Extended Stay

What a beautiful home! It was absolutely perfect and met our needs in every way. The owners were extraordinarily helpful and available at any time. Really hated to leave for the cold, snowy Ontario.

Even though the condo was a little small, it had a really big punch with fabulous views from the two baloneys. One of the beach and the other of the town. The two bathrooms were tastefully upgraded and all the beach equipment you would need was made available. The pool was wonderful and well maintained with the beach a short walk away.

Fantastic Stay!

We had the most wonderful time this April. It was great getting up each morning and walking on the beach. The weather was fantastic. The condo has everything that you would need. Aimee was a wonderful host and great to work with without hesitation. We would love to come back and stay. Everyone at the Admiralty House was very accommodating to us during our stay,

Admirality House in Marco Island

This was the 1st time renting through this homeowner, especially renting for an entire month. The property as a whole is fantastic (Building, grounds & Staff) and the actual unit we rented for fantastic. Welcoming, all the amenities needed, very clean and just a wonderful unit to spend a month on the beach of Marco Island. Highly recommend this property.

Great location, condo and overall property

Really enjoyed this condo. Great location on the beach, spectacular views from two balconies on both the east and west sides. Well furnished. Owner was very available, although we had no issues with the unit and very much look forward to the opportunity to stay there again.

Loved our stay on Marco Island. Fabulous accommodations and hospitality.

Our recent stay at this Marco Island condo couldn't have been better. The condo is beautiful and has everything you could need or want. It is beautifully decorated and the beach is right outside your door. The view is spectacular. We spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the view, the boats and the people watching The binoculars were a hit with the guys! The owner is a dream to work with and she made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The location is convenient to everything on Marco. You can't go wrong staying here. You'll love it and won't want to leave.

We cannot express how wonderful our stay was in this beautiful condo! It is pristine! The amenities, decorating and views are absolutely amazing! The front balcony overlooks the gulf and entire view of Crescent Beach....needless to say the sunsets were incredible The back balcony which extends over both bedrooms overlooks the entire island and in the morning we were able to watch the first peak of the sun rising. Breathtaking and heaven on Earth! It was very hard to leave and return home....however we certainly hope to return in the near future. Last but not least the owners are wonderful. Kept close contact and were concerned of all or any of our needs.

Beautifully decorated with newly remodeled kitchen and baths. Great ocean and sunset views!

Our stay at this condo was amazing! The furnishings were newer and comfortable. The view from the balconies were amazing! From one balcony off the living room, there is an amazing view of the beach and ocean. It is a great spot to watch the sunset! The other balcony off the bedrooms provides a great city view. Aimee, the owner, was wonderful to work with during our stay. The condo building itself is extremely clean, safe and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The grounds are immaculate! The pool and tennis court areas are well maintained. This condo is truly first rate! We look forward to returning!

Relax and Enjoy

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The owners really put in extra love in their condo. The owner was in close contact with us when we had any questions or concerns. We would defiantly recommend staying here to anyone! Even though the owners were not there, they were very welcoming and you could feel the hospitality! We didn't do much other than relax but we really enjoyed the pool. We, also, walked down the beach to the Tiki bar by the hotel. That was a fun atmosphere. Overall, we would love to go back!

Paradise!!!!!!

Where do I begin?? My husband and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and it was all that we had hoped for and more!!! It is very rare that a place looks BETTER in person than in the pictures, but this was the case here! The entire unit has just be renovated. The decorations are straight out of a magazine!! There is everything you could possibly need and more in this condo! The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare any kind of meal you could think of. All of your beach necessities like towels, chairs, a beach cart etc. are included. There is even a fishing nook equipped with everything you could need to fish! The condo has the most AMAZING views on BOTH sides. One side has the most spectacular oceanfront view and the other end has a gorgeous view of the island. I loved waking up to the sunrise over Marco Island- but perhaps the best part was watching the sunset over the ocean each nice! The location of this unit is perfect! It is a quick walk down to the pool and the beach and we were close by to so many great restaurants! The owners were a dream to deal with! They responded right away and answered all of our questions as well as giving us some great tips on where to go and what to do. It really was like living in paradise while we were there!! I don't typically take the time to write reviews, but this place was just too perfect to not tell others about! We cannot wait to go back! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!!

Absolutely Amazing Condo - Very Clean

Not only is the condo unit spectacularly updated, clean, and comfortable, the common areas and amenities are modern and welcoming. The tennis courts are in perfect condition and were seldom used. Great location! I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Marco Island. The owners, Matt and Aimee were very pleasant to work with and addressed all questions promptly. It is truly paradise!
