Detta Sea Ranch hem erbjuder en bekväm design delad nivå av Ralph Matheson, med vardagsrum och matrum och kök på den övre nivån för att maximera vyn. Det är ännu hund-vänliga.

Denna 1520-kvadratfot hem byggdes av Brian Dixon 1983 och rymmer upp till sex gäster. En fin sten spis och fönsterbänkar är i vardags i vardagsrummet och köket är välutrustat. Du kommer att behandlas för att konstverk i hela hemmet.

Det finns tre bekväma sovrum och två badrum för upp till sex gäster.

Du hittar en vacker inhägnad meditation trädgård för din njutning och det är bara en kort promenad till stränder och lekplats / picknickområde. Två hundar är inbjudna med en extra husdjur avgift.

Du måste kontakta oss för att lägga till mer än en hund till bokningen, om det är tillåtet. $ 20 per hund, per natt. Om husdjur är tillåtna kommer avgiften för den första hunden att inkluderas i den totala kostnaden som anges.

Parkering Anmärkningar: Bokningar med 1-2 gäster kommer att få 1 parkeringskort (om inget annat anges), 3+ gäster får 2 parkeringskort. Sea Ranch Association tillåter endast 2 passager per bokning. Parkeringspass är för bilar parkerade inom Sea Ranch (vid recenter, vandringsleder etc) och måste vara synliga i fordonet. De flesta men inte alla våra hus kommer att rymma mer än 2 bilar. För gäster med mer än 2 bilar kan eventuella ytterligare bilar användas för att gå till och från huset utan ett pass, men måste stanna kvar på andra sätt. På gatan parkering är inte tillåtet. Det mesta av vårt hus kommer inte att rymma mer än 3 bilar. Eventuella frågor om ENDAST parkeringsbegränsningar och överfyllningsparkering måste prata med Sea Ranch Association (707) 785-2444. Kontortider är tis till lördag 8: 30-5.

Nice house, no wifi

It was a comfortable house in a great location. It had the amenities we needed for good sleep and home cooking (though it had a strange lack of forks). When we arrived we noticed the WiFi was not working. I called the property manager and was instructed to restart the modem. Couldn’t find it anywhere despite a thorough search. She said they’d send someone out the next day to look at it but no one ever came nor did they follow up with me about it. We still had a fine stay albeit mostly unplugged, which isn’t so bad, but I was disappointed in their lack of follow through with the problem.

Family friendly Prentiss Retreat

Convenient get-away

House was in a great location, close to our favorite beaches. It was not as fancy as some of the more expensive rentals, but comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could need.

A Great Sea Ranch House

Overall great value! Beautiful home

Well stocked and comfortable home! Lovely wildlife and easy to walk the trails by ocean… only wish they clean a little better due to pet hair and cobwebs. Otherwise, a treat!

Great Vacation Home

We loved this house! It was very clean and it felt like a home away from home. It made our 30th Anniversary perfect. The house was equipped with everything we needed! Loved the ocean themed decor too. The fireplace was a plus and plenty of wood to burn. The owners of this home thought of everything for everyone who stays at their home. It may be an older home at Sea Ranch but it was awesome.

Paradise at the Prentiss

Very well situated and stocked family and Fido friendly home. Walk to the beach or One-eyed jacks playground within minutes. A quick 5 minute drive into Gualala allows you to get anything you forgot at home. The reverse floor plan build of this home makes for great wildlife watching from the window seats in the open living area. It certainly provided a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city life. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Perfect Place for Casual Vacationing

This lovely home has sunset views, comfortable furnishings for pets, and a short walk to a small, quiet beach that was dog friendly. A family of deer greeted us in the morning as we drank our coffee at the kitchen table watching the ocean off in the distance. It’s a nice but not fancy home that is definitely dog friendly which put us at ease. A nice nearby walk through the Cyprus and we were at the seal harbor rookery. Definitely would return! Shopping tips: the Surf Market in Guala is a must visit for locally produced gourmet items. Trinks Bakery & Cafe has delicious coffees, scones, breakfasts, sandwiches and a lovely outdoor area to eat and see the sea.

Great location, okay property

We came to Sea Ranch to escape the illegal fireworks over July 4th week so our dogs didn't freak out. It was nice and quiet. The location is great - close to the trails and beaches. We saw lots of wildlife (harbor seals at the beach; deer, foxes and rabbits by the house). The kitchen is decently stocked for a rental. While the living room has a lot of seating, the window seats are VERY uncomfortable. It's nice that it's a dog-friendly property. The small yard is not directly accessible from inside the house (you have to go out the front door to access it). The yard is very overgrown and has a lot of tall weeds. It's clear that no maintenance has been done in quite some time - it doesn't look like the photo. I have rented through multiple online companies and in my experience, the Vacasa rentals I've stayed at seem to have a lower standard for maintenance than properties through some other companies. The windows need to be washed; there were tons of cobwebs in the skylights. Maintenance needs to come through with some WD-40 - the silverware drawer, upstairs bathroom door and upstairs bed are all super squeaky.

Great location for the entire family!

This is a great little house. The good new is the bedrooms are on two separate floors from the kitchen - family room. Lots of privacy. It is all about location in Sea Ranch. Although no ocean view just walked 1/2 block to the park and beaches. Beautiful! Great with the little ones to play and go to the beach. Not needing to pack up the car to enjoy Sea Ranch was absolutely perfect. We stayed 9 nights. The owners have lots and lots of personal items. It was difficult to find an empty cupboard or shelf to put our items especially in the kitchen. But the good new each bedroom has a chest of drawers and a closet to unpack clothes. We just moved most of the items off the table tops, selves and bookcase to make room.

The property/home was very nice but location was not as good as expected. Beautiful garden and well-kept older decorated home. The artwork was wonderful.

Would Love to Rebook

The good: Excellent location, architecturally competent layout; enjoyed the deck and grill, and lovely little enclosed garden. Lovely ocean view. Had pretty much everything we needed. Second bedroom is 1/2 flight above first level -- it's the quieter of the two bedrooms. Living room couch is very comfortable (and updated since the photos were taken). The bench along the living rooms was one of the selling points that caused us to choose the house (but more on that later). Kids' room is spacious and bright. Fairly clean property. King sized bed in main bedroom was very comfortable. Could use improvement: bathrooms are pretty dated: shower heads could be upgraded; downstairs shower (pipes?) screeched during use. Bedroom shades could be updated so they're top-down/bottom-up so you can still get daylight into the larger bedroom without ppl on the streets able to look in (unlike other SR properties, the main bedroom is sited in full view of the street, which is quite close. Lighting can be improved as well -- many of the bulbs are bright white and rather unpleasant. The kitchen was quite dark to cook in. The not-so-great: this is the second dog-friendly SR home we've rented (we're not dog owners although we love pups) and the dog hair on the window bench was a dealbreaker. I was REALLY looking forward to said bench because we're big readers BUT SO MUCH DOG FUR. I really did t want it on my clothes! Couldn't find a lint roller. Vacuum cleaners didn't have upholstery attachments. So we couldn't use the window bench at all through our 8 days there. So disappointing! (Clearly the previous guests ignored the owners' request to keep their dog/s off the furniture!) I don't think I'd want to rent another dog-friendly home at SR again (the previous home we rented was so fur-covered that I had to launder the duvets and blankets before we even could relax into our vacation). And the dining room rug could use a professional deep cleaning -- it was kinda gross. In fact if I were the homeowner, I'd get rid of the wall-to-wall shag carpeting and ask all guests to take shoes off. The bedroom carpet had spills on it. I want comfortable going barefoot in the house as a result. All in all, it's a kinda '70s-dated property that is nevertheless a very pleasant place to spend a week -- without all the leftover fur....

Needs tlc

Great dog house. Otis loved it. We’ve been coming here a while and it’s showing it’s age. Cut the grass please. Garden was overgrown. WiFi stopped working and wouldn’t restart.

A real retreat

Great location and cozy hideaway perfect for 2-6 plus dogs!

We loved this house! The living levels is the perfect place to read, watch a movie by the fireplace, or cook and eat either in the dining area or on the wonderful deck with barbecue. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are spacious. Only suggestion would be that bathrooms could use a little refreshing, but are fine overall. The garden is also lovely - protected by a fence so the roses and hydrangeas survive deer appetites. We would absolutely come back to this house, anytime, for a wonderful and relaxing vacation!

Prentiss Retreat Sea Ranch

Well appointed home. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Short walk to beach. As noted in other comments and should be noted on web site, the home is a tri level with 2 set of stairs. The stairs are narrow. Top level is the living , dining and kitchen area. Second level is bedroom (queen bed) with bath (walk in shower) and bottom level is 2 bedrooms ( one master with king bed and second bedroom with twin beds), bathroom with tub, washer/ dryer and entrance to home. Overall the home was clean. They allow dogs, for which I am thankful, however, the carpets are telling that there are dogs (have a doggie smell). The home would smell fresher if the carpets were professionally cleaned. Limited view of ocean from the deck off the living area front of the home. Overall the home was comfortable, lovely and had everything that we desired. Totally recommend the home.

A wonderful place to stay

This house was perfect for us! We were two couples and one single person - the room with twin beds could easily have accommodated a 5th person if ok sharing the room. The house had a great layout for a small group like ours - we cooked and ate together, relaxed, and watched some films and never felt like we were on top of one another. The bedrooms were spacious - one had its own bathroom and the two on the lowest level (king and twins) shared a bathroom. There was a lovely deck off the kitchen/living room area that was an enjoyable place to sit in the sun for morning coffee or look up at the stars at night. There also was a nice fenced-in garden area outside. The location is great! Far enough in from Rt 1 to be quiet and super close to the beach and the amazing trails. I recommend going to the SR association office on Annapolis Rd (need to drive there) and purchasing a $5 paper trail map - lots of cool trails and routes to check out.
