Detta färgglada och charmiga 3 sovrum, 2 bad lägenhet, ligger centralt i hjärtat av Seagrove Beach och kommer att göra din nästa semester extra mysig och bekväm. Alla nya skåp och bänkskivor i granit hälsar gästerna i köket. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng med ombyggda badrum, och det finns ett queen size-säng rum, plus ett tredje gästrum med 2 enkelsängar som delar ett helt nybyggt badrum med granit fåfänga.

Denna rymliga 3 sovrum enhet ligger på andra våningen, och har en balkong med utsikt över en av två pooler på rymliga och snygg anlagda Beachwood Villas egendom. Kabel-TV och trådlöst internet finns (2 TV-apparater). En av poolerna i komplexet uppvärms säsongsmässigt och den här egenskapen har även tennisbanor och shuffleboard.

Om du behöver en paus från dina aktiviteter på stranden, hoppa sedan på en cykel (enkelt hyras och levereras till din dörr) och åka på de säkra, etablerade cykelvägarna till Seaside eller någon av de andra pittoreska strandgemenskaper som ligger längs Scenic Highway 30A. Cykeluthyrning finns i närheten. Plus, om du är en golfare, finns flera fina kurser en kort bilresa bort.

Beachwood Villas ligger också tvärs över gatan från en allmän tillgång till stranden som gör att du kommer till våra mjuka vita sandstränder, en enkel och snabb promenad för dig och din familj.

Välj bland många restauranger, pizza och smörgås shoppar eller matkördar som ligger inom flera minuters bilresa eller en kort promenad från lägenheten, liksom en bränsle / bekvämlighet mart ligger precis bredvid. En Publix mataffär ligger 5 minuters bilresa bort. Om regn stör din dag kör du till Silver Sand Outlet-butikerna ca 20 minuter västerut mot Destin för några "fynd shopping".

Nothing like the Pictures

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is extremely dirty. The rugs are black. The floor is falling apart. The place looks nothing like the pictures. I had to go out and buy rugs for our 4 week stay because of how gross the rugs were. Very disappointed and will not be staying here again.

The place was fine. Had a few issues, 1 with the electronic deadbolt, another with the dish washer, but those were remedied fairly quickly. The main room layout in the listing differs from its current configuration, I believe the layout in the listing would have been better. Kind a tight between the dining table and the sofa, then a bit too close to the very large TV. Was a bit surprised by the small-ish size of the oven but understand why. The walk across the street to the beach...then down the stairs and then to the east for the public beach was a bit of a hike, but I did not have to get in a car to get there. Overall good experience. I would recommend to others, but include the information above.

Great Girls Trip

Upon arrival, the countertops were dirty, the wall by the garbage can had splashes on it, the sheets in guest bedroom were discolored, the patio has mildew on it, the couch and rugs are stained, the patio door won’t lock, the seal in master bedroom window is broken so window is very discolored. We were overall dissatisfied and would not stay again. Very low quality condo.

Review of Beachwood Villa 10H

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival - we did not have any internet service for the first 3 days and were without basic cable service the entire week. We notified Benchmark of these problems many times through the week. They would send someone over to check it out and leave without fixing it. The only TV that was usable was one of the back bedrooms. There were no remotes for any of the others. Dishwasher was leaking on the floor and was finally replaced the day before we left. Really frustrated with the property management of this unit.

Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I came to the Destin area for spring break. It was crowded which was to be expected. It was noisy, again expected but it was excessive. Even though the property mgmt company has no part in who else rented in the condo community, there were owners who simply did not care who rented their vacation rental. The condo was well appointed, clean and neat. It had been advertised as having a washer and dryer and we packed accordingly. Unfortunately, neither were operable. Both were broken which we discovered after multiple calls to the mgmt company reporting the machines as unusable. There was a shared laundry facility which also had broken, inoperable machines. Also, upon renting the condo we got a credit for beach rentals. The bikes we rented were TERRIBLE. Expensive and all but one had mechanical problems which the rental company appeared to be unable to address. We might be back to the area but not sure we will rent in Seagrove again.

Great Stay!

Nice Property but poor Management Co.

The property was very fairly nice. It was at the location we wanted to be at on the 30a corridor. The main complaint that we have is with Benchmark management the company that rents and manages the property. Benchmark is more about profit apparently so they do not provide you with the appropriate amenities. As an example they only give you one roll of Toilet Paper and tell you to purchase additional. That is a cheap way to handle a property that someone rents for a premium. When we arrived the blinds in the master suite were broken so you could not keep the light out (suggests The management company is not keeping the property up) and lastly, they said the property had a heated pool. That was misleading. From talking to residents, the pool Is only heated in March of each year. They misled us and accordingly we will think twice before we would stay in Benchmark managed property again.

Great family condo & close to beach!

This was our first time visiting Seagrove Beach & found this condo to be a great place to stay, central to other nearby towns like Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Rosemary & Alys Beach. The condo was just as described and well-equipped for a family of 6 . Beachwood Villas is a nicely kept complex with 2 pools and walking distance across the street to the beach access. We really enjoyed the balcony view overlooking the pool & the kids really loved to take a late afternoon or evening dip to cool off. Overall, we found this to be a great location and a great condo to stay in. Everything was clean, beds & linens were soft and comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked. Check-in was a bit delayed due to waiting on inspection which caused a minor inconvenience. There was no remote for the TV in the Master bedroom and despite an email to the property managers, it was never resolved during our stay. One negative experience came from neighbors in 10E. They were loud, left beach gear blocking the walkway & had a loud, drunken pool party that was not family-friendly which kept others from visiting the pool. This unit is not under the same management and I discovered not much could be done. Thankfully, we still had a great week in spite of it, but it does reflect on the entire complex & everyone's experience if others are being inconsiderate.
