matsal och kök kombination. Bred veranda och skärmad i området vid Oceanside är ett perfekt ställe att koppla av och njuta av det perfekta väder i South Carolina. På övervåningen hittar du ytterligare två sovrum med privata badrum och ett extra vardagsrum med balkong med utsikt över stranden. Nedervåningen finns ett hölje från vardagsrummet med en utdragbar soffa som kan användas som ett femte sovrum. WiFi, kabel, användning av klubbens bekvämligheter (golf / tennis / matsal / pooler), hiss, kolgrill, garage, strandstolar, strandleksaker och mycket mer! Our favorite beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We completely fell in love with everything about this house. It was immaculate upon arrival and had everything we needed for our family. You also can’t beat the location as it’s perfectly placed steps away from water. We watched beautiful sunrises with dolphins playing in the water, and then the dramatic shift of a storm coming in off the back porch. A short walk from the house gets you to the wildlife preserve area of beach which is so serene. Very hard place to leave and we will definitely be returning as often as possible.

Reviewer Comments: The upstairs A/C unit was out for the first three days of our stay which made for a few uncomfortable nights, but the TideLife staff was very responsive and the owner made an accommodation for our troubles, which we very much appreciated. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation. This was our second stay at High Cotton, which is in a perfect location. We love DeBordieu and have been vacationing there for ~20 years. The house was clean, well-appointed, and well-maintained. High Cotton perfectly fits our family's needs. We hope to return again.

Memorable Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four generations of our family made dozens of memories at this gorgeous, thoughtfully appointed beach home during Easter 2016. Falling asleep to waves crashing and waking to the sunrising over the sea, enjoying coffee on the expansive porch. The children played on the beach for hours each day, while parents, grandparents, and great grandma watched from the porch. We took an excursion to the historic Brookgreen Gardens, made fabulous meals each night, and played cards into the late evening. After vactioning around Charleston, SC for over 30 years our group was amazed by the solitude and natural beauty of DeBordieu Island, so much so that we cant imagine renting in Isle of Palms or Folly or Sullivans ever again.

Excellent Beach House - over the top!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed for five days and the house was well equipped with towels, toilet paper, kitchen pots and pans including coffee cups, glasses and dishware. All the basics were provided.The house is right on the ocean and it has an outdoor shower at the bottom of the house. There was only one thing missing and that was a gas grill and since the house rules don't allow charcoal grilling, we had to fry or bake our meals. The community is very upscale and mostly everyone stays to themselves. The pool was very clean and Tiki Bar had delicious finger foods and adult beverages. This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in and at different times during our stay, we had as many as 15 family members sleeping over. Excellent Property!

Another Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacationed for a second time in Steele House, and again the home, location and amenities of DeBordieu did not disappoint. The home was clean...the ac was working...and the 180 degree view of the ocean was awesome. Tidelife is responsive when issues arise, whether small or large. We had friends join us this time for a few days, and they were also impressed with the home, view and super location to great restaurants. Our only suggestion is one we offered last time, and that's to find a way to keep the smaller area rugs clean between bookings. The owners of Steele have really nice belongings in the house, and the small area rugs need to be maintained...especially the one in front of the kitchen sink. Otherwise, this home and Tidelife still get top reviews from us!
