Nantucket wedding and family reunion

Great location. Walking score 10/10. Kitchen stocked with everything one would need. Bedrooms were spacious and for us, accommodating 9 people was very comfortable. Our host made this a particularly nice visit with beautiful finishing touches. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Most of all, everyone had a great time.

Nantucket Gem

Our groups stay in this beautiful home was fantastic. The house was absolutely perfect for our group. The house had it all; well furnished kitchen, comfortable beds, great man cave, warm fireplace and sitting area, outdoor fire pit and grill, and convenient location. To top it off the owners were extremely nice and accommodating.

Better than a five star hotel

The best place we have stayed on the island with the amenities of a SIX star hotel. The lower level was a perfect private place for my in- laws to stay. The cleanliness and overall decor exceeded our expectations. Caryn went above and beyond. I cannot recommend this house enough. We hope to be back!

Beautiful Home; Impeccably Decorated and Furnished

This property actually deserves a 6th Star. Newly built and beautifully furnished this home is a wonderful place to stay for a Nantucket vacation. I couldn't find anything that was needed that the owner hadn't anticipated.

Beautiful home!

We stayed at a Whale of a Time for the holiday stroll with 4 couples. The house was absolutely gorgeous. The location was an easy walk or quick cab ride to town. Each bedroom has its own bathroom stocked full of every toiletry needed! The living space was impeccable and comfortable. We will be back!!

Five star hotel hospitality!

We loved our week at Whale of a Time on Delaney. The house is incredibly clean and well kept and exceeded our expectations with the warm welcome we received from Caryn and the plethora of supplies and amenities on hand. We had four children with us ranging from 2 months to 4 years old and Caryn made sure we had everything we needed to ensure the kids had a great time and we only had to bring a few of our own supplies. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Book Club Get Away Nantucket Stroll!

We had the most amazing get away!! The home is GORGEOUS with every consideration for comfort and luxury. Caryn was so gracious and detailed oriented. We had fresh flowers, a basket a goodies, gifts, cheese plate, everything exceeded our expectations.The home is inspiring and picture perfect. We walked into town and in the evening we played games by the fire. It was truly magical.

Perfection on Nantucket

We spent a long weekend here in early October-our group was made up of six adults. The property is brand new-impeccable, tastefully furnished and lovely in every way. The owners even left us flowers and treats for our stay - we felt pampered and taken care of. The location is great - a 15 minute walk into town. We enjoyed nights in the charming backyard around the fire pit and loved having the Sonos sound system both indoors and out. The kitchen is well-equipped with professional-grade appliances and lots of extras - including a KitchenAid mixer and two coffee makers. There are two washing machines and dryers. The owners have spared no expense - everything was lovely. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Caryn!!

Whale of a Time is a great house for a family, everyone had their own space plus the main floor is great for hanging and watching tv/sports etc. The house is perfect!

Fabulous Vacation

My family (2 adults, 3 children under 10) stayed at Whale of a Time for our summer vacation. This property is excellent - clean, modern, spacious, and perfect for our family. Great location. Caryn was super responsive and helpful - wonderful to work with. Highly recommend staying here; we hope to come back again!

A wonderful stay

We had a great time (a whale of a time!) at this property. Caryn was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is beautiful and you have everything you need - it also felt like we were in a full-service hotel. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Comfortable and such high quality

What a wonderfully comfortable beautiful home. Every room is spacious with high quality simple furniture. So much storage room. Plus, any helpful item you might need is there to be used. The location is great -- near steps beach and yet walking distance to town. Best of all -- there is a sister house in which our extended family stayed.

The house was immaculate, spacious and fully stocked with anything we might need. Close to town so we could walk or bike. Loved the private backyard with fire pit. Overall an amazing stay at this beautiful property!

Fabulous Stay

Whale of a time could not have been more perfect. Went for a long weekend with friends, and it accommodated all! Nothing wasn’t thought of , plus everyone felt at home the minute we arrived. Close location to everything. It was perfect.

We did have a whale of a good time

This home is as photographed. It’s designed beautifully. It is extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked plus, the beds and linens are amazingly comfy, the bathrooms have every amenity, the living areas are light, airy and ideal for gathering, the outdoor areas are very welcoming. We loved our one night to cook and dine in. The fire pit is a perfect after dinner area. Caryn, the host, is readily available for any questions. Oh, and the sound system is perfect! We can’t wait to return. Ideal vacation spot, for sure!
