En nyrenoverad villa med privat uppvärmd pool och familj spelrum

Välkommen till vår Floridian fritidshus ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde i Sunridge Woods, Davenport. Under de senaste 3 åren vår villa har genomgått omfattande renoverat och moderniserat till den högsta standarder. Med 3 stora storlek sovrum, 2 badrum och ett rymligt högt välvt tak vardagsrum och kök / diner, är denna villa en home away from home. Vår villa erbjuder också en resesäng inklusive sängkläder, en barnstol och bälteskudde för våra mindre gäster utan extra kostnad. Utanför villan nytta av en täckt, privat och uppvärmd pool (30ft med 12 fot) och en familjevänlig däck område med utemöbler, grill och redskap. Villan är omgiven av en vacker naturskyddsområde och är verkligen fredliga och inte förbises. Villan har blivit omsorgsfullt restaurerat och vårdas, är helt luftkonditionerade och är inredd till en mycket hög standard med nya möbler och allt du kan önska dig för din Orlando familjesemester. För extra säkerhet och trygghet i villan har försetts med trygghetslarm, rökdetektor system och pool larm monterade på vart och ett av de däck posten dörrar och servas av en lokal förvaltningsbolag. Inne i villan är ljus och luftig och har en öppen planlösning med platt-TV och DVD-spelare i alla rum. Dessutom har kabel-TV gjorts tillgänglig under varje rum. Fri hög hastighet WiFi finns också tillsammans med gratis lokal och USA telefonsamtal. Lokala snabbköp och bra restauranger ligger bara några minuter med bil och du hittar bra shopping på Posner Park, US 27 och stora gallerior utlopp i närheten. Villan ligger 2 miles från Interstate 4 och golfbanor och butiker på Reunion och Champions Gate. Villan ligger bara 25 minuters resa från International MCO flygplats, en 12 minuters bilresa till Disney / plaska parker, 15 minuter till Sea World och 40 minuter till Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure och en 90 minuter till Busch Gardens. För tid borta från nöjesparker, kör västerut till de vackra stränderna i Clearwater, Treasure Island och St John Pass eller österut till Daytona Beach, St Augustine, Cocoa Beach och Kennedy Space Center.

Great Location

Overall a great stay, the villa is in a lovely location and offers all you need for a home away from home. Whilst we had a couple of issues the owners were excellent with communication and responded quickly. I would recommend this villa.

Overall, excellent day to our surprise the property was exactly as advertised, and to be quite honest. The property itself is better in person than it shows on VBRO.We will definitely be returning guests to the property

Perfect for our family!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was equipped with everything we needed, was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Our daughter especially loved the pool area with a nice selection of pool floats, balls, etc. We would recommend this home to all!

A great place to stay!

A very comfortable, well-kept and clean home with a nice pool. Me and my family felt well at home in this villa which was our base during our two weeks in Florida. Excellent communication from the owners and quick replies for any questions we had. I am very happy we chose to stay two weeks here.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Davenport. The house is spacious, clean and very kinds friendly. In the house one can find different types of games and a large pool area with enough privacy to really enjoy the Floridan sun. Even for our toddler there were lots of toys to use in and outside the house. We would definitely consider this rental again for our next trip. We were sad to leave.

Excellent stay and brilliant host

We can’t recommend this rental home enough. The pool is large and is heated by solar power; the living spaces are really comfortable and well equipped and the location is ideal (approx. 20 mins to Disney and 35 mins to Universal). The communication with the owner is excellent and when things went awry with a delivery for a product bought online, he was incredibly helpful. Don’t hesitate on this property - book now! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you for our wonderful stay. Adrian

Wonderful place

This house is amazing, I and my family had a great time in this place. The heated pool was the best part, we spent a couple of hours every day swimming and had so much fun. everything was clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. Disney trip

This lovely villa is a home away from home. Located in a quite neighborhood, but about a 20 minute drive to all the Disney parks. The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. I’ll definitely look to see if this lovely villa is available on the next trip to Florida

Great house and excellent location

What a great house and location. Very clean, very quiet nice neighborhood. We couldn't have been happier with the location of the house. We even went out for some evening walks and felt comfortable. The owners were very responsive . Five stars all around!

No more hotels!

I will most certainly be checking the Vrbo listing for my future vacations. Even Shades of Green can't compare to the price, roominess, parking, and privacy of a rented house.

Wonderful house and great owners

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The owners were very accommodating and wonderful to work with. The games in the garage area were a ton of fun and the kids loved them. Also, all the games and movies in the house were excellent. We didn't get to try to pool since it was cold weather while we were there but it's looked beautiful. I would highly recommend this house.

Great villa!!

We loved the villa! Boys loved the pool. We loved the fact the villa is on the corner with no neighbours on one side and you see lots of wildlife while sitting out in the pool area. The villa had everything and more that you need and were very quick to respond to any queries or help that we needed. Thank you so much for all your help Matt and Zoe 😃

Home away from home

This is our third visit, each one getting longer. Matt and Zoe’s villa is a lovely sanctuary in a very growing area. It is ideally located near all the famous family attractions. The villa is thoughtfully equipped for all ages with tvs and internet, puzzles, games and books. Leaving gets more difficult each time. Thank you, Matt and Zoe, for sharing your lovely home.

Absolutely beautiful villa, wish we could have stayed forever.

Fantastic villa, pictures do not do it justice, much bigger in real life especially bedrooms. Pool was really warm, plenty of seating. Lovely quiet location away from the parks and bustle but only 30 minute drive to everything. Enough room for everyone to lounge about watching movies and relaxing when you are not out and about and great internet connection, which our 2 teenagers appreciated. Would highly recommend and we would not hesitate to go back to this property. Loved it.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We first visited Florida as a couple in 2007 and were determined that at some point in our lives we would like to buy if opportunity allowed. We loved all that Florida was able to offer - warm sunshine, great people, slower pace of life, fun and tranquility, as well as amazing shopping. We returned as a family in 2011 and stayed in Sunridge Woods, loving all that the area had to offer. As soon as we returned to the UK we began our hunt for our Florida home. We were given the chance in January 2012 to buy a home in Sunridge Woods which had fallen into disrepair and was seemingly unloved. Nearly 12 years on we have made it our mission to renovate the villa into a vacation destination for families, couples and friends.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential all American suburb. The villa is really accessible from MCO / Tampa and Miami International airports with close links to the I4 , US 27 and the 192. There are an obundance of restaurants, gas stations, supermarkets and cinemas close by and with the great links via I4 and US27 the East and West coasts are an easy drive. The villa is close enough to all the major theme parks, shopping outlets and restaurants yet offers our guests privacy and the personal space away from the big Floridian attractions.
