Ett sovrum med queen size-sÀng, vardagsrum, ett badrum med badkar och dusch. Det finns ett litet kylskÄp och Keurig; inget kök Gratis wi-fi, men ingen TV. En wi-fi "extender" har löst de wi-fi-problem som nÄgra kommenterare har skrivit om. Det finns en stor soffa som ett barn eller ett mycket ungt barn skulle vara bekvÀm att sova pÄ, men det Àr inte en utfÀllbar sÀng. Denna enhet Àr ovanför vÄrt garage med separat ingÄng via en trappa pÄ utsidan, se bilder. Om det finns problem med rörlighet Àr det hÀr inte platsen för dig! Vi finns i staden Hill-omrÄdet i Bar Harbor. BH centrum Àr en 15-20 minuters bilresa hÀrifrÄn, med hjÀlp av greenen och exakt namnet "krokig vÀg." NE och SW Hamnar och Ellsworth Àr ocksÄ vardera ca en 15 minuters bilresa bort. Det Àr en lÀtt 10 minuters promenad till Maine Coast Heritage Trusts reserv "Blue Horizons" för att nÄ havet, och naturreservatet Blagdon ligger 5 minuters bilresa.

Barbara and David were wonderful hosts, and the space was spotless and very well stocked with essentials. We loved the location—tucked away in a quiet wooded setting, yet close to Acadia’s hikes and sights and just a short drive to Bar Harbor. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day of hiking before heading into town for dinner.

Wonderful apartment

Immaculate Stay

Our stay was terrific, and Barbra was a great host. Even with some hiccups at the property, Barbara was very upfront and did a great job communicating throughout the stay. Whenever we make our way back up to the Bar Harbor area, we will be sure to stay here.

The loveliest little place to stay, you will feel like in your own private cabin in the woods. Hosts provided a lot of privacy and were ready to accommodate our every need. Every little detail in the place is thought through, so it felt like we were visiting a family and they were trying to do their best to make us feel welcomed. The property looks and feels even better than the pics suggest, honestly. Highly recommend!

There was very good communication from the time on booked to once i got to the property. There was a very detailed not at property with places to go and more. It was cool one night and a message was sent to see if my wife and i were cold. This place is nice for a couple. I would book this property again when in Bar Harbor

Close to everything!

The pictures do not do this place justice. Very clean and on a gorgeous property. Close to everything you’d want to do on the island. We also tried a few of the restaurants recommended by our host and enjoyed them all!

Bucket List Trip

This was a wonderful place to stay for my Bucket List Trip to Mount Desert Island. The location is just what I needed to relax and unwind. The hosts check in on me via text to ensure that I had everything needed. There spot in the forest was like a trip back to a time of wizards, fairies and knight.

Little apartment near Acadia

This was a neat little apartment in the woods and our stay was very comfortable! The bed slept well and the temperature control was simple and worked very well. Only thing we missed was a microwave. Otherwise very convenient! It was also within a short distance of Acadia National Park and made a very handy spot to return to each evening.

Peaceful retreat

A beautiful stay in the woods away from traffic and noise. Hosts were helpful but left us alone/available if needed. Close to Acadia, restaurants and Bar Harbor downtown. A great place to stay!

Peaceful Getaway Close to the Park!

This property was stunning and I loved getting to enjoy the peacefulness of it surrounded by trees. The location couldn’t have been better and was so convenient to everything on Mount Desert Island. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Perfect location

Great location to get to all parts of the park as well as Bar Harbor. Has lots of little touches which make the stay perfect. Amazing little retreat after a day of hiking!

Great location

This was the perfect place to stay for our Bar Harbor trip and Acadia National Park adventure. Very peaceful place to relax after a day of exploring. Great access to a rocky beach about a mile from the house.
