Det är bara några steg från däck till kanten av bluffen !! Denna Sea Ranch hem erbjuder massor av fönster på båda sidor av hemmet som gör att du kan titta direkt genom vardagsrummet från badtunnan på den helt slutna privata redwood däck till havet.

Trevlig landskapsplanering runt badtunnedäcken ger en trevlig vindskyddad miljö för att njuta av frisk luft. Hemmet har enkla, bekväma möbler, trägolv med eldstäder i vardagsrummet och sovrummet och inkluderar även mikrovågsugn, satellit-TV, video, DVD på en rullande vagn för att njuta av nästan var som helst i hemmet. Gratis WiFi finns också, med en internethastighet på 250 Mbps.

Två sovrum har en king size-säng, vilket gör denna tillflyktsort perfekt för upp till fyra gäster.

Parkering Anmärkningar: Bokningar med 1-2 gäster kommer att få 1 parkeringskort (om inget annat anges), 3+ gäster får 2 parkeringskort. Sea Ranch Association tillåter endast 2 passager per bokning. Parkeringspass är för bilar parkerade inom Sea Ranch (vid recenter, vandringsleder etc) och måste vara synliga i fordonet. De flesta men inte alla våra hus kommer att rymma mer än 2 bilar. För gäster med mer än 2 bilar kan eventuella ytterligare bilar användas för att gå till och från huset utan ett pass, men måste stanna kvar på andra sätt. På gatan parkering är inte tillåtet. Det mesta av vårt hus kommer inte att rymma mer än 3 bilar. Eventuella frågor om ENDAST parkeringsbegränsningar och överfyllningsparkering måste prata med Sea Ranch Association (707) 785-2444. Amazing place to restore

Property is a time capsule from 1985. It did not bother us, and we appreciated the consistency in decor— Literally everything seemed like it was 40 years old or more. It was a bummer to have all of the cooking implements and dishes be so old, though. We cooked several meals and would have appreciated updated pans and dishes that were not chipped. Because everything is so outdated, it is really hard to have the place seem clean. That said, several of the plates and silverware pieces were actually dirty. We washed every kitchen item before we used it. Highly suggest repairing drywall issues and replacing dishes and pans, as well as replacing all blankets.We loved the location and found it to be incredibly restorative.

Great location

Location was amazing. Property needs a little love, they have begun the process but floors, cabinets and deck need attention. But the view is spectacular!

Love the architecture of this home! Plus it's very green...

The layout of this home, its ocean views, and its proximity to the bluff trail are fantastic. We also appreciated the solar power, EV charger, and hottub!

It’s all about the view

View was spectacular ! House needs some love. The big disappointment was the hot tub. The jets don’t work. But nonetheless the water was hot. The bluff walk was right out the door, a great walking trail. And the sunsets were stunning!

Seascape

We just celebrated my husband’s 75th birthday at Seascape. Our son and daughter-in-law joined us and we had a wonderful week. The hiking path is right out the door, the deer were grazing, and the ocean view is spectacular. The house had everything we needed. We felt at relaxed and at home . And , we are returning next summer!

Fabulous Sea Ranch Blufftop Getaway

This home is extremely well located right on the top of the bluff overlooking the amazing Sonoma Coast. Steps from the house is the Bluff Trail offering three miles of blufftop hiking. When tired of the views, the interior courtyard offers a large private hot tub, perfect for viewing the stars at night. The kitchen had all the essentials, the baths well equipped and the bed was quite comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone seeking a relaxing view-filled retreat. It was a good value for the money.

Oceanfront views

The view is incredible from the living room but the steps and the deck are very creaky and the paint is peeling off. The place would be great with paint job and some less dingy furnishings.

A wonderful place

We loved the location of this so well designed house. Very comfortable! The views were amazing and the pathway close by was very convenient to explore the bluffs. A wonderful experience all together…Hope to be back again .

The view is great. Cleanliness not so great.

The view at this house is amazing. The house is spacious and well equipped. We loved the easy access to hiking on the Bluff Trail and close by to Gualala Downtown. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of our recent stay. There was black mold on the ceiling in one of the bathrooms, which is a serious health hazard. Additionally, there were ants present in both the kitchen and bathrooms. These conditions made our experience concerning. The wifi was working properly mostly in the living room and kitchen. We hope that these issues are addressed promptly for the well-being of future guests.

Relaxing Ocean View

The view can't be topped from the family room out to the grand Pacific ocean view. This property is very close to the golf course and a short drive to Gualala for any supplies you might need. There's a walking trail close behind the home for your daily walks.Internet wi-fi speeds were between 400-500mbps. Dish Network was the satellite provider and there were a host of Apps (Netflix, etc.) available.

Stunning views, very clean but a little dated

This was a great location with the entire back of the home nothing but windows. It was great to just sit on the couch and look at the ocean since at times it was a bit cold. Beds were quite comfortable. There are some things that could be updated like the microwave and the spa did not have good jets. There was a bit of an ant problem, but nothing terrible. This would be a great stay for two couples since the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home and both have king beds. The bedroom furniture is on its last legs but was fine for our stay.

Amazing home and location - incredible value!

We absolutely loved this home and can't wait to return. This was our first stay at Sea Ranch and now I feel like staying in another home would almost be a letdown. The architecture is beautiful, the view is stunning, and the location is first-rate. The home is a little worn, so if you require "fancy" accommodations this may not be an exact fit, but I say this place is still all-around astounding. If the owners ever want to sell, please contact me! :)
